Claims (8)

1. A digitization method of a ceramic supply chain system balance sheet is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
presetting a service data table: presetting a service data table, wherein the service data table comprises service records, service batches, picture sequence numbers, service types, service numbers and service numerical values;
b, single picture pretreatment: renaming the file names of the pound single pictures in batches according to a first format, wherein the first format comprises a first type and a first number;
when a plurality of pound single pictures are preprocessed by the same user, packaging and compressing the pound single pictures; when the pound single picture preprocessed by the same user is a single picture, the pound single picture is not packed and compressed;
and b, preprocessing a pound list data table: entering the content in the pound sign picture in a pound sign data sheet according to a second format, wherein the second format comprises a second type, a second number and a second numerical value;
and b, pound sheet introduction and analysis step: selecting a processing mode according to the format of the pound single picture in the pound single picture preprocessing step, importing the pound single picture subjected to the pound single picture preprocessing step, analyzing the filename of the pound single picture, extracting a first type and a first number in the filename of the pound single picture, and generating a batch id, a first record id and a picture id corresponding to the pound single picture; the batch id records the import batch of the pound single pictures, and each pound single picture corresponds to a unique first record id and a unique picture id; when the imported and analyzed pound single pictures are in a compressed packet format, selecting an asynchronous processing mode, and unpacking the pound single pictures in the compressed packet format; when the imported and analyzed pound single pictures are in a non-compressed packet format, selecting a synchronous processing mode;
analyzing and importing the contents in the pound order data table subjected to the pound order data table preprocessing step in a synchronous processing mode, and extracting a second type, a second number and a second numerical value in the pound order data table;
picture data association step: associating the first type, the first number, the batch id, the first record id and the picture id of the same pound single picture and then respectively storing the first type, the first number, the batch id, the first record id and the picture id in the service type, the service number, the service batch, the service record and the picture serial number of the service data table; the first type is stored in the service type, the first number is stored in a service number, the batch id is stored in the service batch, the first record id is stored in the service record, and the picture id is stored in the picture serial number;
querying a pound single picture matched with the pound single data table, wherein in the matched pound single data table and the pound single picture, the second type is equal to the first type, and the second number is equal to the first number; then, the second numerical value of the pound list data table is associated with the first record id of the pound list picture and then is stored in the service numerical value of the service data table;
the processing mode of synchronous processing in the pound sheet import analysis step is specifically as follows:
after receiving requests of one or more users, the server imports the pound single picture in real time through a multithreading mode and analyzes the file name of the pound single picture;
after the pound single picture of the corresponding user is processed, immediately feeding back a result to the corresponding user;
the asynchronous processing mode in the pound single import analysis step is specifically as follows:
the server receives the asynchronous processing request and returns the result and the serial number of the request;
processing pound single pictures in a compressed packet format in the order of time of asynchronous processing requests;
and returning the result or unprocessed state after the processing is finished to the corresponding user.

The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: in the picture data association step, after associating the first type, the first number, the batch id, the first record id and the picture id of the same pound single picture, inquiring the first type and the first number of the pound single picture of the same batch id;
when the same first type and the same first number cannot be found in the same batch id, creating a new record in the service data table, and respectively storing the first type, the first number, the batch id, the first record id and the picture id of the pound single picture in the service type, the service number, the service batch, the service record and the picture serial number corresponding to the new record in the service data table;
when the same first type and first number are found in the same batch id, updating the data of the first record id and the picture id of the entered pound single picture.

The method of claim 2, wherein the step of digitizing the pound sign of the ceramic supply chain system comprises: in the picture data association step, when a pound note picture matched with the pound note data table is not inquired, creating a new record in the business data table, respectively storing a second type, a second number and a second numerical value of the pound note data table in a business type, a business number and a business numerical value corresponding to the new record of the business data table, and generating a second record id in the business record of the new record of the pound note data table;
when the pound order picture matched with the pound order data table is inquired and the corresponding business numerical value in the business data table stores data, the data in the pound order numerical value is updated to be the second numerical value of the pound order data table.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of digitizing the pound sign of the ceramic supply chain system comprises: after the picture data association step, a record merging step is further included, wherein the record merging step specifically comprises the following steps:
