Because the adjustment range of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is limited, if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is still greater than the first temperature threshold value after the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced, the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is further reduced in a mode of controlling the rotating speed of the indoor fan after the air conditioner continuously operates for a first preset time period at the reduced rotating speed of the outdoor fan, namely, in a mode of controlling the integral operation load of the air conditioner.
Further, if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than a first temperature threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to continue to operate at the reduced rotating speed of the outdoor fan and controlling the rotating speed of the indoor fan to be reduced; and if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for a second preset time, controlling the air conditioner to continuously operate according to the current operation parameters. Preferably, the preferred value of the first preset time duration is 30min, and the preferred value of the second preset time duration is 30 min.
Specifically, if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than the first temperature threshold, it is indicated that the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan cannot be reduced to the optimal temperature range only by reducing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, so that the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is further reduced by controlling the rotating speed of the indoor fan to be reduced, namely by reducing the operating load of the whole air conditioner, on the basis of controlling the air conditioner to continue to operate at the reduced rotating speed of the outdoor fan. If the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for the second preset time, the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is reduced to the optimal temperature range and is stabilized in the optimal temperature range, and therefore the air conditioner is controlled to continue to operate according to the current operation parameters without further adjustment. Preferably, the indoor fan rotation speed reduction value is 100 revolutions.
In a specific embodiment, when the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced by 100 revolutions and the air conditioner continuously operates for 30min at the reduced rotating speed of the outdoor fan, if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is still greater than 90 ℃, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is reduced by 100 revolutions; if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to 90 ℃, the air conditioner is controlled to continuously operate according to the current operation parameters without reducing the rotating speed of the indoor fan.
Further, the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan further comprises: controlling the air conditioner to continuously run for a third preset time at the reduced rotating speed of the indoor fan; and controlling the running frequency of the compressor according to the relation between the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan and the first temperature threshold value. Preferably, the preferred value of the third preset time period is 30 min.
Because the adjustment range of the rotating speed of the indoor fan is limited, if the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device is still not adjusted to the optimal temperature range after the air conditioner is controlled to continuously operate at the reduced rotating speed of the indoor fan for the third preset time, the operation load of the whole air conditioner can be controlled in a mode of controlling the operation frequency of the compressor, so that the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device is controlled in the optimal range, and the stable operation of the whole air conditioner is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is still higher than 90 ℃ after the air conditioner continuously operates for 30min at the rotating speed of the indoor fan reduced by 100 revolutions, the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is further reduced by controlling the operating frequency of the compressor.
Further, the controlling the operation frequency of the compressor according to the magnitude relation between the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device and the first temperature threshold value comprises: if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than a first temperature threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to continue to operate at the reduced rotating speed of the indoor fan and controlling the operating frequency of the compressor to be reduced; and if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for a fourth preset time, controlling the air conditioner to continuously operate according to the current operation parameters. Preferably, the preferred value of the fourth preset time period is 30min, and the reduction value of the running frequency of the compressor is 2 Hz.
If the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is larger than the first temperature threshold, the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan cannot be reduced to the optimal temperature range by reducing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan and reducing the rotating speed of the indoor fan, so that the air conditioner is controlled to continue to operate at the reduced rotating speed of the indoor fan and the operating frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced, the operating load of the whole air conditioner is further reduced by reducing the operating frequency of the compressor, and the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is reduced to the optimal temperature range. If the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for the fourth preset time, the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is reduced to the optimal temperature range and is stabilized in the optimal temperature range, so that the air conditioner is controlled to continuously operate according to the current operation parameters without further adjustment.
In a specific embodiment, if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than 90 ℃, it indicates that the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan cannot be reduced to the optimal temperature range when the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced by 100 revolutions and the rotating speed of the indoor fan is reduced by 100 revolutions, and therefore, on the basis that the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced by 100 revolutions and the rotating speed of the indoor fan is reduced by 100 revolutions, the operating frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced by 2Hz, so that the operating load of the whole air conditioner is reduced without affecting user experience, and the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is reduced to the optimal temperature range.
Further, the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan further comprises: controlling the air conditioner to continuously run for a fifth preset time period at the reduced running frequency of the compressor; and controlling the operation mode of the air conditioner according to the relation between the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan and the first temperature threshold value. Preferably, the preferred value of the fifth preset time period is 30 min.
In order to ensure the normal heat exchange process between the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the indoor environment, after the air conditioner continuously operates for a fifth preset time period at the reduced operation frequency of the compressor, even if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is still not adjusted to the optimal temperature range, the operation frequency of the compressor cannot be continuously reduced, so that the electric control device of the outdoor fan needs to be cooled in a mode of controlling the operation mode of the air conditioner so as to rapidly reduce the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan to the optimal temperature range, and therefore the stable operation of the whole air conditioner is ensured.
Further, the operation mode of controlling the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan comprises the following steps: if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than a first temperature threshold value, controlling the operation parameters to be restored to an initial value, and controlling the air conditioner to enter a heating mode; and if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for a sixth preset time, controlling the air conditioner to continuously operate according to the current operation parameters.
If the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device is larger than the first temperature threshold value, the operation frequency of the compressor is reduced, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is reduced, and the rotating speed of the indoor fan is reduced, so that the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device cannot be reduced to an optimal temperature range, the three operation parameters are controlled to be recovered to initial values, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a heating mode, and the low-temperature environment of the condenser is used for cooling the outdoor fan electric control device. If the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for the sixth preset time, the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is reduced to the optimal temperature range and is stabilized in the optimal temperature range, so that the air conditioner is controlled to continuously operate in the current operation mode without further adjustment.
In a specific embodiment, after the air conditioner continuously operates for 30min at the compressor operating frequency reduced by 2Hz, if the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device is still higher than 90 ℃, the compressor operating frequency, the outdoor fan rotating speed and the indoor fan rotating speed are all restored to the initial values before the adjustment, the air conditioner is forcibly switched to a heating mode, and the low-temperature environment of the condenser is used for cooling the outdoor fan electric control device. If the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to 90 ℃, the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is reduced to and stabilized within the optimal temperature range, so that the air conditioner is controlled to operate in the current operation mode without adjusting the operation mode of the air conditioner.
Further, the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan further comprises: if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is smaller than a second temperature threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to exit the heating mode; wherein the second temperature threshold is less than the first temperature threshold. Preferably, the second temperature threshold has a preferred value of 85 ℃.
If the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is smaller than the second temperature threshold, the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is reduced to the optimal temperature range, and therefore the air conditioner is controlled to exit the heating mode and continue to operate according to the operation mode before adjustment.
In one embodiment, if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than 85 ℃, it indicates that the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan has been reduced to the optimal temperature range, and therefore the air conditioner is controlled to exit the heating mode and continue to operate according to the operation mode before the adjustment.
Further, the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan further comprises: and when the air conditioner runs for a seventh preset time length after the air conditioner exits the heating mode, the operation of controlling the running parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device is executed in a recycling mode. Preferably, the preferred value of the seventh preset duration is 3 h.
In a specific embodiment, when the air conditioner operates for 3 hours after exiting the heating mode, the operation of controlling the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device is executed in a recycling manner, so that the problem that an outdoor unit controller is damaged due to overhigh temperature of the outdoor unit electric control device of the air conditioner is solved, the service life of the outdoor unit electric control device is prolonged, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is ensured.

Referring to fig. 3, a block diagram of an air conditioner 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown. The air conditioner 200 includes, for example: a first control module 210, an acquisition module 220, and a second control module 230. The first control module 210 is used for controlling the air conditioner to start and operate continuously; the obtaining module 220 is used for obtaining the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device in real time; the second control module 230 is used for controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan.
Specifically, the operating parameters include at least one or a combination of: the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the rotating speed of the indoor fan, the operating frequency of the compressor and the operating mode of the air conditioner. The first control module 210, the obtaining module 220, and the second control module 230 cooperate with each other to implement the control method of the air conditioner according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

A third embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner, for example, including: a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program that is read and executed by the packaged IC, and a packaged IC, the air conditioner implementing the control method of the air conditioner according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A method of controlling an air conditioner, comprising:
controlling the air conditioner to start and continuously run;
acquiring the temperature of an electric control device of the outdoor fan in real time;
controlling the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan;
wherein the operating parameters include at least one or a combination of: the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, the rotation speed of the indoor fan, the running frequency of the compressor and the running mode of the air conditioner.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controlling of the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device comprises:
and if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than a first temperature threshold value, controlling the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to be reduced.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device further comprises:
controlling the air conditioner to continuously run for a first preset time at the reduced rotating speed of the outdoor fan;
and controlling the rotating speed of the indoor fan according to the relation between the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan and the first temperature threshold value.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the controlling the indoor fan speed according to the relationship between the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device and the first temperature threshold value comprises:
if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than a first temperature threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to continue to operate at the reduced rotating speed of the outdoor fan and controlling the rotating speed of the indoor fan to be reduced;
and if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for a second preset time, controlling the air conditioner to continuously operate according to the current operation parameters.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan further comprises:
controlling the air conditioner to continuously run for a third preset time at the reduced rotating speed of the indoor fan;
and controlling the running frequency of the compressor according to the relation between the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan and the first temperature threshold value.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the controlling the operation frequency of the compressor according to the magnitude relationship between the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device and the first temperature threshold comprises:
if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than a first temperature threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to continue to operate at the reduced rotating speed of the indoor fan and controlling the operating frequency of the compressor to be reduced;
and if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for a fourth preset time, controlling the air conditioner to continuously operate according to the current operation parameters.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan further comprises:
controlling the air conditioner to continuously run for a fifth preset time period at the reduced running frequency of the compressor;
and controlling the operation mode of the air conditioner according to the relation between the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan and the first temperature threshold value.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the controlling the operation mode of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device comprises:
if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is greater than a first temperature threshold value, controlling the operation parameters to be restored to an initial value, and controlling the air conditioner to enter a heating mode;
and if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value for a sixth preset time, controlling the air conditioner to continuously operate according to the current operation parameters.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan further comprises:
if the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan is smaller than a second temperature threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to exit the heating mode;
wherein the second temperature threshold is less than the first temperature threshold.
10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the controlling the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device further comprises:
and when the air conditioner runs for a seventh preset time length after the air conditioner exits the heating mode, the operation of controlling the running parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device is executed in a recycling mode.
11. An air conditioner, comprising:
the first control module is used for controlling the air conditioner to start and continuously run;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the temperature of the outdoor fan electric control device in real time;
the second control module is used for controlling the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the electric control device of the outdoor fan;
wherein the operating parameters include at least one or a combination of: the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the rotating speed of the indoor fan, the operating frequency of the compressor and the operating mode of the air conditioner.
12. An air conditioner, comprising: a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which is read and executed by a packaged IC, and a packaged IC, the air conditioner implementing the control method of the air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
