5. The expanding-shell type yielding anchor cable as claimed in claim 4, wherein the high-strength conical tube (45) has an inclination angle of 15-30 degrees and a length of 20-50 mm.

The expanding-shell type yielding cable bolt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the variable cross-section threaded sleeve (19) is externally arranged at the front end (21) of the cable bolt, and the variable cross-section threaded sleeve (19) is fixed with the front end (21) of the cable bolt by using an adhesive (20).
7. The expanding-shell type yield anchor cable according to claim 6, wherein the binder (20) is one of resin grouting, cement grout or epoxy resin.
8. The expanding-shell type yielding anchor cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein the variable-section threaded sleeve (19) is of a circular section with openings at two ends, and the variable-section threaded sleeve (19) is composed of a large-section and a small-section;
the diameter of the large section is 5-20 mm larger than the maximum diameter of the yielding conical end (13), and the length of the large section is set according to the requirement of yielding sliding deformation;
the diameter of the small section is larger than the minimum diameter of the yielding conical end (13) and smaller than the maximum diameter of the yielding conical end (13), and the length of the small section is not smaller than 50 mm.
9. The expanding-shell type yielding anchor cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the variable cross-section threaded sleeve (19) is matched with the thread of the inner wedge-shaped body (12) with the internal threaded connector and is directly connected by rotation;
the middle part of the inner wedge-shaped body (12) with the internal threaded connector is provided with a hollow channel (31);
the outer sawtooth wedge-shaped body (11) is of a two-petal semicircular structure, the outer wall of the outer sawtooth-shaped body is of a reverse sawtooth structure, and the inner wall of the outer sawtooth-shaped body is attached to the inner wedge-shaped body (12);
the wedge-shaped clamping piece (18) has three petals.
10. A construction method for realizing the expanding-shell type yielding anchor cable as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the construction method for the expanding-shell type yielding anchor cable comprises the following steps:
s1, determining a target rock mass, and arranging an anchor hole (15) in the target rock mass;
s2, rotationally connecting the variable cross-section yielding anchor cable (50) with the shell expanding anchor (60) through threads;
s3, sending the assembled expanding shell yielding anchor cable to the bottom of the drilled hole;
s4, stretching the anchor cable body (14) outwards to drive the inner wedge-shaped body (12) with the inner threaded connector to move outwards of the anchor hole, so that the hole bottom expanding shell anchoring part (60) expands, and the serrated outer wedge-shaped body (11) engages with the anchor hole (15) to finish fixing;
s5, sequentially mounting a base plate (16) and an anchorage device (70) at the rear end of the anchor cable body (14);
s6, stretching the anchor cable body (14) by using pre-stress stretching equipment, driving the wedge-shaped clamping piece (18) to move outwards, releasing and stretching the anchor cable body (14), retracting the wedge-shaped clamping piece (18) to extrude the base (17), and completing pre-stress loading;
s7, after the tunnel deformation is basically completed, grouting is carried out through a grouting joint externally connected with the hollow metal pipe (40), the grout flows to the hollow channel (31) through the hollow metal pipe (40), and the grout flows out from the end part of the inner wedge body (12) of the inner threaded connector until the grout overflows from the orifice, and finally permanent protection for the anchor cable is formed.
