Abstract
The invention discloses a special sweeper for the side surfaces of lapped steps on new and old roads, which comprises a lifting device and a sweeping device, wherein the lifting device is arranged on the rear part of a tractor and comprises lifting oil cylinders and curved rods which are positioned on two sides of the rear part of the tractor. The lower end hinge lug of the lifting oil cylinder is hinged with the lower hinge seat, the piston rod hinge lug of the lifting oil cylinder is hinged with the curved bar hinge seat, the upper end of the curved bar hinge seat is fixed on the lower side of the middle part of the curved bar, one end of the curved bar is hinged with the upper hinge seat, the upper hinge seat and the lower hinge seat are respectively and vertically fixed on the two sides of the rear part of the tractor through the backing plate, and the other end of the curved bar is respectively fixed on one end and the middle part of the supporting platform. The cleaning device is arranged on the lower side of the supporting platform and is positioned outside one side of the rear wheel of the traction vehicle. The invention greatly improves the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning quality and lays a solid foundation for paving new pavements and seamless connection of new pavements and old pavements.

Meanwhile, the manual cleaning has high labor intensity, low cleaning efficiency and poor cleaning quality, and cannot finish the cleaning task with quality and quantity guarantee; and the manual cleaning works in the environment of flying dust, which seriously affects the health of operators.

In the cleaning process of the invention driven by the tractor, the rotary cleaning head moves forward while rotating to clean the step joint surface, thereby exposing the hard side surface of the step. The force for cleaning the side surface of the step by rotating the cleaning head is far greater than the cleaning force of tools such as a steel brush, a wind power fire extinguisher and the like used manually, the cleaning effect of the side surface of the lapped step of the new road surface and the old road surface is very obvious, the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning quality are greatly improved, and a solid foundation is laid for paving the new road surface and seamlessly connecting the new road surface and the old road surface.

The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention includes a lifting device 1 and a cleaning device 2, the lifting device 1 is disposed on the rear portion of a tractor 10, the tractor 10 can be a tractor or other engineering vehicles, and the tractor 10 of the present embodiment is a tractor. The lifting device 1 comprises a lifting oil cylinder 11 and a curved bar 12 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the rear part of the tractor 10, a lower end hinge lug 111 of the lifting oil cylinder 11 is hinged with a lower hinge seat 13 through a lower hinge pin 14, a piston rod hinge lug 112 of the lifting oil cylinder 11 is hinged with a curved bar hinge seat 121 through a middle hinge pin 122, the upper end of the curved bar hinge seat 121 is welded and fixed at the lower side of the middle part of the curved bar 12, one end of the curved bar 12 is hinged with an upper hinge seat 15 through an upper hinge pin 16, the upper hinge seat 15 and the lower hinge seat 13 are respectively fixed at two ends of a backing plate 17 through screws, the backing plate 17 is respectively welded and fixed at two sides of the rear part of the tractor 10 in a vertical mode, and the lower end of the curved bar 12 is respectively welded and fixed at one end and the middle part of a supporting platform 3.
In fig. 2, the piston rod 113 of the lifting cylinder 11 extends outwards, and the curved rod 12 is pushed by the curved rod hinge seat 121 to rotate anticlockwise around the axis of the upper hinge pin 16, so that the supporting platform 3 carrying the cleaning device 2 is lifted to be separated from the step side 20 of the old and new road surface. The lifting oil cylinder 11, the bent rod 12 and the rod hinge seat 121 form a luffing mechanism, so that the lifting oil cylinder 11 rotates around the axis of the lower hinge pin 14 to luff, the lower end of the cleaning device 2 is caused to fall to the ground or rise, the cleaning and non-cleaning conversion of the invention is very rapid, and the cleaning operation efficiency of the invention is improved. The hydraulic oil of the lifting oil cylinder 11 comes from a hydraulic unit in the tractor 10, and high-pressure oil pumped by an oil pump of the hydraulic unit enters a front cavity or a rear cavity of the lifting oil cylinder 11 through a hydraulic reversing valve and a hydraulic oil pipe, so that the lower end of the cleaning device 2 is landed or lifted, and the use is very convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning device 2 is disposed on the lower side of the support platform 3, outside the right side of the right rear wheel 101 of the towing vehicle 10 in fig. 3. The cleaning machine comprises a transmission mechanism 21 and a cleaning head 22, wherein the transmission mechanism 21 comprises a motor 211, two transmission belt pulleys 212 and a transmission belt 213, the motor 211 is vertically fixed on the right end of a supporting platform 3, a motor shaft 2111 penetrates through the left end of the supporting platform 3 to be fixedly connected with one transmission belt pulley 212, the other transmission belt pulley 312 is fixed at the upper end of the cleaning head 22, and the two transmission belt pulleys 212 are connected through the transmission belt 213.
The cleaning head 22 of the cleaning device 2 is located outside the right rear wheel 101 side of the towing vehicle 10. The ratio of the distance L1 between the outer side of the cleaning head 22 and the outer side of the right rear wheel 101 of the towing vehicle 10 to the distance L between the outer side of the two rear wheels of the towing vehicle: L1/L = 0.32-0.34, L1/L =0.33 in the embodiment, namely, the overhang distance of the cleaning head 22 is only 1/3 of the width of the towing vehicle 10, so that the use stability of the invention is improved.
The supporting platform 3 is a combined structural member formed by welding a channel steel frame and a box body 31, and the box body 31 is positioned at the right end of the supporting platform 3.
The cleaning head 22 comprises a steel wire brush disc 221, a support shaft 222 and bearing assemblies 223 arranged in pairs, the cleaning steel wire disc 221 comprises a disc shell 2211 and steel wire brushes 2212, the steel wire heads which are close to each other are connected in series on a connecting steel wire to form the steel wire brushes 2211, the steel wire brushes 2212 wrap the outer side of the disc shell 2211 in a fan shape, the lower end of the support shaft 222 is fixed on the center of the cleaning steel wire disc 221, the upper end of the support shaft 222 is respectively fixedly connected with the bearings 223 of the bearing assemblies, the support seats 224 of the bearing assemblies are respectively fixed in the upper plate 311 and the lower plate 311 of the box body 31 at the right end of the support platform 3, and the middle part of the support shaft 22 is fixedly connected with another transmission belt pulley 312.
The protective cover 4 is arranged on the underside of the support platform 3, the two drive pulleys 212 and the drive belt 213 are located in the protective cover 4, and the peripheral edge of the protective cover 4 is fixed on the underside of the support platform 3 by a plurality of fastening screws 41. The protective cover 4 can effectively prevent foreign matters from entering the wheel groove of the high-speed rotating transmission belt wheel 212 through the transmission belt 213 during cleaning, and improve the operation safety of the cleaning head 22; the sudden breakage and flying of the transmission belt 213 can be effectively prevented to hurt people, and the safety of the invention is improved.
When the tractor 10 runs and cleans, the power generator in the tractor generates power and inputs the power into the battery, the battery outputs electric energy to drive the motor 211 to rotate, and the motor 211 drives the cleaning head 22 to rotate and clean the step side faces 20 of the new and old roads through the transmission belt 213.
The invention can be used for cleaning the side surface of the step of the new and old road surfaces, and can also be used for cleaning the joint of the sidewalk and the road surface and the adjacent bottom surface of the municipal sweeper, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the town roads.

The special sweeper for the new and old road lapping step sides as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sweeping device comprises a transmission mechanism and a sweeping head, the transmission mechanism comprises a motor, two driving pulleys and a driving belt, the motor is vertically fixed on one end of the supporting platform, a motor shaft penetrates through one end of the supporting platform and is fixedly connected with one driving pulley, the other driving pulley is fixed on the upper end of the sweeping head, the two driving pulleys are connected through the driving belt, and the sweeping head is positioned outside one side of a rear wheel of the traction vehicle.

The special sweeper for the new and old road lap step side surface as claimed in claim 2, wherein the ratio of the distance L1 between the outer side of the cleaning head and the outer side of the rear wheel of the traction vehicle to the distance L between the outer side of the two rear wheels of the traction vehicle is: L1/L =0.32 ~ 0.34.
