Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of textile manufacturing, in particular to waffle fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waffle fabric is called as waffle fabric because the pattern of the fabric is similar to that of a waffle. The waffle fabric is superior to the fabric woven by single raw material in the aspects of texture, style, hand feeling and the like. The waffle fabric has concave-convex grids, is soft in hand feeling and good in elasticity, is more and more popular with people, and has higher and higher market demand. Based on market requirements, some waffle fabrics need to have waterproof performance, the existing waterproof agent mostly contains fluorine-containing octanoic acid and salts thereof and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, the fluorine-containing compounds have extremely high chemical stability and are difficult to degrade in natural environment, and great danger exists for environment and human health.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that most of the existing waffle fabrics are made of cotton, the strength of the fabrics is insufficient, and the waterproofness of the fabrics needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the strength and the waterproofness of the waffle fabric, the application provides the waffle fabric and the preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the waffle fabric provided by the application adopts the following technical scheme:
the waffle fabric is woven by warps and wefts, wherein the warps are prepared by mixing the following raw material threads in percentage by weight: 45-55% of viscose fiber and 131345-55% of aramid fiber; the weft is made of aramid fiber 1414;
the waffle fabric is coated with a waterproof agent on the surface, wherein the waterproof agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt, 10-16 parts of triterpenoid saponin powder, 4-8 parts of sodium carbonate, 6-9 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 3-6 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 4-7 parts of surfactant, 2-5 parts of paraffin and 60-66 parts of water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the tensile strength of the waffle fabric can be increased by selecting the materials of the warps and the wefts of the waffle fabric, and the tensile strength and other properties of the waffle fabric are basically not affected when the materials of the warps and the wefts of the waffle fabric are in the range; the organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt is adopted in the waterproof agent to play a main waterproof role and is cooperated with the triterpenoid saponin powder, so that the waterproof property of the waffle fabric is good, the sodium carbonate and the surfactant can increase the penetration between the waterproof agent and the fabric, so that the contact between the waterproof agent and the fabric is good, the film forming property of the waterproof agent on the surface of the fabric can be increased by the other raw materials, and the waterproof effect of the waterproof agent is optimal due to the mutual matching of all the substances.
Preferably, the waterproof agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-14 parts of organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt, 12-14 parts of triterpenoid saponin powder, 5-7 parts of sodium carbonate, 7-8 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 4-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-6 parts of surfactant, 3-4 parts of paraffin and 62-64 parts of water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the proportion of the raw materials of the waterproof agent is optimized, so that the hydrophobicity of the fabric can reach 85-87 after the fabric is washed for 5 times.
Preferably, the waterproof agent further comprises 1-3 parts by weight of polyvinylpyrrolidone.
By adopting the technical scheme, the addition of the polyvinylpyrrolidone is beneficial to improving the film forming property of the waterproof agent, so that the waterproofness of the fabric is greatly improved, the maximum waterproof performance can reach 91 after 5 times of washing, and the stiffness of the fabric is not obviously influenced.
Preferably, the surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or polyoxyethylene lauryl ether.
By adopting the technical scheme, the surfactant adopts the two substances, and both can achieve better waterproof effect.
Preferably, the preparation method of the waterproof agent comprises the following steps:
adding triterpenoid saponin powder into water, stirring, filtering, removing insoluble substances, adding the rest materials into water, and stirring.
By adopting the technical scheme, water-insoluble substances in the triterpenoid soap powder are removed by filtering, so that the film forming property of the waterproof agent on the surface of the fabric can be improved, and the waterproof effect is excellent.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of waffle fabric, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of waffle fabric comprises the following steps: selecting materials, winding, twisting, shaping, warping, drafting, moisturizing and shaping, rewinding, weaving, dyeing and finishing and decating;
wherein, the dyeing and finishing step is as follows:
adding a washing aid and a waterproof agent into water to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the mass percentage concentration of the washing aid is 1-2%, the mass percentage concentration of the waterproof agent is 5-7%, and then putting the waffle fabric into the mixed solution, and then drying in the shade.
By adopting the technical scheme, the washing assistant and the waterproof agent can be added in the range, so that the waffle fabric with better performance can be manufactured; however, when the addition amount of the waterproof agent is too small, the hydrophobicity is insufficient, and when the addition amount is too large, the stiffness of the fabric is increased, and the softness of the fabric is reduced.
Preferably, in the dyeing and finishing step, the mass percentage concentration of the waterproofing agent in the mixed solution is 6%.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the mass percentage concentration of the waterproof agent is 6%, the comprehensive performance of the waffle fabric is optimal.
Preferably, in the decating step, the temperature is set to be 160-180 ℃.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the decating temperature is too low, the film forming property of the waterproof agent on the surface of the fabric is influenced, so that the waterproof property is reduced.

hydrophobicity: detecting the hydrophobicity of the waffle fabric according to the detection standard of SSTCC 22-2014;
softness: according to the hardness of the waffle fabric according to ZB W4003-87 inclined plane cantilever method for testing fabric hardness, the smaller the hardness, the better the softness of the fabric.
TABLE 2 examination results of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 5
As can be seen from the detection data in table 2, the hydrophobic property of the waffle fabric is good, and after being washed with water for 5 times, the hydrophobic property can be still maintained at 83 or above. The waffle fabric is good in tensile strength and stiffness, the tensile strength is 398.4MPa or above, the stiffness exceeds 1.0cm, and the softness is good.
As can be seen from the test data of examples 1 to 6, the water repellent prepared in preparation examples 2 to 3 has a good hydrophobic effect; after the polyvinylpyrrolidone is added into the waterproof agent, the film-forming property of the waterproof agent on the surface of the waffle fabric is facilitated, and the hydrophobicity of the waterproof agent is obviously improved.
From the test data of examples 7-8, it can be seen that when the amount of the water repellent is decreased, the hydrophobicity of the waffle fabric is decreased, and when the amount of the water repellent is increased, the hydrophobicity of the waffle fabric is increased, but at the same time, the stiffness of the waffle fabric is increased, that is, the softness of the waffle fabric is decreased.
From the detection data of the example 5 and the example 9, the decating temperature is increased, so that the decating agent is favorable for film forming property of the waterproof agent, and the waterproof property of the waffle fabric is improved to a certain extent.
From the test data of example 3 and comparative example 1, it can be seen that changing the addition amount of the silicone quaternary ammonium salt decreases the softness of the waffle fabric and the durability of the water repellent is low. And in combination with comparative examples 2-3, in the preparation process of the waterproof agent, when insoluble substances in the triterpenoid saponin powder are not removed or the decating temperature is reduced, the film forming property of the waterproof agent is greatly influenced, so that the waterproof property of the waffle fabric is greatly reduced.
As can be seen from the detection data of example 3 and comparative examples 4-5, the triterpene saponin powder and the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt have synergistic effect.
