The middle sections 12 are mutually overlapped to form a polygon, and the overlapped positions of the middle sections 12 are fixedly connected to form a whole.
As shown in fig. 1, the unitary spoke assembly 100 includes five spokes 1 with intermediate sections 12 of the five spokes 1 overlapping each other to define a regular pentagon. In other embodiments, the number of spokes 1 may be other, for example, if six spokes are provided in fig. 3, in order to ensure that each spoke is spaced a certain distance, the area of the hexagon enclosed by the spokes is relatively large, and the flange of the wheel hub to be matched needs to be increased; if the number of spokes 1 is smaller than five, the stress of each spoke 1 increases accordingly, so that five spokes 1 are preferable in this embodiment.
The two connecting sections 11 of the spoke 1 are bent towards the center and are arranged obliquely inwards relative to the middle section 12. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the inclination angle of the spoke is illustrated by the position of the spoke mounted on the hub, only one spoke 1 is shown in fig. 4 and 5, and the rest of the spokes are omitted for illustration. In fig. 4, the included angle α between the two connecting sections 11 is 150 ° to 170 ° (i.e. the two connecting sections 11 are bent toward the center), and in fig. 5, the included angle β between the connecting section 11 and the middle section 12 is 3 ° to 10 ° (i.e. the two connecting sections 11 are inclined inward). The angle setting can enable the tension of the spoke to be proper and the stress to be even.
As shown in fig. 2, the middle sections 12 of the spokes are stacked one on top of the other, with the head end of the middle section 12 of each spoke being stacked on the tail end of the middle section 12 of the previous spoke. The intermediate sections 12 are fixedly joined together by bonding where they overlap each other.

Two sets of integral spoke assemblies 100 are respectively fixed on flanges 3 at two ends, and a cover body 4 is arranged on the flanges 3, so that the integral spoke assemblies 100 are positioned between the cover body 4 and the flanges 3. The rim connecting portion 13 is secured within the rim 300.
As shown in fig. 8, five mounting grooves 31 are provided on the flange 3, and the number of the mounting grooves 31 corresponds to the number of the spokes 1. In order to facilitate the installation and positioning, the intermediate section 12 is provided with a first positioning structure, and the installation groove 31 is provided with a second positioning structure matched with the first positioning structure. The first positioning structure and the second positioning structure can be clamping structures matched with each other. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first positioning structure is a positioning groove 15, and the second positioning structure is a positioning bump 32. The positioning convex points 32 are clamped and positioned with the positioning grooves 15.
The five mounting grooves 31 are connected end to end in sequence and are arranged in a regular pentagon shape. The groove depth of the head end of each mounting groove 31 is smaller than the groove depth of the tail end of the previous mounting groove 31. As shown in fig. 8, the head end of the installation groove a is a1, the tail end is a2, the head end of the installation groove B is B1, the tail end is B2, and the installation groove a is the previous installation groove of the installation groove B. As shown in fig. 9, the groove depth S of b1 is smaller than the groove depth H of a 2. The intermediate sections 12 of the spokes 1 of the unitary spoke assembly 100 are stacked one on top of the other with the head end of the intermediate section 12 of each spoke being stacked on the tail end of the intermediate section 12 of the previous spoke. The unitary spoke assembly 100 is integrally embedded and glued within five mounting slots 31 as shown in fig. 10.

b. two groups of integral spoke components are respectively fixed on flanges at two ends of the hub;
c. connecting the integral spoke assembly with the rim, and fixedly connecting the rim connecting part with the rim to form a wheel;
d. and forming a finished product after paint spraying.
9. A process for producing a wheel as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the hub also comprises two cover bodies, and in the step b, after the two groups of integral spoke assemblies are fixed on the flanges at the two ends of the hub in a gluing and bonding manner, the cover bodies are arranged on the flanges at the two ends of the hub; the method further comprises the following steps between the step c and the step d:
(1) Locking parts are arranged on two sides of the flower drum through a jig to lock, and standing is carried out until the flower drum is gelled and fixed; dismantling the jig and the locking piece after the glue is solidified;
(2) And putting the wheels into a baking oven for baking, wherein the temperature of the baking oven is 70-80 ℃.
10. A process for producing a wheel as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the steps for preparing the integral spoke assembly in step a are as follows:
s11, preparing a spoke core body made of carbon fiber materials, wherein a middle section is flat through a die, one end of a connecting section connected with the middle section is flat, and the other end of the connecting section is a cylindrical spoke core body;
s12, respectively mounting rim connecting parts at two cylindrical ends of the spoke core body to form spokes;
s13, mutually overlapping the middle sections of the spokes to form a polygon, and fixedly connecting the mutually overlapping positions of the middle sections to form an integral spoke assembly.
11. A process for producing a wheel as claimed in claim 10, wherein: in step S13, the overlapping parts of the intermediate sections are fixedly connected by gluing and bonding, or the overlapping parts of the intermediate sections are formed into a fixing ring by winding and coating the carbon fiber prepreg layer, and the fixing ring formed by winding is heated and cured to be formed.
