Detailed Description
The invention provides an environment-friendly automatic ore washer, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight with reference to figures 1 and 2: an automatic conveying device 10 and an ore washing device 20. Wherein the automatic conveyor 10 is used for automatically conveying minerals; the automatic conveying device 10 comprises a discharge port 11; the automatic conveying device 10 automatically conveys minerals to the ore washing device 20; the ore washing device 20 is located at the discharge port 11 of the automatic conveying device 10 and is used for automatically cleaning minerals.
The ore washing device 20 includes:
a frame 21 for providing a fixed mounting location;
a washing barrel 22 located on the frame 21; the ore washing barrel 22 comprises a cylindrical barrel 221, an ore washing shaft 222 arranged in the center of the barrel 221, a first motor 223 arranged on one side of the barrel 221 and used for driving the ore washing shaft 222 to rotate, a helical blade 224 arranged on the ore washing shaft 222 in a helical manner, and a discharge hopper 225 arranged below the barrel 221;

In another embodiment of the present invention, the circulation system 23 includes: a water tank 231, a second water inlet pipe 232 and a first water outlet pipe 233 which are communicated with the water tank 231, and a filtering mechanism 234 which is arranged inside the water tank 231; the filter mechanism 234 communicates with the inside of the water tank 231. The filtering mechanism 234 is used for filtering silt in the wastewater. The second inlet conduit 232 also includes a submersible pump disposed within the outlet hopper 225.
Further, one end of the second water inlet pipe 232 is communicated with the interior of the ore washing cylinder 22, and the first water outlet pipe 233 is communicated with the interior of the ore washing shaft 222.
Further, the cleaning port comprises a through hole arranged on the ore washing shaft 222 and an electric nozzle arranged in the through hole, and the electric nozzle is used for automatic water spraying cleaning.
