The floor support mechanism 13 is driven to work by the driving of the lifting mechanism 12, so that the functions of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, and the stability of the wheelchair after being unfolded into a bed is further ensured by the auxiliary function of the floor support mechanism 13.

Embodiment 4, as shown in fig. 13, is different from embodiment 1 in that the spreading mechanism 14 includes a spreading pushing block 141 slidably connected to the front end of the hip seat 2, a spreading screw rod 142 screwed to the spreading pushing block 141, and a spreading motor 143 driving the spreading screw rod 142 to rotate, the spreading pushing block 141 is disposed towards the leg rest 5, the front end of the spreading pushing block 141 is a cambered surface, and the spreading pushing block 141 is slid forward along with the rotation of the screw rod 142, so that the leg rest 5 is jacked up to keep the hip seat 2 flat. Embodiment 5 is different from embodiment 4 in that the spreading mechanism includes a spreading electric push rod disposed at the front end of the hip seat 2 and a spreading pushing block disposed at the front end of the spreading electric push rod.
Embodiment 6, which is different from embodiment 1 in that the spreading mechanism includes a spreading rod 144, a first sliding column 145 disposed at the bottom of the chair frame 1, and a second sliding column 146 disposed at the bottom of the hip seat 2, one end of the spreading rod 144 is hinged to and slidingly engaged with the leg rest 5 through a leg rest sliding hinge seat, and a leg rest chute for sliding the leg rest sliding hinge seat is disposed on the back of the leg rest 5; the other end of the opening rod 144 is provided with a first oblong hole for the first sliding column 145 to pass through and be in sliding fit with the first sliding column 145, and the middle part of the opening rod 144 is provided with a second oblong hole for the second sliding column 146 to pass through and be in sliding fit with the second sliding column 146. The hip seat 2 drives the sliding column II 146 to move up and down to drive the opening rod 144 to swing, and simultaneously the leg rest sliding hinging seat is matched with the sliding of the leg rest sliding groove, and the opening rod 144 opens the leg rest 5 into a flattened or pulled-down state.
