The rotary switch comprises a rotary block 15 and a deflector rod 14, the bottom of the rotary block 15 is connected with the liquid inlet main pipe 13, the top of the rotary block 15 is connected with the end parts of the liquid inlet branch pipe I1 and the liquid inlet branch pipe II 6, the rotary block 15 is provided with three through holes 23 penetrating through the top and the bottom of the rotary block 15, and the distances between the three through holes 23 and the rotary axis of the rotary block 15 are the same; the cylindrical sliding block 7 is symmetrically provided with two toggle grooves 24 penetrating through the outer side wall of the cylindrical sliding block 7, the side wall of the rotating block 15 is fixedly connected with the end part of the toggle rod 14, and the end part of the toggle rod 14 far away from the rotating block 15 penetrates through the toggle grooves 24 to be located on the outer side of the cylindrical sliding block 7.
In this embodiment, the above-mentioned specific implementation of the rotary switch is that the deflector rod 14 is moved, the deflector rod 14 rotates along the deflector groove 24, and at the same time, the rotary block 15 is driven to rotate, when two opposite through holes 23 are communicated with the first liquid inlet branch pipe 1 and the second liquid inlet branch pipe 6, the physiological saline enters the first liquid inlet branch pipe 1 and the second liquid inlet branch pipe 6 through the two through holes 23, so that the effect of injecting the first balloon 3 and the second balloon 4 simultaneously is achieved; when one of the through holes 23 is communicated with the first liquid inlet branch pipe 1 or the second liquid inlet branch pipe 6, the physiological saline can only enter one of the liquid inlet branch pipes, so that the liquid can be injected into one of the balloons, and the purpose of independently injecting the physiological saline into the first balloon 3 and the second balloon 4 is achieved.
The working principle is as follows: the sliding device is arranged on the side wall of the urine outlet pipe 21, and the injection device is arranged in the sliding device, so that the second balloon 4 can move along the urine outlet pipe 21, the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the bladder 19 are simultaneously pressed, and the probability of urine leakage is reduced; the cleaning device is connected with the cleaning groove 18 on the second balloon 4, and the cleaning liquid inlet pipe 16 is filled with the sterilizing liquid and then the sterilizing liquid is discharged from the cleaning liquid outlet pipe 5, so that the aim of cleaning and sterilizing the edge of the outer side wall stoma 2 of the bladder 19 is fulfilled; since the cleansing groove 18 is located right below the stoma 2, even urine leaking from the bladder 19 can be dropped completely into the cleansing groove 18 without infecting other tissues.

A novel urinary surgery bladder fistulization pipe comprises a urinary catheter (21), a first balloon (3) and a second balloon (4), and is characterized in that: a urine bag (10) is arranged at the urine outlet end of the urine outlet pipe (21), the urine inlet end of the urine outlet pipe (21) sequentially penetrates through the second balloon (4) and the first balloon (3), a plurality of liquid inlets (22) are formed in the side wall of the urine outlet pipe (21), and the liquid inlets (22) are close to the urine inlet end of the urine outlet pipe (21); the first balloon (3) is positioned right above the second balloon (4), and a cleaning groove (18) is formed in the top of the second balloon (4); a cleaning device and a sliding device are arranged on the side wall of the urine outlet pipe (21), the cleaning device is embedded in the sliding device, and two injection devices are arranged in the sliding device; the sliding device comprises a cylindrical sliding block (7) and a circular push rod (12);
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning liquid inlet pipe (16), a cleaning liquid outlet pipe (5), two limiting blocks II (17) and two sealing devices; the outer side walls of the cleaning liquid inlet pipe (16) and the cleaning liquid outlet pipe (5) are in sliding connection with the side wall of the urine outlet pipe (21), the outer side walls of the cleaning liquid inlet pipe (16) and the cleaning liquid outlet pipe (5) are fixedly connected with a sliding device, and the cleaning liquid inlet pipe (16) and the cleaning liquid outlet pipe (5) are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the urine outlet pipe (21) respectively; rinse the one end of feed liquor pipe (16) and washing drain pipe (5) all with sealing device fixed connection, the other end of wasing drain pipe (5) is located washs recess (18), the lateral wall that washs drain pipe (5) and washing feed liquor pipe (16) all is connected with stopper two (17), stopper two (17) are close to the tip that washs drain pipe (5) or washs feed liquor pipe (16), and two the bottom of stopper two (17) touches with the bottom of wasing recess (18) and connects.

A novel uro-surgical bladder stoma tube according to claim 1 wherein: the sealing device comprises a second liquid injection head (11) and a sealing cover (9), the top of the second liquid injection head (11) is connected with the end part of the cleaning liquid inlet pipe (16) or the cleaning liquid outlet pipe (5), and the side wall of the second liquid injection head (11) is connected with the side wall of the sealing cover (9).

A novel uro-surgical bladder stoma tube according to claim 1 wherein: the cylindrical sliding block (7) is sleeved on the outer side wall of the urine outlet pipe (21), and the cleaning liquid inlet pipe (16) and the cleaning liquid outlet pipe (5) are embedded in the cylindrical sliding block (7); the ring-shaped push rod (12) is sleeved on the outer side wall of the cylindrical sliding block (7), the bottom of the ring-shaped push rod (12) is flush with the bottom of the cylindrical sliding block (7), and the injection device is located in the cylindrical sliding block (7).

A novel uro-surgical bladder stoma tube according to claim 1 wherein: the injection device comprises a liquid injection head I (8), a liquid inlet main pipe (13), a rotary switch, a liquid inlet branch pipe I (1) and a liquid inlet branch pipe II (6); the end part of the liquid inlet main pipe (13) is connected with the bottom of the rotary switch, and the end part of the liquid inlet main pipe (13) far away from the rotary switch is connected with the liquid injection head I (8); the tip of feed liquor branch pipe (1) and feed liquor branch pipe two (6) all is connected with rotary switch's top, rotary switch's tip is kept away from respectively to feed liquor branch pipe (1) and feed liquor branch pipe two (6) passes the bottom of sacculus (3) and the bottom of sacculus two (4), just the tip of feed liquor branch pipe (1) and feed liquor branch pipe two (6) is located the inside of sacculus (3) and sacculus two (4) respectively, the lateral wall and two (17) fixed connection of stopper of feed liquor branch pipe (1), the tip of stopper two (17) near feed liquor branch pipe (1).
