(4) and (4) carrying out microfiltration and ultrafiltration on the turbid liquid obtained in the step (3), removing impurities, carrying out reduced pressure concentration and activated carbon decolorization to obtain a concentrated solution with the specific gravity of 1.10.

Claims (8)
1. A termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng dietary nutrition supplement for people with hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia and a preparation method thereof are characterized in that the preparation method of the termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng extract comprises the following steps: moistening with water, breaking cell wall by high-pressure pulse, homogenizing and extracting under high pressure, filtering to remove impurities, concentrating under reduced pressure, and decolorizing with active carbon
(1) Taking fresh collybia albuminosa and ginseng, and washing with water to remove soil impurities;
(2) rehydrating the cleaned termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng raw materials in the step (1) with purified water for 0.1-1 h, putting the rehydrated termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng raw materials into high-pressure pulse wall breaking equipment, rapidly relieving pressure after the pressure is 0.2-2.0 MPa and the maintaining time is 0.5-10 min, and collecting the termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng discharged from a discharge port;
(3) carrying out high-pressure homogenization treatment on the processed termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng raw materials in the step (2) for 10-100 min at the material-water ratio of 1:10 and the pressure of 40-100 Mpa to obtain a leaching solution;
(4) and (4) carrying out microfiltration and ultrafiltration on the turbid liquid obtained in the step (3), removing impurities, carrying out reduced pressure concentration and activated carbon decolorization to obtain a concentrated liquid with the specific gravity of 1.05-1.20.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the collybia albuminosa and ginseng dietary supplement is prepared by the following steps:
(1) mixing about 0.5-70% of the termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng extract with other components to form a mixture;
(2) sterilizing the mixture;
(3) the sterilized mixture is packaged in a suitable container.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the sterilization of the mixture comprises pasteurization, high temperature short time sterilization, and ultra high temperature sterilization.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein packaging the sterilized mixture comprises a hot-fill process and a cold-fill process.
5. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng dietary nutrition supplement is freeze-dried or spray-dried to obtain a solid substance, i.e. the termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng dietary nutrition supplement.
6. The composition of claim 2, wherein the other ingredients comprise antioxidants, minerals, flavors, colors, and preservatives.
7. The termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng dietary nutritional solid supplement of claim 5, comprising a tablet, capsule, or powder.
8. The termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng dietary supplement according to claims 1, 2 and 5, which contains antioxidant active substances such as polysaccharides, saponins and the like, and has positive effects on lowering blood sugar, blood pressure and blood fat.
