After the concrete cement at the bottoms of the damaged tiles on the two sides of the cutting groove is broken off, the telescopic end of the second electric telescopic rod 39 is controlled to retract to the original position, in the process, the inserting plate 49 rises along with the telescopic end of the second electric telescopic rod 39, the trapezoidal plate 59 is embedded into the trapezoidal groove 50 formed in the two sides of the inserting plate 49 under the action of the second spring 64 when the inserting plate 49 rises, so that the concrete cement at the bottoms of the damaged tiles on the two sides of all the cutting grooves is broken off in sequence, and the purpose of removing the damaged tiles can be achieved.
