本发明涉及装配式建筑技术领域,具体是一种用于装配式建筑的抗震支撑柱。支撑柱的两侧分别开设有若干个相对应的开槽,卡合条铰接在开槽内壁的顶部,卡合条与开槽的内壁之间均设置有第一弹簧,卡合条的内侧均设置有扣环,底座的内部开设有第一驱动槽,第一驱动槽与开槽之间分别设置有联动槽,转动杆插入第一驱动槽并与之转动连接,转动杆插入第一驱动槽的杆体上设置有集线器,集线器上设置有多头拉绳,多头拉绳的头部穿过联动槽分别与卡合条上的扣环相连,墙板的插口内壁上设置有卡合条相适合的卡台;本发明通过对墙板下落时的层层缓冲,达到了防止墙板和底座的剧烈碰撞,防止墙板变形,且安装和拆卸极为方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及装配式建筑技术领域,具体是一种用于装配式建筑的抗震支撑柱。
背景技术
装配式建筑是指把传统建造方式中的大量现场作业工作转移到工厂进行,在工厂加工制作好建筑用构件和配件,运输到建筑施工现场,通过可靠的连接方式在现场装配安装而成的建筑,现有的装配式建筑在进行安装时需要用到支撑柱,通过安装支撑柱来固定墙板,而墙板现有的安装方法都是通过使用吊机将墙板吊起,然后使墙板底部的卡槽与支撑柱顶部的支撑柱向对准,最后将墙板放下使卡槽与支撑柱相卡接,从而达到固定墙板的效果,但是墙板在下降时,可能会因下降速度过快而使墙板的底部撞击到支撑柱的顶部,从而引发墙板的底部和支撑柱的顶部发生易形,导致支撑柱或墙板报废,同时现有的墙板需要通过螺栓与支撑柱进行固定,不易进行拆卸和更换。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,从而提供一种方便拆卸和更换,并对墙板进行缓冲的的用于装配式建筑的抗震支撑柱。
本发明解决所述问题,采用的技术方案是:
一种用于装配式建筑的抗震支撑柱,包括底座和墙板,底座顶部设置有支撑柱,墙板的底部开设有与支撑柱相适合的插口,还包括卡合条和转动杆,支撑柱的两侧分别开设有若干个相对应的开槽,卡合条铰接在开槽内壁的顶部,卡合条与开槽的内壁之间均设置有第一弹簧,卡合条的内侧均设置有扣环,底座的内部开设有第一驱动槽,第一驱动槽与开槽之间分别设置有联动槽,转动杆插入第一驱动槽并与之转动连接,转动杆插入第一驱动槽的杆体上设置有集线器,集线器上设置有多头拉绳,多头拉绳的头部穿过联动槽分别与卡合条上的扣环相连,墙板的插口内壁上设置有卡合条相适合的卡台。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点是:
本发明通过对墙板下落时的层层缓冲,达到了防止墙板和底座的剧烈碰撞,防止墙板变形,且安装和拆卸极为方便。
作为优选,本发明更进一步的技术方案是:
还包括双向螺纹杆和牵引杆,底座顶部两侧的前部与后部均开设有滑槽,滑槽内设置有滑块,同侧两个滑块之间设置有限位板,底座内开设有两个与限位板相垂直的第二驱动槽,双向螺纹杆转动连接在第二驱动槽中且一端位于底座外部,双向螺纹杆的两侧分别设置有与滑块相对应的螺纹套,螺纹套与滑块之间开设有活动口并通过牵引杆连接,通过转动双向螺纹带动螺纹套和滑块移动,进而带动限位板移动从而对墙板进行限位和加固。
底座上设置有预防墙板倾斜的报警装置。
报警装置包括触发按钮和触发杆,底座顶部同侧两个滑槽中间开设有凹槽,触发按钮固定在凹槽的中间,触发按钮的两侧分别设置有第二弹簧,第二弹簧上方设置有按压板,两个触发杆的一端分别固定在两个限位板相背的一侧,触发杆的另一端指向按压板。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,目的仅在于更好地理解本发明内容,因此,所举之例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
参见图1-图5,一种用于装配式建筑的抗震支撑柱,包括底座1、支撑柱2、墙板3、开槽4、卡合条5、第一弹簧6、扣环7、多头拉绳8、联动槽9、第一驱动槽10、转动杆11、集线器12、插口13、滑槽14、滑块15、限位板16、第二驱动槽17、双向螺纹杆18、螺纹套19、牵引杆20、凹槽21、触发按钮22、第二弹簧23、按压板24、触发杆25、活动口26,底座1顶部设置有支撑柱2,墙板3的底部开设有与支撑柱2相适合的插口13,支撑柱2的两侧分别开设有若干个相对应的开槽4,卡合条5铰接在开槽4内壁的顶部,卡合条5与开槽4的内壁之间均设置有第一弹簧6,卡合条5的内侧均设置有扣环7,底座1的内部开设有第一驱动槽10,第一驱动槽10与开槽4之间分别设置有联动槽9,转动杆11插入第一驱动槽10并与之转动连接,转动杆11插入第一驱动槽10的杆体上设置有集线器12,集线器12上设置有多头拉绳8,多头拉绳8的头部穿过联动槽9分别与卡合条5上的扣环7相连,墙板3的插口13内壁上设置有卡合条5相适合的卡台;底座1顶部两侧的前部与后部均开设有滑槽14,滑槽14内设置有滑块15,同侧两个滑块15之间设置有限位板16,底座1内开设有两个与限位板16相垂直的第二驱动槽17,双向螺纹杆18转动连接在第二驱动槽17中且一端位于底座1外部,双向螺纹杆18的两侧分别设置有与滑块15相对应的螺纹套19,螺纹套19与滑块15之间开设有活动口26并通过牵引杆20连接,通过转动双向螺纹带动螺纹套19和滑块15移动,进而带动限位板16移动从而对墙板3进行限位和加固;底座1上设置有预防墙板3倾斜的报警装置;报警装置包括触发按钮22和触发杆25,底座1顶部同侧两个滑槽14中间开设有凹槽21,触发按钮22固定在凹槽21的中间,触发按钮22的两侧分别设置有第二弹簧23,第二弹簧23上方设置有按压板24,两个触发杆25的一端分别固定在两个限位板16相背的一侧,触发杆25的另一端指向按压板24。
使用时,将墙板3的插口13与墙板3的支撑柱2相对准并将墙板3下降,此时墙板3通过插口13与卡合条5进行接触,并通过多个第一弹簧6对墙板3进行层层缓冲,当墙板3下降至底座1的顶部时,第一弹簧6通过弹力将卡合条5向外顶出,使卡合条5卡入插口13的内部使墙板3固定,当需要对墙板3进行拆卸时,通过转动转动杆11使转动杆11带动集线器12旋转将多头拉绳8进行收卷,此时多头拉绳8通过扣环7带动两侧的卡合条5向中间移动,使卡合条5与插口13相脱离,此时向上提起墙板3即可将墙板3进行拆卸,当墙板3固定在支撑柱2的表面后,通过转动双向螺纹杆18,使双向螺纹杆18带动两侧的螺纹套19同时向中间移动,螺纹套19移动带动牵引杆20移动,牵引杆20移动带动滑块15移动,滑块15移动带动限位板16移动,使两侧限位板16与墙板3的两侧相贴合,达到加强了支撑柱2底部的固定的效果,同时限位板16移动带动触发杆25移动并处于按压板24的上方,当限位板16发生倾斜时可通过触发杆25下压按压板24触发触发按钮22使屋内进行警报。
本发明通过对墙板下落时的层层缓冲,达到了防止墙板和底座的剧烈碰撞,防止墙板变形,且安装和拆卸极为方便。

1.一种用于装配式建筑的抗震支撑柱,包括底座和墙板,底座顶部设置有支撑柱,墙板的底部开设有与支撑柱相适合的插口,其特征在于:还包括卡合条和转动杆,支撑柱的两侧分别开设有若干个相对应的开槽,卡合条铰接在开槽内壁的顶部,卡合条与开槽的内壁之间均设置有第一弹簧,卡合条的内侧均设置有扣环,底座的内部开设有第一驱动槽,第一驱动槽与开槽之间分别设置有联动槽,转动杆插入第一驱动槽并与之转动连接,转动杆插入第一驱动槽的杆体上设置有集线器,集线器上设置有多头拉绳,多头拉绳的头部穿过联动槽分别与卡合条上的扣环相连,墙板的插口内壁上设置有卡合条相适合的卡台,底座上设置有预防墙板倾斜的报警装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于装配式建筑的抗震支撑柱,其特征在于:还包括双向螺纹杆和牵引杆,底座顶部两侧的前部与后部均开设有滑槽,滑槽内设置有滑块,同侧两个滑块之间设置有限位板,底座内开设有两个与限位板相垂直的第二驱动槽,双向螺纹杆转动连接在第二驱动槽中且一端位于底座外部,双向螺纹杆的两侧分别设置有与滑块相对应的螺纹套,螺纹套与滑块之间开设有活动口并通过牵引杆连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于装配式建筑的抗震支撑柱,其特征在于:报警装置包括触发按钮和触发杆,底座顶部同侧两个滑槽中间开设有凹槽,触发按钮固定在凹槽的中间,触发按钮的两侧分别设置有第二弹簧,第二弹簧上方设置有按压板,两个触发杆的一端分别固定在两个限位板相背的一侧,触发杆的另一端指向按压板。
