Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hydraulic engineering, and relates to a rapid rescue method for blocking a breach and a dike by using a column cage stone pile supporting cage type flashboard.
Background
Flood disasters are mainly flood disasters, and flood disasters refer to disasters caused by flooding, heavy rain, ponding and excessive soil moisture to human society. Flood disaster is a disaster caused by flooding due to the sudden rise of water levels of rivers, lakes and reservoirs and the overflow or burst of dams, and is one of ten natural disasters threatening the survival of human beings.
The characteristics of extremely uneven precipitation distribution and over-concentrated rainfall time in China, and the frequent dangerous situations of river dams caused by concentrated rainfall are also the main reasons for causing flood disasters.
Currently, prevention and control of flooding and flooding have become an important public security service for guaranteeing social stability and economic development in all countries of the world. Among them, dike breach emergency rescue is a big problem to be solved urgently in all countries in the world. In breach emergency rescue, water flow flowing through an embankment breach door is intercepted and blocked in various ways usually under a higher water level, so that the water flow completely returns to an original river channel, but the breach emergency rescue engineering has great construction risk, but requires short construction period and high efficiency, so that the technical difficulty is high, and the rescue cost is high. The traditional breach emergency treatment methods such as throwing stones, sand bags, gabions and the like have little leak stopping effect; even if the advanced throwing technology is adopted, such as a triangular conical steel frame (patent No. 201620690588.2) for blocking dike breach, the ideal effect is difficult to achieve due to the limited manual throwing power and the overlarge flood flow rate at the breach; other methods such as the soft block method of river levee breach (patent number 99115001.5) require manual jumping into the torrent of flood to complete the piling construction; the 'anti-break dike and dam-break plugging boat' (patent number 201521008895.x) needs manual operation of large ships and vehicles to sink and plug the bottom, and the cost is very high. Therefore, in urgent need, a set of efficient, fast, safe and feasible dam breach fast rescue method needs to be developed, standardization and module blocks of rescue engineering are realized, construction efficiency is improved to the maximum extent, construction risks and costs are reduced, and safety of the dam of the yellow river is ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a column cage stone pile supporting cage type flashboard for blocking breach and breakwater and a rapid emergency rescue method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention comprises two parts:
a column cage stone pile supporting cage type gate plate for blocking breach levee is characterized by comprising two parts, a column cage stone pile and a cage type gate plate;
the column cage stone pile mainly comprises a column cage and stones; the column cage stone pile has two types, namely a hollow column cage and a solid column cage; the hollow column cage is a stone pile formed by inwards throwing stones after the column cage is installed to the burst position of the breach; the solid core column cage is a stone pile formed by filling stones in the solid core column cage in advance before installation.
The column cage comprises vertical steel bars, transverse stirrups and punching ribs; vertical steel bars with the diameter larger than 30mm are arranged along the outer edge of the column shape along the radial direction-; the transverse stirrups with the diameter not less than 10mm are axially arranged along the outer edge of the column and are welded with the vertical steel bars; the distance between the adjacent vertical steel bars is not more than 100mm, and the distance between the adjacent transverse stirrups is not more than 200 mm; the bottom of the column cage is provided with an impact rib with the length of more than 1000mm, the diameter of the impact rib is not less than 50mm, and the stone pile can be planted at the bottom of the breach with a certain depth.
The plate-shaped cage-shaped gate plate is a plate-shaped cuboid reinforcement mesh cage formed by welding reinforcements (31) with the diameter of not less than 10mm, and meshes of the mesh cage are rectangular or triangular with the side length of not more than 200mm, as shown in fig. 3(a) and 3 (b); the plate-shaped cage type gate plate is not less than 300mm in thickness, the width depends on the distance between the stone piles, and the height is determined according to the flood depth at the breach.
The plate-shaped cage type flashboard is divided into two forms, namely a hollow plate-shaped cage type flashboard and a solid plate-shaped cage type flashboard; the hollow plate-shaped cage-type gate plate is directly used as a retaining wall, and gravels are piled on two sides of the retaining wall; the solid plate cage-shaped gate plate is a plate cage-shaped gate plate filled with stones.
The column cage stone piles are formed into a plurality of stone pile groups, the upstream faces of two adjacent column cage stone piles in the stone pile groups are paved with plate-shaped cage flashboards, and the column cage stone piles and the plate-shaped cage flashboards jointly form the whole flood prevention body.
According to the column cage stone pile supporting cage type flashboard for blocking breach and breakwater, the invention also provides a quick emergency rescue method, which comprises the following two parts:
1. piping leakage stoppage in the early stage of breach:

The embankment net rack is named by placing the net rack along the inner slope and the downslope of the dam as shown in figure 5. The light steel keel frame comprises a light steel keel frame and a skin with meshes; wherein, the width of the web plate of the light steel keel is not less than 300 mm; the height of the flange is not less than 40 mm; the covering is a plastic net, a metal wire net or a metal net sheet which is mechanically and continuously stretched into fish scale holes which enable the silt not to be easily lost; the net sheet is connected with the keel by self-tapping screws. The light steel keel and the net sheet form a space net frame, and silt can be poured between the light steel keel and the net sheet to form a plate body so as to prevent further piping, for example, special piping mortar, or underwater concrete or underwater mortar is used, so that the space net frame has higher firmness.
2. The column cage supports the cage type flashboard to block the breach and break the dike:
(1) preparing: welding the column cage and the cage-type gate plate, wherein the column cage and the cage-type gate plate can be processed on site or prefabricated in a factory and then transported to the site; enough rocks and sand are prepared.
(2) Hoisting the column cage: arranging column cages at the breach door along the axis of the dam by adopting a mechanical hoisting method, wherein the center distance between the column cages is 3000mm, and stones are added into the column cages to form a column cage stone pile group;
(3) installing a cage type flashboard: install the flashboard in stone stake upper reaches (the incoming water direction), form the barrier body, then pile up the grit at its both sides fast, pack the stone in order to improve overall stability in cage type flashboard simultaneously, until the dykes and dams shutoff is accomplished.
The invention relates to a rapid emergency rescue technology for plugging burst and breaking levee by using a column cage stone pile supporting cage type flashboard, which has the advantages of high structural strength, good stability, low cost, convenient construction and good rapid emergency rescue effect. Adopt to paste and carry the rack to the piping leaking stoppage, can show effectively to solve piping harm, improve dykes and dams holistic structural strength and stability, and dykes and dams are protected by rack restraint, avoid suffering the further erosion of flood.

Detailed Description
As shown in the attached drawing, the column cage stone pile supporting cage type gate plate for blocking the burst levee of the breach consists of a column cage 12 and a cage type gate plate 13.
The column cage 12, as shown in fig. 2, is a cylindrical net cage formed by welding longitudinal steel bars 21 and transverse steel bars 22, and is cylindrical, the lower part of the net cage is provided with a punching-in rib 23 which is longer than 1000mm, and stones are added into the cage and placed in a gate of a gap to form a column cage stone pile. There are two types of column cages, namely hollow column cages and solid column cages, as shown in fig. 2.
The cage-type gate plate is welded into a cage-type plate shape by steel bars 31 as shown in fig. 3, can be directly used or filled with stones to resist the impact of water flow, and simultaneously slows down the flow rate, thereby being beneficial to quickly filling sand and stones on two sides of the cage-type gate plate and sealing the breach door.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a dike attaching net rack 41 is adopted to stop the leakage of piping positions 43 of dikes 42; the space net frame is composed of main components such as light steel keels 51 and mesh skins 52 as shown in fig. 5.
Wherein the light gauge steel 51 functions as a skeleton. The skin 52 is made of a plastic mesh sheet, a metal wire mesh sheet or a metal tensioning mesh sheet, and is fixed and reinforced by self-tapping screws 53. The ends of the grid are secured to the keel grid by a specialized end-capping skin 54 to prevent filler loss in the space grid.
The net mount thickness is dependent on the width L1 of the keel web 55, typically 300 mm. The spacing L4 of light steel keel in the net rack is 400 mm. The net rack width L2 is typically 3000 mm. The height L3 of the net rack depends on the depth of the piping position from the water surface, and is generally 3000 mm-6000 mm.
The piping is blocked as shown in fig. 4. After the swirl point at the upstream of the piping 43 is determined, the net rack 41 is directly laid along the dam slope, and then special piping mortar, or underwater concrete, or underwater mortar 44 is poured into the net rack, so that the piping can be blocked. The net rack is light in weight, convenient to process and transport and convenient for rapid rescue on construction sites.

the plate-shaped cage type gate plate (13) is a plate-shaped cuboid reinforcement cage formed by welding reinforcements (31) with the diameter of not less than 10mm, and meshes (32) of the cage are rectangular or triangular with the side length of not more than 200 mm; the thickness of the plate-shaped cage-type gate plate (13) is not less than 300mm, the width depends on the spacing of the stone piles, and the height is determined according to the flood depth at the breach;
the plate-shaped cage type flashboard (13) is divided into two forms, namely a hollow plate-shaped cage type flashboard and a solid plate-shaped cage type flashboard; the hollow plate-shaped cage-type gate plate is directly used as a retaining wall, and gravels are piled on two sides of the retaining wall; the solid plate-shaped cage-shaped gate plate is characterized in that stones are filled in the plate-shaped cage-shaped gate plate (13);

2) hoisting the column cage: arranging column cages at the breach door along the axis of the dam by adopting a mechanical hoisting method, wherein the center distance between the column cages is 3000mm, and stones are added into the column cages to form a column cage stone pile group;
3) installing a cage type flashboard: the gate plate is arranged at the upstream (water incoming direction) of the stone pile to form a blocking body, then gravels are rapidly stacked on the two sides of the blocking body, and meanwhile, stones are filled in the cage-shaped gate plate to improve the overall stability until the breach plugging of the dam is completed.
