Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide granule preparation, relates to a preparation technology of a combined granule, and particularly relates to a combined granule containing chlorfenapyr and lufenuron, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The Chinese chive maggots are the most common underground pests on Chinese chives, have the most serious harm and are most difficult to control. In spring and autumn, the larvae gather in the underground part of the leeks to damage the leeks and dig into the young stems, the damaged leeks have weak leaves on the ground, wither and cut off leaves, and finally die. When the temperature is high in summer, the larvae move downwards to eat the bulbs, so that the bulbs are rotted, and the Chinese chives grow into blocks and die. In open field and spring protected field, hotbed chives in winter are damaged, which causes great loss to production.
The chlorfenapyr belongs to heterocyclic pesticides, does not contain phosphorus, is a drug produced by modifying the chemical structure of pyrrole ring natural antibiotics, and is one of the current high-efficiency insecticides. Acts on mitochondria of cells in the insect body, acts through a multifunctional oxidase in the insect body, and mainly inhibits the conversion of Adenosine Diphosphate (ADP) to Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP). While adenosine triphosphate stores the energy necessary for the cells to maintain their vital functions. The chlorfenapyr has stomach toxicity and contact poisoning effects on pests, has strong permeability on leaf surfaces, has a certain systemic effect, and has the characteristics of wide insecticidal spectrum, high control effect, long lasting effect and safety. High pesticidal speed, high penetrability and high pesticidal effect. Has high control effect on resistant pests, and particularly has good effect on pests with resistance to pesticides such as organic phosphorus, carbamate, chrysanthemum ester and the like.
Lufenuron belongs to benzoylurea insecticides, and is also a chitin synthesis inhibitor that interferes with insect molting to cause death. The lufenuron has stomach poisoning effect on pests, has a certain contact killing effect, and can inhibit the synthesis of chitin on the epidermis of larvae after entering the bodies of the pests, so that the pests can not grow new skin, and can die from molting disorder. The lufenuron is mainly used for preventing and treating lepidoptera larvae and other larvae of cotton, corns, vegetables, fruit trees and the like, and can also be used for preventing and treating piercing-sucking mouthpart pests. The lufenuron is easy to decompose in crops and in soil and water, so the residual quantity in agricultural products is low and the environment is not polluted.
The chlorfenapyr has good control effect on the Chinese chive maggots, and the lufenuron can effectively inhibit moulting of the Chinese chive maggots, inhibit hatching of eggs and prolong the lasting period. After the two components are combined, the quick insecticidal effect can be effectively improved, the effective period can be prolonged, the two components can be combined according to a certain proportion, the two components can achieve a mutual synergistic effect, and the utilization rate is effectively improved.
At present, the development and application of the granules are more well known and concerned by people, and the preparation has the advantages of long lasting period, convenient application, labor and time saving, safety, high efficiency, root promotion, income increase, small drift, less flying dust, small environmental pollution, safety to natural enemies and beneficial insects, low toxicity of high-level pesticides, controllable release speed, prolonged lasting period, expanded application range and the like. The novel granules are applied underground once to reduce the diseases and pests on the ground, and meet the national general guidelines of reducing and increasing the quantity and protecting the environment!
