The universal adjusting device for the side wall framework assembling and welding tool of claim 1, wherein the height-adjustable supporting mechanism (2) comprises a first external thread supporting column (2-1), a first internal thread sleeve (2-2), a first bolt guide plate (2-3), a first bolt assembly (2-4) and a first supporting seat (2-5), and the first external thread supporting column (2-1) is in threaded connection with the first internal thread sleeve (2-2); the first bolt guide plate (2-3) is fixedly connected to the top of the first internal thread sleeve (2-2), and three sections of first arc-shaped through holes (2-3-1) with the same length are formed in the first bolt guide plate (2-3) along the circumference; the end part of the first supporting seat (2-5) is provided with a baffle (2-5-1), the first supporting seat (2-5) is provided with three first waist-shaped holes (2-5-2), the first bolt assembly (2-4) sequentially penetrates through the first waist-shaped holes (2-5-2) and the first arc-shaped through hole (2-3-1) to enable the first supporting seat (2-5) and the first bolt guide plate (2-3) to be limited in the vertical direction and locked and fixedly connected in a detachable mode, and the first supporting seat (2-5) and the first bolt guide plate (2-3) are connected in a rotating mode in the horizontal direction.
