As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, an air inlet 706 communicating with the inside of the drying cabinet 701 is disposed at the left side of the drying cabinet 701, a filter screen 707 is connected to the inner wall of the air inlet 706, wherein the air inlet 706 is used for introducing air outside the drying cabinet 701 into the inside of the drying cabinet 701, and since the filter screen 707 is disposed at the port of the air inlet 706, dust in the air can be effectively blocked, and further the dust can be prevented from entering the inside of the drying cabinet 701, if the dust enters the inside of the drying cabinet 701, when the air pump 703 is in operation, dust gas heated inside the drying cabinet 701 can be blown into the surface of the cleaned bearing workpiece through the blowing plate 705, which may affect the cleaning effect of the bearing workpiece, so that the filter screen 707 is disposed at the port of the air inlet 706, which can be avoided, a heating pipe 708 is disposed between the inner walls of the drying cabinet 701, and a top cover 709 is connected to the top of the drying cabinet 701 through screws, temperature sensor 710 is installed at the top of top cover 709, temperature sensor 710's output extends to the inside of drying cabinet 701, controller 711 is installed to the back of drying cabinet 701, air pump 703, temperature sensor 710 and heating pipe 708 are connected with controller 711 respectively, mainly can carry out temperature detection to the gas of drying cabinet 701 internal heating through temperature sensor 710, if the temperature reaches preset numerical value, can send data to controller 711, controller 711 can send start signal to air pump 703 after receiving the signal, then the heated gas rethread blows gas board 705 and dries the bearing work piece after wasing, and then can guarantee that the bearing work piece is when dry, can not be because of the temperature is too low, it is unsatisfactory or the temperature is too high to dry the bearing work piece after wasing, cause phenomenons such as damage to the bearing work piece.
The invention also provides a treatment method of the bearing workpiece ring cleaning treatment equipment, which comprises the following steps:
step A, when the bearing workpiece is respectively fixed on the front, back, left and right surfaces of the article placing component 4, the bidirectional threaded rod 403 only needs to be rotated clockwise, so that the two clamping plates 404 which are symmetrical on the surface of the bidirectional threaded rod 403 move in the same direction, and the bearing workpiece can be fixed between the two clamping plates 404;
step B, after the bearing workpieces are respectively fixed on the front, back, left and right surfaces of the fixed plate 401, then the cleaning liquid is conveyed through the liquid conveying pipe 6 and flows into the corresponding brushes in the brush plate 502, the brush plate 502 can make horizontal leftward or horizontal rightward linear motion in the cleaning box 1 through the pushing of the driving cylinder 501, when the brush plate 502 makes horizontal rightward linear motion in the cleaning box 1, the brush plate 502 can make contact with the bearing workpieces fixed in the two clamping plates 404, so that when the fixed plate 401 rotates through the disc 3 in the servo motor 2, the bearing workpieces respectively fixed on the front, back, left and right surfaces of the fixed plate 401 in sequence can make circular linear motion in the cleaning box 1, further the cleaning liquid on the brushes in the brush plate 502 can be ensured to be in contact with the surfaces of the bearing workpieces for wiping, then the water conveyed in the water receiving pipe 8 can be sprayed from the spraying disc 9, the bearing workpiece stained with the cleaning liquid is cleaned, and the water sprayed in the spraying disc 9 can be discharged from a drain hole arranged at the bottom of the cleaning box 1, so that the water cannot be concentrated in the cleaning box 1;
step C, after the bearing workpiece is cleaned, opening a heating pipe 708 and a temperature sensor 710 in the drying mechanism 7, when air effectively blocks dust in the air through a filter screen 707 from an air inlet 706, then entering the inside of the drying box 701, further heating the entering air through the heating pipe 708 in the drying box 701, detecting the gas temperature in the drying box 701 through the temperature sensor 710, when the temperature reaches a preset value, sending data to a controller 711 through the temperature sensor 710, after receiving a signal by the controller 711, driving an air pump 703, and conveying the heated air to an air blowing plate 705 through the matching of a first connecting pipe 702 and a second connecting pipe 704, wherein the air blowing plate 705 is obliquely arranged at the upper right corner of the cleaning box 1, and forms a 45-degree included angle with the inner wall of the cleaning box 1 to correspond to the object placing assembly 4, therefore, when the cleaned bearing workpiece moves in a circular linear motion in the cleaning tank 1, the hot air in the air blowing plate 705 can dry the moisture on the surface of the bearing workpiece fixed in the fixing plate 401.
