Abstract
The invention relates to a local water mist fire extinguishing system for a cabin, which comprises a water mist local pump starter, a water mist controller, a water mist repeater, a relay control group, an alarm monitoring system and a cabin alarm lamp post, wherein the water mist local pump starter is connected with the water mist controller; the water mist local pump starter is connected with a main power supply, the water mist local pump starter is respectively connected with two water mist controllers, and the water mist local pump starter is connected with a water mist repeater of a steering room; the fine water mist local pump starter is connected with a relay control group of a fire detection system, and the relay control group is connected with a fire detection control device; the water mist local pump starter is connected with an alarm monitoring system and is connected with an engine room alarm lamp post. According to the invention, the water mist alarm is integrated on the cabin alarm lamp post, and related alarm signals can cover the whole cabin, so that the effectiveness of the alarm signals is greatly improved, and the equipment cost is greatly reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship fire fighting, in particular to a local water mist fire extinguishing system for a cabin.
Background
The alarm bell in the existing water mist system of the ship is in the form of a single alarm bell prepared by a manufacturer, and then the alarm bells are independently arranged in respective areas, wherein the single alarm bell is shown in figure 1; the control principle of water smoke warning, conventional design is when the smoke and sensitization probe in certain region detect this region and take place the conflagration, can the automatic release and the warning of trigger water smoke, and water smoke control box can transmit alarm signal to relevant alarm bell this moment, adopts single alarm bell form to have following several defects:

(3) because each alarm lamp bell needs at least one power line, the cable consumption is greatly increased, and the cable cost is increased;

the cabin alarm lamp post comprises a main controller and a lamp post body, a plurality of rotary alarms are arranged at the top end of the lamp post body, an alarm lamp plate is arranged on the front side of the lamp post body, an alarm horn is arranged above the alarm lamp plate, and the alarm lamp, the alarm horn and the alarm lamp plate are all connected with the main controller; the alarm lamp panel comprises a general alarm lamp box, a carbon dioxide alarm lamp box, a fire alarm lamp box, a water mist release lamp box and an engine room alarm lamp box.

(2) According to the invention, one path of water mist alarm is added on the cabin alarm lamppost, the water mist alarm is integrated on the cabin alarm lamppost, an alarm bell is not required to be purchased additionally, the cabin alarm lamppost has respective related cable paths, and installation accessories such as an installation base and an electricity outfitting piece are not required, so that the equipment cost is greatly reduced, and the installation is more convenient.

The water mist local pump starter is respectively connected with two water mist controllers, wherein one water mist controller is a water mist controller of a fire control station, and the other water mist controller is a water mist controller of a cabin control room; the water mist local pump starter is connected with a water mist repeater of the steering room; the fine water mist local pump starter is connected with a relay control group of the fire detection system, the relay control group is connected with a fire detection control device, the relay control group is also connected with an engine room detection loop, and the engine room detection loop is connected with the fire detection control device.
The fine water mist local pump starter is connected with an alarm monitoring system, the fine water mist local pump starter is connected with a navigation data recording system, and the fine water mist local pump starter is connected with an engine room alarm lamp post.
The water mist local pump starter is connected with a plurality of zone local operation boxes respectively, and the zone local operation boxes are arranged on the engine room.
The water mist local pump starter is respectively connected with a plurality of segment valves.

The fine water mist local pump starter is also connected with a fine water mist pump with a motor and a pump operation pressure switch.
Cabin warning lamp pole includes main control unit and lamp pole body 1, three rotatory alarm lamp 2 in the top of lamp pole body 1, the front of lamp pole body 1 is equipped with an alarm lamp plate 4, and the top of alarm lamp plate 4 is equipped with an alarm loudspeaker 3, and main control unit is all connected to alarm lamp 2, alarm loudspeaker 3 and alarm lamp plate 4.
The alarm lamp panel 4 comprises eight alarm lamp boxes which are longitudinally arranged and a large lamp box which is triangular prism-shaped after combination, one side surface of the large lamp box is attached to the front surface of the lamp post main body 1, the other two side surfaces of the large lamp box protrude out of the surface of the lamp post main body 1, alarm icons are arranged on the other two side surfaces, and each alarm lamp box corresponds to different alarm icons.
The alarm lamp board 4 comprises a general alarm (total alarm) lamp box, a carbon dioxide alarm lamp box, a fire alarm lamp box, a water mist release lamp box, a cabin alarm lamp box, an unmanned (dead person) alarm lamp box, a telegraph telephone lamp box and a telephone incoming call lamp box.
The front surface of the lamppost body 1 is also provided with a test button 5 for detecting the quality of the relevant electrical equipment of the lamppost.
The bottom of the lamp post body 1 is provided with a plurality of fixing pins 6, and the fixing pins are provided with screw holes for installation and fixation.
And green, red and yellow lamp shades are respectively arranged on the rotary alarm lamp 2.
The working principle is as follows:
according to the invention, a water mist alarm indicator board is additionally arranged on the alarm lamp panel of the cabin alarm lamp post, and when water mist alarms, the water mist indicator lamp on the triangular alarm board can be synchronously triggered with the red alarm lamp and the horn on the top; when the water mist system is triggered to release and alarm, the water mist control box firstly outputs an alarm signal to the cabin alarm lamppost relay box, and the rear lamppost relay box simultaneously transmits the signal to each lamppost, so that the related water mist alarm on the alarm lamppost of each cabin area is triggered.
