本申请涉及电子行业技术领域,具体涉及一种可折弯装置。
背景技术
参照图1和图2所示,现有的可弯折电子设备1',一般包括依次叠层设置的柔性屏11'、支撑层12'和弯折层13'。其中,支撑层12'为一整块,通过胶体14'连接于柔性屏11'及弯折层13',对屏幕层11'起到支撑、保护的作用。弯折层13'包括第一主体131'、第二主体132'和可弯折部件133',第一主体131'经可弯折部件133'与第二主体132'连接。
但是,上述现有的可弯折电子设备,弯折过程中应力无法释放,使局部受到较大应力。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,本申请的主要目的在于提供一种能够在弯折过程使应力得到释放、避免受到局部应力的可折弯装置。
为了实现上述目的,本申请具体采用以下技术方案:
本申请提供了一种可折弯装置,该可折弯装置包括:
柔性层;
支撑层;
弯折层,所述弯折层包括第一主体、第二主体和可弯折部件,所述第一主体经所述可弯折部件与所述第二主体连接;
所述弯折层、所述支撑层、所述柔性层依次叠层设置,所述支撑层包括对应于所述可弯折部件的镂空件,所述镂空件包括至少一个具有竖向分量的第一支路。
优选地,所述镂空件还包括至少一个具有横向分量的第二支路。
优选地,所述可折弯装置还包括设置于所述镂空件与所述柔性层之间的第一缓冲层。
优选地,所述镂空件靠近所述柔性层的一侧开设有第一凹槽,所述第一缓冲层填充所述第一凹槽。
优选地,所述可折弯装置还包括设置于所述镂空件和所述可弯折部件之间的第二缓冲层。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;除非另有规定或说明,术语“多个”是指两个或两个以上;术语“连接”、“固定”等均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接,或电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本说明书的描述中,需要理解的是,本申请实施例所描述的“上”、“下”等方位词是以附图所示的角度来进行描述的,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限定。此外,在上下文中,还需要理解的是,当提到一个元件连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”时,其不仅能够直接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”,也可以通过中间元件间接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”。
带有屏幕的可弯折电子设备满足了消费者的需求,成为各个电子设备厂家追求高端的标志,首先,可弯折电子设备折叠后尺寸较小,满足了手感,收藏也方便;其次,可弯折电子设备展开后可以获得大的使用面积,满足了观感。
但是,现有技术中,有的可弯折电子设备的屏幕在其弯折区处没有设置有支撑层,使得屏幕在弯折过程中其弯折区没有支撑,处于自由态,受力不均匀、稳定,容易随力受挤压。或者,有的可弯折电子设备虽然设置有支撑层,但是支撑层为一整块,使得可弯折电子设备在弯折过程中应力无法释放,使局部受到较大应力。
参照图3和图4所示,本申请的实施例公开了一种可折弯装置1,该可折弯装置1包括柔性层11、支撑层12、遮光层13和弯折层14。沿可折弯装置1的厚度方向,柔性层11、支撑层12、遮光层13和弯折层14依次叠层设置。具体地,弯折层13包括第一主体131、第二主体132和可弯折部件133,第一主体131经可弯折部件133与第二主体132连接。支撑层12包括镂空件121,镂空件121的位置与可弯折部件133的位置对应设置,并且镂空件121包括至少一个具有竖向分量的第一支路121a,第一支路121a为镂空部。
本申请的支撑层12包括与可弯折部件133对应的镂空件121,并且镂空件121包括至少一个具有竖向分量的第一支路121a,使得镂空件121的镂空部的堆叠材料整体模量较小,非镂空部因支撑层12材料模量较大,整个堆叠材料整体模量较大,可折弯装置1在弯折时能够使较大处应力得到得释放,即向第一支路121a释放,避免可折弯装置局部受到较大应力。
参照图5所示,在本实施例中,镂空件121还包括至少一个具有横向分量的第二支路121b,第二支路121b为镂空部,且第二支路121b与第一支路121a垂直设置。本申请通过第一支路121a和第二支路121b的设置,使可折弯装置1在弯折时能够使较大处应力沿Y方向向第一支路121a释放,或者能够使较大应力沿X方向向第二支路121b释放,进一步避免可折弯装置1局部受到较大应力。
进一步地,当可折弯装置在弯折时,镂空件121中镂空部与非镂空部处模量过渡相差较大,如果镂空件121仅包括具有竖向分量的第一支路121a,则可折弯装置1在弯折时其弯折区容易出现小R角,支撑层12对柔性层11的支撑作用较小,且反复的弯折过程中,容易产生对柔性屏的疲劳损伤。
本申请的镂空件121由于包括具有竖向分量的第一支路121a和具有横向分量的第二支路121b,即,在相垂直的方向有分量,在弯折该可折弯装置时,可使镂空部与非镂空部的模量过渡平缓,避免可折弯装置1在弯折时其弯折区产生小R角;同时对柔性屏的支撑作用加强,在反复的弯折过程中,有反向的反弹力,可避免对柔性屏的疲劳损伤。
在本实施例中,第一支路121a为长条形,并且延X方向延伸,第二支路121b也为长条形,并且沿Y方向延伸,第一支路121a与第二支路121b相互垂直,形成迷宫型结构。可以理解,在其他实施例中,镂空件121也可以仅包括第一支路,或者,镂空件121包括第一支路和第二支路,第一支路与第二支路不垂直,第一支路和第二支路之间的夹角可以是大于0的任意角度。
继续参照图4所示,遮光部件13包括第一遮光部131和第二遮光部132。沿可折弯装置1的厚度方向,支撑层12通过压敏胶17粘接于柔性层11的一侧,第一遮光部131与支撑层12远离柔性层11的一侧通过压敏胶17粘接,但不与镂空件121粘接。第二遮光部132通过压敏胶17粘接于第一遮光部131远离柔性层11的一侧。
在本实施例中,柔性屏11、支撑层12、第一遮光层131和第二遮光层132之间通过压敏胶17粘接在一起。可以理解,在其他实施例中,柔性层11、支撑层12、第一遮光层131和第二遮光层132之间也可以通过粘结胶或者其他胶粘接在一起。
同时参照图4和图6所示,可折弯装置1还包括第一缓冲层15和第二缓冲层16,第一缓冲层15和第二缓冲层16分别由胶材制成。第一缓冲层15设置于镂空件121和柔性层11之间,第二缓冲层16设置于镂空件121和第一遮光层131之间。具体地,镂空件121靠近柔性层11的一侧开设有第一凹槽121c,第一缓冲层15填充于第一凹槽121c,使第一缓冲层15与支撑层12靠近柔性屏11的一侧的外表面基本平齐。镂空件121靠近第一遮光层131的一侧开设有第二凹槽121d,第二缓冲层16填充于第二凹槽121d,使第二缓冲层16与支撑层12远离柔性屏11的一侧的外表面基本平齐。
本申请通过在支撑层12的镂空件121的上下表面各贴设一层缓冲层,通过第一缓冲层15和第二缓冲层16能够支撑、保护柔性层11。同时由于第一缓冲层15和第二缓冲层16是由胶材制成,胶材可以吸收应力,因此通过第一缓冲层15和第二缓冲层16的设置,能够缓解镂空的支撑层的应力,尤其是横向的应力,同时通过第一缓冲层15和第二缓冲层16还能够起到使可折弯装置平整化的效果。
进一步地,当可折弯装置在弯折时,镂空件121中镂空部与非镂空部处模量过渡相差较大,可折弯装置1在弯折时其弯折区容易出现小R角,且在可折弯装置1弯折时,镂空件121的镂空部边沿会摩擦、损伤柔性屏11。本申请镂空件121的上下侧分别填充有缓冲材料,能够防止可折弯装置1在弯折时其弯折区R角过小,且能够防止镂空件121中镂空部边沿的毛刺损伤柔性屏11。
在本实施例中,柔性层11可以为柔性显示器或者柔性传感器,用于提供图像的显示或触摸信号的输入。支撑层12可以由不锈钢片制成,用于对柔性层11提供支撑作用,第一遮光层131可以由铜箔材质制成,用于散热,提升可折弯装置1的视觉效果。第二遮光层132可以由黑色麦拉制成,用于提升该可折弯装置1的视觉效果。第一缓冲层14可以由聚酰亚胺(英文名称:Polyimide;简称:PI)、涤纶树脂(英文全称:polyethylene terephthalate;简称:PET)、聚氨酯材料(英文全称:Polyurethane;PU)和胶材质中至少一种制成,第一缓冲层14也可以由聚酰亚胺(英文名称:Polyimide;简称:PI)、涤纶树脂(英文全称:polyethyleneterephthalate;简称:PET)、聚氨酯材料(英文全称:Polyurethane;PU)和胶材质中至少一种制成。
其于上述实施例的基础上,本申请还公开了另一种具体的实施方式,参照图7所示,本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,在本实施例中,镂空件121仅包括第一支路121a,第一支路121a为长条形结构。
其于上述实施例的基础上,本申请还公开了另一种具体的实施方式,参照图8所示,本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,在本实施例中,镂空件121为回字型结构。
其于上述实施例的基础上,本申请还公开了另一种具体的实施方式,参照图9和图10所示,本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,在本实施例中,镂空件121为V字型结构。
可以理解,镂空件121的结构不限于上述实施例的迷宫型结构、回字型结构或V字型结构等,也可以为上述迷宫型结构、回字型结构和V字型结构中的任意两种或两种以上的组合,或者为其他结构。
以上所述,仅为本申请较佳的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种可折弯装置,其特征在于,包括:
柔性层;
支撑层;
弯折层,所述弯折层包括第一主体、第二主体和可弯折部件,所述第一主体经所述可弯折部件与所述第二主体连接;
所述弯折层、所述支撑层、所述柔性层依次叠层设置,所述支撑层包括对应于所述可弯折部件的镂空件,所述镂空件包括至少一个具有竖向分量的第一支路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述镂空件还包括至少一个具有横向分量的第二支路。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述可折弯装置还包括设置于所述镂空件与所述柔性层之间的第一缓冲层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述镂空件靠近所述柔性层的一侧开设有第一凹槽,所述第一缓冲层填充所述第一凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述可折弯装置还包括设置于所述镂空件和所述可弯折部件之间的第二缓冲层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述镂空件靠近所述可弯折部件的一侧开设有第二凹槽,所述第二缓冲层填充所述第二凹槽。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述第一支路为长条形结构。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述镂空件为迷宫型结构、回字型结构、V字型结构中的一种或其任意组合。
9.根据权利要求3所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述第一缓冲层由聚酰亚胺、涤纶树脂、聚氨酯材料和胶材质中至少一种制成。
10.根据权利要求5所述的可折弯装置,其特征在于,所述第二缓冲层由聚酰亚胺、涤纶树脂、聚氨酯材料和胶材质中至少一种制成。
