Abstract

本发明涉及窑炉技术领域,且公开了一种适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺,包括烟气除尘、余热回收、一次脱硫和二次脱硫四个处理流程;烟气除尘:采用旋风除尘器,对窑炉排出的烟气进行处理,将烟气中的粉尘粒子分离出;余热回收:采用低温余热发电系统对烟气中的余热进行回收利用。该适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺,首先将烟气中的灰尘清除,并对烟气中的余热进行回收发电处理,减少电能的消耗,经过一次脱硫处理,将烟气中的大部分SO2清除,并生成可回收利用的CaSO3及少量CaSO4材料,再经过二次脱硫可将烟气中百分之九十五以上的SO2清除,并达到高品质的硫铵化肥产物,如此在处理烟气中得到附加产物。

一种适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及窑炉技术领域,具体为一种适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺。
背景技术
窑炉或火炉是指用于烧制陶瓷器物和雕塑或是令珐琅熔合到金属器物表面的火炉。一般用砖和石头砌成,根据需要可以制成大小各种的规格,能采用可燃气体、油或电来运转。
窑炉在使用中会产生大量的烟气,烟气中的成分很复杂,气体中包括水蒸汽、SO2、N2、O2、CO、CO2碳氢化合物以及氮氧化合物等,烟尘包括燃料的灰分、煤粒、油滴以及高温裂解产物等。因此烟气对环境的污染是多种毒物的复合污染。烟尘对人体的危害性与颗粒的大小有关,对人体产生极大的危害。
因此窑炉烟气需要进行处理方可进行排放,而除尘脱硫过程是处理烟气的必经过程,但现有的处理工艺中,对脱硫剂消耗极大,且产生的反应物也无法回收利用,为此我们提出了一种适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明提供了一种适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺,其特征在于:包括烟气除尘、余热回收、一次脱硫和二次脱硫四个处理流程;
烟气除尘:采用旋风除尘器,对窑炉排出的烟气进行处理,将烟气中的粉尘粒子分离出;
余热回收:采用低温余热发电系统对烟气中的余热进行回收利用;
一次脱硫:采用半干半湿法对烟气进行脱硫处理,并生成CaSO3及少量CaSO4,作为道路施工材料和建筑材料;
二次脱硫:采用氨水洗涤法对净化后的对烟气进行二次脱硫处理,并可得到硫铵化肥产物。
优选的,所述旋风除尘器设有保温措施,且其上的连接管道均为保温管材。
优选的,所述低温余热发电系统包括蒸发器、透平机、冷凝器、工质泵、发电机,低沸点的有机工质在蒸发器中与锅炉尾部的低温烟气进行换热,等压吸热后由液态变为高温高压的气态,随后进入透平机中绝热膨胀做功,在透平机出口变为低温低压的气态,排出的乏气进入冷凝器中等压放热,被冷却介质冷凝成低温低压的液态,而后经工质泵绝热加压并送至蒸发器中继续下一个循环,如此往复,循环过程中系统不断输出的能量最终被转化为高品位的电能。
优选的,所述半干半湿法就是将烟气导入脱硫塔,在入塔之前,同脱硫剂(CaO或Ca(OH)2粉末)混合,塔内喷淋水雾;

CaO+H2SO3=CaSO3+H20
Ca(OH)2+H2SO3=CaSO3+2H2O
2CaSO3+O2=2CaSO4
以上反应式为塔中SO2、水、脱硫剂三者之间发生反应的过程。
优选的,所述氨水洗涤法就是以氨水作为吸收剂,对烟气中的二氧化硫进行吸收,可得到硫酸铵化肥的副产物;

(NH4)2SO3+H2O+SO2=2NH4HSO3
NH4HSO3+NH3=(NH4)2SO3
(NH4)2SO3+1/2O2=(NH4)2SO4
以上反应式为二氧化硫与氨水之间发生过程。
与现有技术对比,本发明具备以下有益效果:
该适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺,首先将烟气中的灰尘清除,并对烟气中的余热进行回收发电处理,减少电能的消耗,经过一次脱硫处理,将烟气中的大部分SO2清除,并生成可回收利用的CaSO3及少量CaSO4材料,再经过二次脱硫可将烟气中百分之九十五以上的SO2清除,并达到高品质的硫铵化肥产物,如此在处理烟气中得到附加产物,相比现有技术更加环保且脱硫效果更佳。

烟气除尘:采用旋风除尘器,对窑炉排出的烟气进行处理,将烟气中的粉尘粒子分离出,旋风除尘器设有保温措施,且其上的连接管道均为保温管材。
余热回收:采用低温余热发电系统对烟气中的余热进行回收利用,低温余热发电系统包括蒸发器、透平机、冷凝器、工质泵、发电机,低沸点的有机工质在蒸发器中与锅炉尾部的低温烟气进行换热,等压吸热后由液态变为高温高压的气态,随后进入透平机中绝热膨胀做功,在透平机出口变为低温低压的气态,排出的乏气进入冷凝器中等压放热,被冷却介质冷凝成低温低压的液态,而后经工质泵绝热加压并送至蒸发器中继续下一个循环,如此往复,循环过程中系统不断输出的能量最终被转化为高品位的电能。

相比现有技术将水溶液改为喷入CaO或Ca(0H)2粉末和喷水雾,同时也克服了炉内喷钙法SO2和CaO反应效率低,反应时间长的缺点,提高了钙的利用效率。
二次脱硫:采用氨水洗涤法对净化后的对烟气进行二次脱硫处理,并可得到硫铵化肥产物;氨水洗涤法就是以氨水作为吸收剂,对烟气中的二氧化硫进行吸收,可得到硫酸铵化肥的副产物;

(NH4)2SO3+H2O+SO2=2NH4HSO3
NH4HSO3+NH3=(NH4)2SO3
(NH4)2SO3+1/2O2=(NH4)2SO4
以上反应式为二氧化硫与氨水之间发生过程;
氨水浓度采用10-15%之间,并需要技术添加氧化空气,供反应式发生。

1.一种适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺,其特征在于:包括烟气除尘、余热回收、一次脱硫和二次脱硫四个处理流程;
烟气除尘:采用旋风除尘器,对窑炉排出的烟气进行处理,将烟气中的粉尘粒子分离出;
余热回收:采用低温余热发电系统对烟气中的余热进行回收利用;
一次脱硫:采用半干半湿法对烟气进行脱硫处理,并生成CaSO3及少量CaSO4,作为道路施工材料和建筑材料;
二次脱硫:采用氨水洗涤法对净化后的对烟气进行二次脱硫处理,并可得到硫铵化肥产物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于窑炉烟气的环保处理工艺,其特征在于:所述旋风除尘器设有保温措施,且其上的连接管道均为保温管材。
