Abstract

In the embodiment of the present invention, after controlling the driving motor 132 to operate, the current detection device 135 detects the operating current of the driving motor 132 in real time, the control device 134 determines the magnitude relationship between the operating current and a preset safe current in real time, and when the operating current is less than or equal to the preset safe current, it indicates that the current driving motor is operated safely, the driving motor is controlled to continue to operate according to the motor rotation speed value; and when the running current is greater than the preset safe current, indicating that potential safety hazards exist in the running of the current driving motor, and controlling the driving motor to stop running.
By adopting the technical means of the embodiment of the invention, the current detection device is additionally arranged in the automatic door opening and closing system to detect the running current of the driving motor in real time, so that the driving motor can be controlled to stop working in time when the running current of the driving motor is abnormal, the safe running of the automatic door opening and closing is ensured, and the personal safety of a user is ensured.
Preferably, on the basis that the automatic door opening and closing system 13 includes an alarm device, the control device further controls the alarm device to send a danger alarm prompt after determining that the operating current is greater than the preset safe current, so as to remind a user that the current driving motor operates abnormally, thereby facilitating the user to find a problem in time and perform maintenance.
Referring to fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment, the automatic opening and closing door system further includes an open limit position switch 136 and a closed limit position switch 137.
The opening limit position switch 136 is arranged at the opening limit position of the refrigerator door body 131 and is used for detecting whether the refrigerator door body 131 is opened to the opening limit position; the closing limit position switch 137 is disposed at a closing limit position of the refrigerator door 131, and is configured to detect whether the refrigerator door 131 is closed to the closing limit position.
The control device 134 is connected to the open limit position switch 136 and the close limit position switch 137 respectively, and is configured to obtain the trigger states of the open limit position switch 136 and the close limit position switch 137.
Referring to fig. 4, after step S13, the control device is further configured to execute steps S41 to S42:
s41, detecting whether the limit position switch is triggered or not in real time in the running process of the driving motor;
and S42, when the opening limit position switch or the closing limit position switch is triggered, controlling the driving motor to stop running.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an open limit position switch 136 and a closed limit position switch 137 are provided for detecting whether the refrigerator door 131 moves to the limit positions of opening and closing. When the refrigerator door 131 is opened to the opening limit position, the opening limit position switch 136 is triggered, and then the control device 134 can detect that the opening limit position switch 136 is in a triggered state; when the refrigerator door 131 is closed to the closed limit position, the closed limit position switch 137 is triggered, and the control device 134 can detect that the closed limit position switch 137 is in a triggered state.
In the operation process of the driving motor, if it is detected that the opening limit position switch 136 or the closing limit position switch 137 is triggered, indicating that the refrigerator door 131 has moved to the corresponding opening limit position or closing limit position, controlling the driving motor 132 to stop operating.
By adopting the technical means of the embodiment of the invention, the operation stop condition of the driving motor can be accurately and simply determined, and the safe operation of the driving motor can be ensured.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 4, after step S13, the control device is further configured to execute steps S43 to S45:
s43, detecting whether the driving motor stops running abnormally or not;
s44, when the abnormal stop operation of the driving motor is detected, judging whether the driving motor meets a preset operation suspension condition;
s45, if yes, controlling the driving motor to stop running; if not, the driving motor is judged to be in fault, and the alarm device is controlled to send out a fault alarm prompt.
Specifically, step S43 specifically includes: detecting whether the driving motor stops running and the opening limit position switch or the closing limit position switch is not triggered.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after controlling the operation of the driving motor, if the open limit switch 136 or the close limit switch 137 is not triggered, it indicates that the refrigerator door 131 does not move to the open limit position or the close limit position, the driving motor 132 should continue to operate, and at this time, if the driving motor 132 has stopped operating, it indicates that the driving motor 132 is in an abnormal operation stop state. Therefore, it is necessary to further determine the cause of the abnormal stop of the driving motor 132.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a pause condition of the driving motor is preset, for example, a finger-pinch prevention pause condition, an anti-collision pause condition, etc., and the pause condition is used for forcibly controlling the driving motor 132 to stop operating when detecting that there may be a user's hand pinched or a user's collision is detected during the opening and closing of the refrigerator door 131, so as to forcibly pause the opening or closing operation of the refrigerator door 131.
On the basis, if the driving motor 132 abnormally stops operating, whether the driving motor 132 meets a preset operation suspension condition is judged, and if the driving motor 132 meets the preset operation suspension condition, the driving motor 132 is controlled to stop operating; if the driving motor 132 does not meet the preset operation suspension condition, it may be that the driving motor 132 has an operation fault, and therefore, the alarm device is controlled to send out a fault alarm prompt, so that a user can find a problem in time and perform maintenance.
By adopting the technical means of the embodiment of the invention, the operation monitoring of the driving motor can be effectively realized, and the normal and safe operation of the driving motor is ensured.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a method for controlling an automatic door opening and closing operation of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention provides a control method for automatically opening and closing a door of a refrigerator.
The refrigerator comprises at least one storage chamber and an automatic door opening and closing system, wherein the storage chamber is used for storing articles; the automatic door opening and closing system comprises a refrigerator door body, a driving motor, a weight detection device and a control device. The control method for automatically opening and closing the door of the box is executed by the control device, and specifically comprises the following steps of S51 to S53:
and S51, when a door opening and closing control instruction of a user is received, acquiring the weight of the articles in the storage chamber of the refrigerator at present.
Specifically, the weight of the article in the storage chamber is detected by the weight detection device provided below the storage chamber, and the detected weight is transmitted to the control device.
S52, obtaining a motor rotating speed value corresponding to the weight of the articles in the storage room at present according to the corresponding relation between the preset weight of the articles and the motor rotating speed value;
and S53, controlling the driving motor to operate according to the motor rotating speed value so as to drive the automatic opening and closing door of the refrigerator to open or close.
By adopting the embodiment of the invention, when a user controls the refrigerator to automatically open and close the door, the system can control the driving motor for opening and closing the door to operate at different rotating speeds according to different object weights, and compared with the condition that the driving motor for opening and closing the door operates at a set fixed rotating speed under the conditions of no load or full load and multiple object weights of the existing refrigerator, the invention can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the refrigerator, reduce the operation noise value of the refrigerator to a certain extent and improve the use experience of the user.
As a preferred embodiment, after step S51, and before step S52, the method further includes step S54:
s54, judging whether the weight of the articles in the storage room is in a preset safe weight range or not; if yes, executing the following steps: acquiring a motor rotating speed value corresponding to the weight of the articles in the storage room at present according to a preset corresponding relation between the weight of the articles and the motor rotating speed value; if not, sending out a danger alarm prompt.
By adopting the technical means of the embodiment of the invention, whether the weight of the articles in the storage chamber is in the safe weight range or not is detected, so that the user can be informed in time when the weight of the articles does not meet the safe weight requirement, and the safe operation of automatically opening and closing the door is ensured.
As a preferred embodiment, after step S53, the method further includes steps S55 to S57:
s55, acquiring the current running current of the driving motor;
s56, when the running current is larger than the preset safe current, controlling the driving motor to stop running and sending out a danger alarm prompt;
and S57, when the running current is less than or equal to a preset safe current, controlling the driving motor to run according to the motor rotating speed value so as to drive the automatic opening and closing door of the refrigerator to be opened or closed.
By adopting the technical means of the embodiment of the invention, the running current of the driving motor is detected in real time, so that the driving motor can be controlled to stop working in time when the running current of the driving motor is abnormal, the safe running of automatic door opening and closing is ensured, and the personal safety of a user is ensured.
As a preferred embodiment, after step S53, the method further includes steps S58 to S59:
s58, detecting whether the automatic door opening and closing reaches an opening limit position or a closing limit position in real time in the running process of the driving motor;
and S59, when the automatic switch door is detected to reach the opening limit position or the closing limit position, controlling the driving motor to stop running.
By adopting the technical means of the embodiment of the invention, the operation stop condition of the driving motor can be accurately and simply determined, and the safe operation of the driving motor can be ensured.
It should be noted that, the method for controlling an automatic door opening and closing of a refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention is the same as all the process steps executed by the control device of the refrigerator according to the embodiment, and the working principles and beneficial effects of the two are in one-to-one correspondence, so that the detailed description is omitted.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A refrigerator, characterized by comprising:
the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a storage chamber and a control device, wherein at least one storage chamber is arranged in the refrigerator body;
an automatic opening and closing door system comprising: the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator door body, a driving motor, a weight detection device and a control device;
the driving motor is connected with the refrigerator door body and used for driving the refrigerator door body to open or close;
the weight detection device is arranged below the storage chamber and used for detecting the weight of the articles in the storage chamber;
the control device is respectively connected with the weight detection device and the driving motor and is used for:
when a door opening and closing control instruction of a user is received, the weight of the articles in the storage room detected by the weight detection device is obtained;
acquiring a motor rotating speed value corresponding to the weight of the articles in the storage room at present according to a preset corresponding relation between the weight of the articles and the motor rotating speed value;
and controlling the driving motor to operate according to the motor rotating speed value so as to drive the refrigerator door body to be opened or closed.
2. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the automatic opening and closing door system further comprises an alarm device connected to the control device for issuing an alarm prompt;
before the motor rotation speed value corresponding to the weight of the article in the storage chamber is obtained according to the corresponding relation between the preset article weight and the motor rotation speed value, the control device is further configured to:
judging whether the weight of the articles in the storage room is in a preset safe weight range or not;
if yes, executing the following steps: acquiring a motor rotating speed value corresponding to the weight of the articles in the storage room at present according to a preset corresponding relation between the weight of the articles and the motor rotating speed value;
if not, controlling the alarm device to send out a danger alarm prompt.
3. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the automatic opening and closing door system further comprises a current detecting means connected to the driving motor and the control means, respectively, for detecting an operating current of the driving motor;
after the driving motor is controlled to operate according to the motor rotating speed value, the control device is further used for:
acquiring the current running current of the driving motor detected by the current detection device;
when the running current is larger than a preset safe current, controlling the driving motor to stop running;
and when the running current is less than or equal to a preset safe current, controlling the driving motor to run according to the motor rotating speed value.
4. The refrigerator of claim 3, wherein the automatic opening and closing door system further comprises an open limit position switch and a closed limit position switch; the opening limit position switch is used for detecting whether the refrigerator door body is opened to an opening limit position or not, and the closing limit position switch is used for detecting whether the refrigerator door body is closed to a closing limit position or not;
after the driving motor is controlled to operate according to the motor rotating speed value, the control device is further used for:
detecting whether the opening limit position switch or the closing limit position switch is triggered or not in real time in the running process of the driving motor;
and when the opening limit position switch or the closing limit position switch is triggered, controlling the driving motor to stop running.
5. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 4, wherein after said controlling said driving motor to operate at said motor rotation speed value, said control means is further for:
detecting whether the driving motor stops running abnormally or not;
when the abnormal stop operation of the driving motor is detected, judging whether the driving motor meets a preset operation suspension condition;
if yes, controlling the driving motor to stop running; if not, the driving motor is judged to be in fault, and the alarm device is controlled to send out a fault alarm prompt.
6. The refrigerator according to claim 5, wherein the detecting whether the driving motor abnormally stops operating is specifically:
detecting whether the driving motor stops running and the opening limit position switch or the closing limit position switch is not triggered.
7. A control method for automatically opening and closing a door of a refrigerator is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a door opening and closing control instruction of a user is received, acquiring the weight of the articles in the storage chamber of the refrigerator at present;
acquiring a motor rotating speed value corresponding to the weight of the articles in the storage room at present according to a preset corresponding relation between the weight of the articles and the motor rotating speed value;
and controlling the driving motor to operate according to the rotating speed value of the motor so as to drive the automatic opening and closing door of the refrigerator to be opened or closed.
8. The method for controlling automatic opening and closing of a door of a refrigerator according to claim 7, wherein before the motor rotation speed value corresponding to the weight of the article in the storage chamber is obtained according to the preset correspondence between the weight of the article and the motor rotation speed value, the method further comprises:
judging whether the weight of the articles in the storage room is in a preset safe weight range or not;
if yes, executing the following steps: acquiring a motor rotating speed value corresponding to the weight of the articles in the storage room at present according to a preset corresponding relation between the weight of the articles and the motor rotating speed value;
if not, sending out a danger alarm prompt.
9. The method for controlling an automatically opening and closing door of a refrigerator as claimed in claim 8, wherein after said controlling said driving motor to operate according to said motor rotation speed value to drive the automatically opening and closing door of the refrigerator to be opened or closed, the method further comprises:
acquiring the current running current of the driving motor;
when the running current is larger than the preset safe current, controlling the driving motor to stop running and sending out a danger alarm prompt;
and when the running current is less than or equal to a preset safe current, controlling the driving motor to run according to the rotating speed value of the motor so as to drive the automatic opening and closing door of the refrigerator to be opened or closed.
10. The control method of automatically opening and closing a door of a refrigerator as claimed in claim 8 or 9, wherein after said controlling said driving motor to operate according to said motor rotation speed value, said control means is further for:
detecting whether the automatic door opening and closing reaches an opening limit position or a closing limit position in real time in the running process of the driving motor;
and when the automatic opening and closing door is detected to reach the opening limit position or the closing limit position, controlling the driving motor to stop running.
