Also, it is noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an operation control method of an air conditioner, including:
s1, when the air conditioner runs, detecting the light signal in the indoor unit and converting the light signal into an electric signal;
and S2, controlling the running state of the air conditioner according to the electric signal.
In the correlation technique, air conditioner indoor unit's fan and wind-guiding door are when the operation, if open the panel of indoor unit in trade, the tong may appear, by the refrigerant temperature scald of heat exchanger or the condition such as frostbite, in the production debugging in-process of air conditioner, be difficult to carry out the shut down to each air conditioner simultaneously and overhaul the debugging operation to this has increased the production degree of difficulty of air conditioner, lead to production efficiency to descend, when the air conditioner uses, also can appear often opening the panel and lead to the injured condition of user.
In the invention, when the air conditioner is operated, the optical signal in the indoor unit can be detected in real time, wherein the optical signal can comprise optical information such as illuminance and the like, when a panel of the indoor unit is opened, the optical signal is changed due to light entering the indoor unit, and the opening state of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be correspondingly identified according to the change of the optical signal, wherein the detected optical signal is converted into a corresponding electric signal, and the opening state of the indoor unit is more accurately judged according to the change of the value of the electric signal. The normal operation state of the air conditioner is maintained, so that the operation of the air conditioner is reasonably controlled, and the human body is prevented from being injured after the panel of the indoor unit is opened.
The invention can sense the light change condition in the indoor unit by arranging the photosensitive sensor in the indoor unit, and converts the optical signal into the electric signal while detecting the optical signal.
When the air conditioner is on-hook, the photosensitive sensor can be arranged inside the indoor unit, and particularly can be arranged on the middle frame wiring cover so as to be convenient for electric connection and sense light.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the controlling of the operation of the air conditioner according to the electric signal comprises:
detecting a voltage value of the electrical signal;
when the voltage value is larger than a preset voltage value, controlling the air conditioner to normally operate;
and when the voltage value is less than or equal to a preset voltage value, controlling the air conditioner to stop running.
In the above embodiment, the operation state of the indoor unit is controlled by an electrical signal, wherein specifically, a voltage value corresponding to the detected electrical signal is compared with a preset voltage value a, when the voltage value is greater than the preset voltage value a, it is determined that the panel of the indoor unit is not opened, the light is not changed, at this time, the air conditioner is controlled to normally operate, and when the voltage value is less than or equal to the preset voltage value a, it is determined that the panel of the indoor unit is opened, and the air conditioner is controlled to stop operating.
In general, a panel of the indoor unit is in a closed state, and a voltage value of the detected electrical signal is always maintained above the preset voltage value a, so that specifically, when the voltage value is continuously greater than the preset voltage value a, it is determined that the panel of the indoor unit is not opened, and the operation of the air conditioner is not adjusted, that is, the air conditioner is controlled to maintain a normal operation state.
The preset voltage value is selected and set according to the characteristics of the photosensitive sensor for detecting the optical signal, the panel material of the air conditioner and the color, and is not limited herein.
