and the control module is used for starting the control function of the equipment controller under the condition that the judgment result of the judgment module is that the equipment controller is close to the equipment controller.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the judging unit includes:
a judging subunit, configured to, when the action information meets the following criteria, judge that the action purpose of the human body is approaching the device controller, otherwise, judge that the action purpose of the human body is passing through the device controller: the human face faces the equipment controller, the movement speed is lower than a preset speed, and the movement acceleration is higher than a preset acceleration; and the preset speed and the preset acceleration are in corresponding relation with the angle.

the closing module is used for closing the control function of the equipment controller if no operation exists on the equipment controller within a specified time after the control function of the equipment controller is started; and the controller is also used for closing the control function of the equipment controller after monitoring that the human body leaves the specified range of the equipment controller.

the device controller is used for monitoring whether a human body appears in a specified range of the device controller;
the external camera is used for monitoring whether a human body appears in a specified range of the equipment controller in a matched manner; which comprises the following steps: monitoring whether a human body appears in a specified range of the household appliance by using a camera and/or an infrared device of the appliance controller and an external camera; the shooting range of the external camera comprises a shooting dead angle of a camera of the equipment controller;
the micro control unit MCU is used for receiving monitoring results of the equipment controller and the external camera and judging whether the action purpose of the human body is close to the equipment controller; if yes, controlling the equipment controller to start a control function; which comprises the following steps: acquiring a human face image, and identifying the identity of a user through the human face image; after the identity of the user is determined to be an authorized identity, acquiring action information of the human body; judging whether the behavior purpose of the human body is close to the equipment controller or passes by the equipment controller according to the action information; the action information at least comprises: the face orientation of the human body, the angle between the human body and the equipment controller, the motion speed of the human body and the motion acceleration of the human body.
11. The system of claim 10, further comprising:
and the display module is used for displaying an operation interface for a user to execute control operation after the device controller starts the control function.
