Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a detergent putting control method, which is applied to washing equipment, wherein the washing equipment can be a washing machine or a washing and drying integrated machine. As shown in fig. 1, the detergent dispensing control method includes:
step 101, acquiring indication information of stain and soil grade of clothes to be washed;
here, the washing apparatus may acquire indication information indicating a stain/soil level of laundry to be washed, which is input by a user. For example, the user may select the dirt level of the laundry through an input device such as a button or a touch screen. In some embodiments, the washing device has a stain level identification function, and the washing device can obtain indication information of the stain level based on the stain level identification.
In some embodiments, the stain soil rating comprises: a first level, a second level, and a third level, wherein the first level (i.e., the light sewage) includes: the types of stains such as fruit juice, milk stain, tea stain, sweat stain and the like which are easy to remove or have light colors; the second level (i.e., mesofouling) includes: coffee stains, red wine, curry and other relatively easily removable but heavily colored stain types; the third level (i.e., heavy fouling) includes: and stains such as grease, blood stains, sauce stains, mud stains and the like which are difficult to remove or have heavy colors. The indication information may be any one of first indication information corresponding to a first level, second indication information corresponding to a second level, and third indication information corresponding to a third level, that is, the washing apparatus may support the identification of the one or more soil contamination levels.
102, determining washing components to be put in and putting proportions of the washing components to be put in based on the indication information;
here, the washing device may determine the input types and input ratios of different washing components in the detergent, that is, the input ratio of each washing component in the washing components to be input and the input ratio of each washing component in the washing components to be input, according to the indication information. In practical application, the washing component to be put in, which is determined by the washing equipment based on the indication information, can be a main washing component, or can be a combination of the main washing component and at least one auxiliary washing component, and for the case of the washing component to be put in, which is only composed of the main washing component, the putting proportion of the washing component can be understood to be 1:0, that is, the washing components which need to be put in actually are all the main washing components; in case the laundry treatment device is configured to deliver a laundry ingredient as a combination of a main laundry ingredient and at least one auxiliary laundry ingredient, the laundry treatment device may further determine a delivery ratio of the main laundry ingredient to the auxiliary laundry ingredient based on the indication information of the stain/soil level, wherein the delivery ratio may be understood as a weight ratio between the main laundry ingredient and the auxiliary laundry ingredient.
103, putting the washing components to be put in based on the putting proportion of each washing component in the washing components to be put in.
The washing equipment puts in the actually required washing components in the washing process based on the putting proportion of each washing component in the washing components to be put in, so that the washing components required in the washing process and the putting proportion corresponding to the washing components can be reasonably controlled, the stains on the clothes can be removed more pertinently, and the washing effect of the detergent on the clothes is enhanced.
Here, the main washing component and/or the auxiliary washing component may be a main washing product or an auxiliary washing product, and may also be washing elements required for washing, that is, the washing effect may be enhanced by controlling the adding type and adding ratio of the main washing agent and the auxiliary washing agent, or controlling the adding type and adding ratio of the washing elements required for washing. Wherein, the washing elements corresponding to the main detergent may include: different types of surfactant compositions, e.g., anionic surfactant compositions, nonionic surfactant compositions, zwitterionic surfactant compositions, etc., the detersive elements of the co-detergent may include: lipases, bleaching enzymes, proteases, etc. In practical applications, various washing elements can be stored in a liquid state.
In one application example, the main detergent component is a main detergent comprising a surfactant, and the auxiliary detergent component may be an auxiliary detergent for different stain and soil grades, for example, the main detergent may be a detergent comprising at least one of LAS (linear alkylbenzene sulfonate), AES (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate), AEO (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether), AOS (α 2 olefin sulfonate), and the auxiliary detergent may comprise: a first co-detergent for a first level of stains, a second co-detergent for a second level of stains, a third co-detergent for a third level of stains. For example, the first auxiliary detergent may be a mixture of a polymer compound and a protease, the second auxiliary detergent may be a bleaching auxiliary detergent, the third auxiliary detergent may be a protease or lipase auxiliary detergent, and the specific components and ratios of the main detergent and each auxiliary detergent may be those known in the art or those to be developed, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In practical application, a detergent storage device can be arranged on the washing equipment, the detergent storage device can comprise a plurality of liquid storage chambers which are arranged at intervals and respectively store the main washing component, the first auxiliary washing component, the second auxiliary washing component and the third auxiliary washing component, liquid outlets of the liquid storage chambers are communicated to a washing barrel of the washing equipment through a putting device, and whether the corresponding liquid storage chambers are communicated with the washing barrel or not is controlled through controlling the putting device. The throwing device can be an electromagnetic valve, a throwing pump and the like. In some embodiments, the two reservoirs may share a dispensing pump, one of the two reservoirs being controlled by forward rotation of the dispensing pump and the other of the two reservoirs being controlled by reverse rotation of the dispensing pump. So, can put in the pump through two, can control the automation of four stock solution cavities and put in, put in the steerable 1ml of pump precision.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the main washing component and the auxiliary washing component in the detergent are stored separately, so that the problem of poor compatibility of washing elements in the existing detergent is effectively solved. For example, the surfactant in the existing detergent has a problem of poor compatibility with bleaching auxiliary detergent ingredients (such as fluorescent whitening agents), so that the content of the bleaching auxiliary detergent ingredients is limited, generally not more than 5% o, and the requirement of cleaning pigment stains can not be met. According to the embodiment of the invention, the main washing component and the auxiliary washing component are stored separately, so that the problem of poor compatibility of washing elements is effectively avoided. In addition, the washing equipment controls the putting types and putting proportions of different washing components based on the indication information, so that the actually put washing components have pertinence, and the washing effect is further enhanced by controlling the putting proportions of the different washing components.
It will be appreciated that the washing apparatus may control the dosing of detergent before the start of the wash and/or during the wash. For example, the washing device may perform the putting of the corresponding washing component according to the putting type and the putting proportion of the different washing components in the detergent corresponding to the indication information of the stain and soil level of the laundry after the water is filled and before the washing is started, or the washing device may perform the putting of the corresponding washing component according to the putting type and the putting proportion of the different washing components in the detergent corresponding to the indication information during the washing process.
Specifically, the washing equipment determines that the indication information is first indication information, namely, the putting type and the putting proportion of the washing components corresponding to the first grade can be determined; determining the indication information as second indication information, namely determining the adding type and adding proportion of the washing components corresponding to the second grade; the determination of the indication information as the third indication information can determine the input type and input ratio of the washing component corresponding to the third grade. In practical applications, the control device of the washing apparatus may store in advance a correspondence relationship between each of the instruction information and the corresponding input type and input ratio of the washing component.
The types and proportions of the detergent ingredients to be added according to different levels of stains and soils will be described in detail below.
First, first class stain (i.e. light stain)
Here, the light fouling includes: fruit juice, milk stain, tea stain, sweat stain, etc. are easily removed or in light color.
In some embodiments, the determining, based on the indication information, the laundry components to be dosed and the dosing proportion of each laundry component in the laundry components to be dosed includes:
and determining that the stain and dirt grade is a first grade based on the indication information, and selecting the washing component to be put as a main washing component or the main washing component and a first auxiliary washing component.
In an application example, a washing test is carried out on light-dirty clothes, the adding proportion of a main washing component and a first auxiliary washing component is selected from the range of 1:0-1:2, wherein the washing water amount is 10L (liter), the adding proportion is 1:2, 10g (g) of the main washing component is added, 20g of the first auxiliary washing component is added, and the adding amounts of other adding proportions are analogized; and the cleaned clothes are subjected to a soiled cloth reflectance test (the higher the reflectance, the better the cleaning effect), and the test results are shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002577950680000071
As can be seen from Table 1, when the adding proportion of the main washing component and the first auxiliary washing component is selected from the range of 1:0-1:2 for testing, when only the main detergent is added, the effect can be better at 0.6g/L-1g/L, the more the adding amount is, the better the cleaning effect is, but the integral difference is not large; the addition of the first auxiliary detergent component (such as high molecular compound and protease) can also improve certain cleaning effect, but the addition of the first auxiliary detergent component has little help to improve cleaning (a small amount of auxiliary agent can achieve better cleaning effect). Based on this, in some embodiments, the washing device may determine that the washing component actually required to be put into the first level of soil is the main washing component, and the putting amount may be selected from 0.6g/L to 1 g/L. In other embodiments, the washing apparatus may determine that the wash composition actually required to be dosed for the first level of soil is a main wash composition and a first auxiliary wash composition, the dosing ratio between the main wash composition and the first auxiliary wash composition being 1: 1.25.
Second, second grade stains (i.e. middle stains)
Here, the sewage includes: coffee stains, red wine, curry, and other relatively easily removable but heavily colored stain types.
In some embodiments, the determining, based on the indication information, the laundry components to be dosed and the dosing proportion of each laundry component in the laundry components to be dosed includes:
determining that the stain and soil grade is a second grade based on the indication information, wherein selecting the washing component to be put comprises: a main washing component and a second auxiliary washing component; and dispensing the dosing ratio between the main wash ingredient and the second auxiliary wash ingredient.
In an application example, if the washing device determines that the indication information is the second indication information, that is, the stain and soil level of the laundry to be washed is the second level, the selecting the washing component to be put comprises: the main washing component and the second auxiliary washing component, namely determining the adding type of the washing components comprises the following steps: a main wash component and a second adjunct wash component. The washing equipment further determines the adding proportion of each washing component. Preferably, the dosing ratio between the main wash ingredient and the second auxiliary wash ingredient is from 1:1.5 to 1: 2.5. More preferably, the dosing ratio between the main wash ingredient and the second auxiliary wash ingredient is 1:2.
In an application example, clothes of second-level stains are subjected to a washing test, the adding proportion of a main washing component and a second auxiliary washing component is selected from the range of 1:1-1:3, wherein the washing water amount is 10L (liter), the adding proportion is 1:2, for example, 10g (g) of the main washing component is added, 20g of the second auxiliary washing component is added, and the adding proportions of other adding proportions are analogized; and the cleaned clothes are subjected to a soiled cloth reflectance test (the higher the reflectance, the better the cleaning effect), and the test results are shown in the following table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002577950680000081
As can be seen from table 2, when the adding ratio between the main washing component and the second auxiliary washing component is selected from the range of 1:1 to 1:3, the effect is relatively good when the main washing component and the second auxiliary washing component are added in the ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.5, and when the adding ratio is 1:3, the washing trend is downward, wherein the difference of the washing in the adding ratio of 1:2 to 1:2.5 is not large, so that the adding ratio between the main washing component and the second auxiliary washing component is preferably 1:2 from the viewpoint of saving the adding amount.
In some embodiments, the adding the washing components to be added based on the adding proportion of each washing component in the washing components to be added includes:
acquiring the load capacity of clothes to be washed;
determining the adding amount of each washing component in the washing components to be added based on the loading amount and the adding proportion of each washing component in the washing components to be added;
and putting the washing components to be put in based on the putting amount of each washing component in the washing components to be put in.
Specifically, the washing apparatus may acquire a load amount of laundry to be washed based on weighing, determine a water inflow amount of washing based on the load amount, determine a putting amount of a main washing component based on the water inflow amount, and determine a putting amount of a second auxiliary washing component based on a putting ratio between the main washing component and the second auxiliary washing component. For example, the water inflow amount of the washing is determined based on the load amount of the laundry to be washed as: 2 +4L, wherein the unit of the load is Kilogram (KG), the water inflow is 30L assuming that the load is 13KG, if the input amount of the main washing component is 1g/L, and the input ratio between the main washing component and the second auxiliary washing component is 1:2, the washing equipment determines that the input amount of the main washing component is 30g, and the input amount of the second auxiliary washing component is 60 g.
It is understood that the main washing component may be a main detergent or a washing element of the main washing, and the auxiliary washing component may be an auxiliary detergent or an auxiliary washing element.
Third, third grade stain (i.e. heavy stain)
Here, the heavy fouling includes: and stains such as grease, blood stains, sauce stains, mud stains and the like which are difficult to remove or have heavy colors.
In some embodiments, the determining, based on the indication information, the laundry components to be dosed and the dosing proportion of each laundry component in the laundry components to be dosed includes:
determining that the stain and soil grade is a third grade based on the indication information, wherein selecting the washing component to be put comprises: a main wash component and a third auxiliary wash component; and dispensing a dosing ratio between the main wash ingredient and the third auxiliary wash ingredient.
In an application example, if the washing device determines that the indication information is the third indication information, that is, the stain and soil level of the laundry to be washed is the third level, the selecting the washing component to be put includes: the main washing component and the third auxiliary washing component, namely determining the adding type of the washing components, comprises the following steps: a main wash component and a third auxiliary wash component. The washing equipment further determines the adding proportion of each washing component. Preferably, the dosing ratio between the main wash ingredient and the third auxiliary wash ingredient is from 1:3 to 1: 5. More preferably, the dosing ratio between the main wash ingredient and the third auxiliary wash ingredient is 1: 3.
In an application example, clothes with third-level stains are subjected to a washing test, the adding proportion of a main washing component and a third auxiliary washing component is selected from the range of 1:2-1:6, wherein the washing water amount is 10L (liter), the adding proportion is 1:2, for example, 10g (g) of the main washing component is added, 20g of the third auxiliary washing component is added, and the adding proportions of other adding proportions are analogized; and the cleaned clothes are subjected to a soiled cloth reflectance test (the higher the reflectance, the better the cleaning effect), and the test results are shown in the following table 3:
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002577950680000101
As can be seen from Table 3, when the adding ratio of the main washing component to the third auxiliary washing component is selected from the range of 1:2 to 1:6, the effect is relatively good when the main washing component and the third auxiliary washing component are added in the ratio of 1:3 to 1:5, the washing trend is downward when the adding ratio is 1:6, and the washing effect is best when the adding ratio is 1: 3.
In an application example, the washing apparatus may acquire an amount of load of laundry to be washed based on weighing, determine an amount of inflow of washing based on the amount of load, determine an amount of input of the main washing component based on the amount of inflow, and determine an amount of input of the third auxiliary washing component based on an input ratio between the main washing component and the third auxiliary washing component. For example, the water inflow amount of the washing is determined based on the load amount of the laundry to be washed as: 2 +4L, wherein the unit of the load is Kilogram (KG), the water inflow is 30L assuming that the load is 13KG, if the input amount of the main washing component is 1g/L, and the input ratio between the main washing component and the third auxiliary washing component is 1:3, the washing equipment determines that the input amount of the main washing component is 30g, and the input amount of the third auxiliary washing component is 90 g.
It is understood that the main washing component may be a main detergent or a washing element of the main washing, and the auxiliary washing component may be an auxiliary detergent or an auxiliary washing element.
