Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a detergent throwing control method which is applied to washing equipment, wherein the washing equipment can be a washing machine or a washing and drying integrated machine. As shown in fig. 1, the detergent delivery control method includes:
step 101, obtaining indication information of a stain type corresponding to clothes to be washed;
here, the washing apparatus may acquire the indication information indicating the stain type of the laundry to be washed, which is input by the user. For example, the user may select the type of soil of the laundry to be washed through an input device such as a key, a touch screen, or the like.
In some embodiments, the stain types include: the indication information may be any one of first indication information corresponding to the grease-based stain, second indication information corresponding to the pigment-based stain, and third indication information corresponding to the insoluble-based stain, that is, the washing apparatus may support the identification of one or more stain types.
And 102, controlling the type and the sequence of the different washing components in the detergent based on the instruction information.
Here, the washing apparatus may determine the kind of administration and the order of administration of different washing components in the detergent according to the indication information. Wherein the detergent has a main detergent ingredient and at least one auxiliary detergent ingredient for enhancing a washing effect, which are separately stored.
The main washing component and/or the auxiliary washing component may be a main washing product or an auxiliary washing product, or may be washing elements required for washing, that is, the washing effect may be enhanced by controlling the type and the order of the addition of the main washing agent and the auxiliary washing agent, or by controlling the type and the order of the addition of the washing elements required for washing. Wherein, the washing elements corresponding to the main detergent may include: different types of surfactant compositions, such as anionic surfactant compositions, nonionic surfactant compositions, zwitterionic surfactant compositions, etc., the corresponding wash elements of the adjunct detergent may include: lipase, bleaching enzyme, protease, and the like. In practice, the various washing elements may be stored in a liquid form.
In an application example, the main wash component is a main detergent comprising a surfactant, the auxiliary wash component may be an auxiliary detergent for different stain types, for example, the auxiliary detergent may comprise: lipase-assisted detergents for greasy stains, bleach-assisted detergents for pigmented stains, protease-assisted detergents for poorly soluble stains. The specific components and proportions of the main detergent and the auxiliary detergent may be components and proportions known in the prior art or components and proportions to be developed, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
In practical application, the washing equipment can be provided with a detergent storage device, the detergent storage device can comprise four liquid storage chambers which are arranged at intervals, the main washing component, the lipase auxiliary washing component, the bleaching auxiliary washing component and the protease auxiliary washing component are respectively stored, the liquid outlets of the liquid storage chambers are communicated with the washing barrel of the washing equipment through the throwing device, and whether the corresponding liquid storage chambers are communicated with the washing barrel is controlled through the throwing device. The dispensing device may be a solenoid valve, a dispensing pump, or the like. In some embodiments, the two reservoir chambers may share a single delivery pump, one of the two reservoir chambers being controlled by forward rotation of the delivery pump and the other of the two reservoir chambers being controlled by reverse rotation of the delivery pump. Therefore, the automatic feeding of the four liquid storage cavities can be controlled through the two feeding pumps, and the accuracy of the feeding pumps can be controlled to be +/-1 ml.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the main washing component and the auxiliary washing component in the detergent are stored separately, so that the problem of poor compatibility of washing elements in the existing detergent is effectively solved. For example, the surfactant in the existing detergents has a problem of poor compatibility with bleach-aid washing ingredients (e.g., fluorescent whitening agents), resulting in limited content of bleach-aid washing ingredients, which generally may not exceed 5% per mill, and may be difficult to meet the cleaning requirements of pigment-based stains. According to the embodiment of the invention, the main washing component and the auxiliary washing component are stored separately, so that the problem of poor compatibility of washing elements is effectively avoided. And the washing equipment controls the release types of different washing components based on the indication information, so that the released washing components have pertinence, and the washing effect is further enhanced by controlling the release sequence of the different washing components.
It will be appreciated that the washing apparatus may control the dosing of detergent before and/or during start-up of the wash. For example, the washing device may perform the addition of the corresponding washing components according to the addition types and addition sequences of the different washing components in the detergent corresponding to the indication information after the water inlet is completed and before the washing is started, or the washing device may perform the addition of the corresponding washing components according to the addition types and addition sequences of the different washing components in the detergent corresponding to the indication information during the washing.
Specifically, the washing equipment determines the indication information as first indication information, namely the type and the sequence of the washing components corresponding to the grease stains; determining the indication information as second indication information, namely determining the release types and release sequences of the washing components corresponding to the pigment stains; the indication information is determined to be the third indication information, and the type and the sequence of the washing components corresponding to the insoluble stains can be determined. In practical applications, the control device of the washing apparatus may store in advance the correspondence between the respective instruction information and the respective types and orders of the washing components.
The types and sequences of the detergent ingredients corresponding to the different stain types are described in detail below.
1. Grease stains
The grease stain is the oil stain on the clothes to be washed, and is difficult to clean.

controlling lipase auxiliary washing components in the detergent to be firstly thrown into a washing barrel of washing equipment;
determining that the addition of the lipase auxiliary washing components is finished and the interval reaches a first set duration, and controlling the addition of the main washing components in the detergent into the washing barrel.
In an application example, the washing device determines that the indication information is first indication information, namely, the stain type of the clothes to be washed is grease stains, then the lipase auxiliary washing component is controlled to be firstly put into a washing barrel of the washing device, and after the lipase auxiliary washing component is fully mixed with the clothes and water in the washing barrel (for example, more than 3 minutes), the washing device controls the main washing component to be put into the washing barrel, so that oil stains on the clothes are firstly fully contacted with the lipase auxiliary washing component, the content of the lipase auxiliary washing component caused by compatibility of washing elements of the existing detergent is not limited, and the washing effect is enhanced.
It will be appreciated that the main wash component may be a main detergent or a wash element of a main wash and the auxiliary wash component may be an auxiliary detergent or an auxiliary wash element.
2. Pigment stains
The pigment-based stain means that the laundry is stained with a colored block or stain, and is difficult to clean.
In some embodiments, the controlling the dispensing type and the dispensing order of different washing components in the detergent based on the indication information includes:
determining that the stain type is a pigment stain based on the indication information;
the bleaching auxiliary washing component and the main washing component in the control detergent are put into a washing barrel of the washing equipment.
In an application example, the washing device determines that the indication information is the second indication information, that is, the stain type of the laundry to be washed is pigment stains, and controls the bleaching auxiliary washing component and the main washing component to be put into the washing tub of the washing device. Here, it is understood that the bleaching auxiliary wash composition and the main wash composition are simultaneously or approximately simultaneously introduced into the wash tub. The auxiliary bleaching washing component and the main washing component can be synchronously or approximately synchronously put in, so that the washing elements are fully mixed for washing, a better washing effect can be achieved, the content of the auxiliary bleaching washing component is not limited due to the compatibility of the washing elements of the conventional detergent, and the washing effect is enhanced.
It will be appreciated that the main wash component may be a main detergent or a wash element of a main wash and the auxiliary wash component may be an auxiliary detergent or an auxiliary wash element.

determining the stain type as a poorly soluble stain based on the indication information;
controlling protease auxiliary washing components in the detergent to be firstly thrown into a washing barrel of washing equipment;
determining that the protease auxiliary washing components are put in, and controlling the main washing components in the detergent to be put into the washing barrel when the interval reaches a second set duration.
In an application example, the washing device determines that the indication information is third indication information, namely, the stain type of the clothes to be washed is insoluble stains, then the protease auxiliary washing component is controlled to be firstly put into a washing barrel of the washing device, and after the protease auxiliary washing component is fully mixed with the clothes and water in the washing barrel (for example, more than 3 minutes), the washing device controls the main washing component to be put into the washing barrel, so that the organic stains on the clothes are firstly fully contacted with the protease auxiliary washing component, and the content of the protease auxiliary washing component is not limited because of the compatibility of the washing elements of the existing detergent, thereby being beneficial to enhancing the washing effect.
It will be appreciated that the main wash component may be a main detergent or a wash element of a main wash and the auxiliary wash component may be an auxiliary detergent or an auxiliary wash element.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: acquiring the load quantity of clothes to be washed; controlling the dosage of different washing components in the detergent based on the loading.
Here, the load amount may be the weight of the laundry, or may be the size of the laundry, and the load amount is exemplified as the weight of the laundry; in particular, the washing apparatus may be provided with a weighing device with which the laundry weight in the inner tub is detected. For example, the fuzzy weighing device can be used for acquiring the weight of clothes in the inner barrel, and the clothes can be indirectly weighed through detecting the rotating speed and/or the acceleration of the motor.
