Abstract
The invention discloses a splash-proof adhesive tape, which comprises a release film layer and a base layer, wherein the upper surface of the base layer is provided with a flame-retardant coating, the lower surface of the base layer is coated with a plurality of flame-retardant belts which are distributed at equal intervals, flame-retardant adhesive is coated between every two adjacent flame-retardant belts, and the release film layer covers the lower surfaces of the flame-retardant belts and the flame-retardant adhesive. The anti-splash tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flame retardant coating and the flame retardant tape each comprise the following components in parts by weight: 36-51 parts of epoxy modified acrylic resin, 22-38 parts of tris (2, 3-dichloropropyl) phosphate, 14-16 parts of dicyclopentadiene compound, 11-26 parts of antimony inorganic compound, 8-13 parts of zirconium hydroxide and 4-8 parts of aluminum hydroxide.
4. The anti-splash tape according to claim 3, wherein the antimony-based inorganic compound is one or more of antimony trioxide, colloidal antimony pentoxide and sodium antimonate.
5. The preparation method of the splash-proof adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, respectively adding a proper amount of acrylic acid modified polyurethane, organic silicon modified polyurethane, a boron inorganic compound, modified epoxy resin and trimethylolpropane triacrylate into a reaction tank, raising the temperature to 60-85 ℃, uniformly stirring, and reacting for 1-1.5 h to obtain the flame retardant adhesive;
s2, respectively adding a proper amount of epoxy modified acrylic resin, tris (2, 3-dichloropropyl) phosphate, dicyclopentadiene compounds, antimony inorganic compounds, zirconium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide into a reaction tank, raising the temperature to 55-70 ℃, uniformly stirring, and reacting for 0.5-1.5 h to obtain the flame retardant coating;
s3, respectively filling the flame-retardant adhesive and the flame-retardant coating into coating equipment, coating the flame-retardant coating on the upper surface of the base layer, coating the flame-retardant coating and the flame-retardant adhesive on the lower surface, sending the coated flame-retardant coating and the flame-retardant adhesive into a drying box for drying, and attaching a release film after drying to obtain the splash-proof adhesive tape.

The preparation method of the anti-splash tape as claimed in claim 5, wherein the coating device comprises a box body (1), and a first coating mechanism (2), a second coating mechanism (3), a third coating mechanism (4) and a guide mechanism are arranged in the box body (1), and the guide mechanism comprises a first guide wheel (5), a second guide wheel (6), a third guide wheel (7) and a fourth guide wheel (8).

The preparation method of the splash-proof adhesive tape according to claim 6, wherein the upper part and the lower part of the left side wall of the box body (1) are respectively provided with a feeding port (1.1) and a discharging port (1.2), the first guide wheel (5) and the fourth guide wheel (8) are respectively arranged inside the feeding port (1.1) and the discharging port (1.2), the second guide wheel (6) and the third guide wheel (7) are respectively arranged on the right sides of the first guide wheel (5) and the fourth guide wheel (8), the base layer (13) enters the box body (1) from the feeding port (1.1), winds to the top of the second guide wheel (6) through the first guide wheel (5), winds to the bottom of the third guide wheel (7) through the second guide wheel (6), winds to the right side of the fourth guide wheel (8) through the third guide wheel (7), and exits from the discharging port (1.2).

The preparation method of the splash-proof adhesive tape as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first coating mechanism (2), the second coating mechanism (3) and the third coating mechanism (4) are respectively arranged on the top wall, the right side wall and the middle part of the box body (1), and each coating mechanism comprises a coating barrel (9) and an electric telescopic rod (10) arranged on the top of the coating barrel (9), the top of the coating barrel (9) is provided with a feeding port, the bottom of the coating barrel is provided with a plurality of leakage holes, the bottom of the coating barrel (9) is provided with coating bristles (11), and the bottom ends of the coating bristles (11) are contacted with the outer surface of the base layer (13).

The preparation method of the splash-proof adhesive tape according to claim 7, wherein the first coating mechanism (2) and the second coating mechanism (3) further comprise a limiting mechanism, the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting plate (12) and telescopic rods (13) fixedly connected to two sides of the top of the limiting plate (12), the top ends of the telescopic rods (13) are connected with driving cylinders (14), the driving cylinders (14) are fixed on the inner wall of the box body (1), and the limiting plate (12) is provided with a plurality of coating ports (12.1) distributed at equal intervals.
