As shown in table 1, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion prepared herein has stable performance, under the condition of 35% solid content, the particle size of the emulsion is 55nm, the viscosity of the emulsion is 200mPa · s, the viscosity is moderate, the lowest film forming temperature of the aqueous polyurethane is 7 ℃, the normal-temperature film forming can be realized under the condition of not adding any film forming additive, under the condition of adding 1% -2% of the film forming additive, the low-temperature film forming performance is excellent, the use proportion of the film forming additive in the paint preparing process can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, table 2 shows that under the condition of having excellent film forming performance, the breaking strength of the film formed by the emulsion is 35mPa, the 100% modulus is 20mPa, the breaking elongation is 250%, and the mechanical performance of the film is excellent; after the emulsion is applied to paint preparation, the pencil hardness is HB, the impact resistance is 100kg cm, the flexibility is 0.5mm, and the application mechanical property is excellent;

As shown in the data in Table 2, compared with similar products in the market, the waterborne polyurethane emulsion has great advantages in the aspects of chemical resistance and permeability, and can be applied to the fields of furniture, home decoration and the like with high performance requirements.
