The case cover conveying channel 600 is arranged on the side edge of the small case cover conveying belt 201 and is located on the rear side of the rear end detection lens 304, and when the rear end detection lens 304 detects that the printing quality of the small case cover 100 is qualified, the qualified small case cover 100 enters the subsequent process along the case cover conveying channel 600.
Further, the waste collecting box 900 is further included, the waste collecting box 900 is arranged on the rear side of the small bag box skin conveying belt 201, and when the front end detection lens 302 or the rear end detection lens 304 detects an unqualified small bag box skin 100, the unqualified small bag box skin 100 is conveyed to the waste collecting box 900 by the small bag box skin conveying belt 201. The small package steel seal 705 printing system and the self-checking rejecting system of the cigarette packaging machine comprise matched electric control devices, and the electric control devices are electrically connected with the front end detection lens 302, the rear end detection lens 304, the motor 401 and the proximity switch group.

Claims (10)
1. A packet embossed seal printing system of a cigarette packaging machine is characterized by comprising a packet box skin auxiliary machine and an embossed seal printing mechanism; a conveying belt driving shaft and a conveying belt driven shaft are respectively arranged at two ends of the small packing box skin auxiliary machine, a small packing box skin conveying belt is sleeved between the conveying belt driving shaft and the conveying belt driven shaft, box skin positioning blocks which are arranged in order are arranged at two sides of the small packing box skin conveying belt, a small packing box skin is conveyed between the box skin positioning blocks, and the steel seal printing mechanism is arranged right above the small packing box skin conveying belt and is used for printing steel seals on the small packing box skin;
the steel seal printing mechanism comprises a motor, a driven shaft, a reciprocating shaft and a steel seal, wherein a driving shaft of the motor is in transmission connection with the driven shaft, the reciprocating shaft is provided with two upright posts, the upright posts face the driven shaft, the driven shaft is provided with an inclined slide block, and the inclined slide block is positioned between the two upright posts so as to drive the reciprocating shaft to do reciprocating motion when the driven shaft rotates; the bottom of the reciprocating shaft is provided with a steel seal seat, the steel seal is arranged in the steel seal seat, and the printing surface of the steel seal is right opposite to the small-packet box skin conveying belt;
the top of packet box skin conveyer belt still is equipped with proximity switch group, proximity switch group is located the front side of embossed seal printing mechanism, works as proximity switch group detects during the box skin locating piece, motor drive the driving shaft rotates a week, so that reciprocating shaft accomplishes a reciprocating motion.
2. The packet embossed seal printing system of the cigarette packaging machine according to claim 1, further comprising a drop separating mechanism disposed above the packet wrapper conveyor belt, the drop separating mechanism being configured to neatly arrange the packet wrappers onto the packet wrapper conveyor belt.
3. The packet steel seal printing system of the cigarette packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the proximity switch group comprises a left proximity switch and a right proximity switch which are symmetrically arranged in front and back, the distance between the left proximity switch and the right proximity switch is equal to the distance between two adjacent box skin positioning blocks, and when the left proximity switch and the right proximity switch both detect the box skin positioning blocks, the motor drives the driving shaft to rotate for one circle.
4. The packet steel stamp printing system of the cigarette packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein a driving pulley is provided on the driving shaft, a driven pulley is provided on the driven shaft, and the driving pulley and the driven pulley are in belt transmission connection.

The small packet embossed seal printing system of the cigarette packing machine according to claim 1, wherein an end seat is arranged at the bottom of the reciprocating shaft, an upright post is arranged on the upper surface of the embossed seal seat, a support is arranged on the upright post, the support and the end seat are connected through at least two studs, a top fastening bolt and a bottom fastening bolt are respectively sleeved on each stud, and the support is positioned between the top fastening bolt and the bottom fastening bolt.

The small packet embossed seal printing system of the cigarette packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the embossed seal printing mechanism further comprises a slider, a T-shaped opening is formed in one side of the embossed seal seat, the slider is of a T-shaped structure and can slide into the embossed seal seat along the T-shaped opening, a slider fixing bolt is arranged on the outer side, opposite to the T-shaped opening, of the slider, the slider fixing bolt can penetrate through the slider and is in threaded connection with the side wall of the embossed seal seat, and the embossed seal is arranged in the slider.

The cigarette packaging machine packet embossed seal printing system of claim 6, wherein the embossed seal printing mechanism further comprises a pressing strip, an embossed seal opening is formed in the bottom of the sliding block, the embossed seal opening and the T-shaped opening are in the same direction, the embossed seal can slide into the sliding block along the embossed seal opening, the pressing strip is arranged at the embossed seal opening, pressing strip fastening bolts are arranged at two ends of the pressing strip, and the pressing strip fastening bolts can penetrate through the pressing strip and are in threaded connection with the sliding block, so that the embossed seal is fixed in the sliding block.
8. The packet steel seal printing system of the cigarette packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein a lining plate is further arranged below the packet box skin conveying belt, and the lining plate and the steel seal are vertically corresponding to each other.
9. A small packet embossed seal self-checking and rejecting system of a cigarette packaging machine is characterized by comprising a box skin conveying channel, a front end detection lens, a rear end detection lens and the small packet embossed seal printing system of the cigarette packaging machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
the front end detection lens and the rear end detection lens are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the steel seal printing mechanism, and when the front end detection lens detects that the appearance quality of the small package box skin is qualified, the steel seal printing mechanism prints the qualified small package box skin;
the box skin conveying channel is arranged on the side edge of the small-bag box skin conveying belt and is located on the rear side of the rear end detection lens, and when the rear end detection lens detects that the printing quality of the small-bag box skin is qualified, the qualified small-bag box skin enters the subsequent process along the box skin conveying channel.
10. The self-checking and rejecting system for the steel seal of the small packet of the cigarette packing machine as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a waste collecting box which is arranged at the rear side of the small packet box skin conveying belt, wherein when the front end detecting lens or the rear end detecting lens detects an unqualified small packet box skin, the unqualified small packet box skin is conveyed to the waste collecting box by the small packet box skin conveying belt.
