Abstract
The invention provides a plaster bag cutting and taking machine which comprises a plaster paste inlet, a tool setting plate, a circular cutter set, an anti-blocking cylinder, a secondary plaster paste inlet, a belt, a track cylinder, a pressing wheel, a needle feeding mechanism, a plaster outlet and a waste bag outlet. The plaster bag cutting and sheet taking machine can replace manual labor, efficiently takes out the plaster from the package, achieves the purposes of high efficiency and saving, reduces the labor intensity, saves labor and time cost, and brings more benefits for enterprises.

Technical Field

Background
In the production process of the existing plaster, unqualified products are removed by a production line, and in high-speed production, the removing process can be accompanied by a part of qualified products, namely, printing errors of an outer package: such as wrong lot number, skewed font, unclear font, etc. The other is that the middle part has a problem, and a plurality of parts are removed from the front part and the rear part. The knife setting plate is lifted upwards, and the plaster blocked in the knife setting plate is taken out by the belt, so that the blockage is prevented. The track cylinder (8) has the following functions: when the air compressor operates, paste does not exist for a long time, the whole track is lifted by the cylinder, and abrasion of a lower needle of the air compressor is avoided.
Example 2
This example is used to illustrate the structure and operation of the knife plate of the plaster bag-cutting and sheet-taking machine of the present invention.
The function of the knife plate (3) is to align the plaster (14) by taking the thickness boundary as a reference and accurately leaning against one side according to the thick (the thickness of the plaster is 1.0 mm) and thin (the thickness of the peripheral sealed edge is 0.2 mm) boundaries, and the plaster (14) is aligned by the knife plate (3) to avoid cutting the plaster.
The plaster is not necessarily packaged right side by side in the plaster, it may be inclined, and the plaster periphery is sealed, so that the plaster needs to be slit on the opposite sides by the actual position of the plaster.
The knife plate (3) is specially designed aiming at the situation and consists of two symmetrical pieces, one piece of the structure is shown in figure 4, the upper and lower knife plates are combined into a whole to be used to form a contraposition gap (15) with 0.2mm on one side, the contraposition gap plays a role of a track, and under the combined action of the guide bars (13), the thin side of the plaster (14) gradually extends into the contraposition gap (15) with 0.2 mm. Test example 1
This example is intended to illustrate the working of the patch cutting and extracting machine of the present invention.
One person can take 25 pieces per minute, the machine takes 150 pieces per minute, and the efficiency of the machine relative to the person is 150/25 times as high as 6 times.

A plaster bag and slice taking machine is characterized by comprising: a plaster inlet, a tool setting plate, a circular cutter group, an anti-blocking cylinder, a secondary plaster inlet, a belt, a track cylinder, a pressing wheel, a needle setting mechanism, a plaster outlet and a waste bag outlet;
the lower needle mechanism comprises an upper fixed rail, a middle needle frame, a lower backing plate and a piece taking needle, the middle needle frame and the lower backing plate are fixed on the same shaft, and the piece taking needle is fixed on the middle needle frame to perform regular up-and-down motion and circular motion under the combined action of the upper rail.
2. A plaster cutting bag and slice taking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the circular cutter set comprises an upper circular cutter and a lower circular cutter holder, which are respectively mounted on two transmission shafts at the same speed up and down for moving in opposite directions.

9. A plaster cutting and slicing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pair of blades are formed of two symmetrical pieces, and the upper and lower pieces are used as one body.
10. A plaster cutting and slicing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pair of blades are formed of two symmetrical pieces, and the upper and lower pieces are used as a single body.
11. A plaster cutting pocket and dispensing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2, 5 to 7, 9, 10, further comprising a sorting machine disposed before the plaster application opening.
12. A plaster cutting bag and patch taking machine as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a sorting machine disposed before the plaster inlet.
13. A plaster cutting and patch taking machine as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a sorting machine disposed before the plaster inlet.
14. A plaster cutting and patch taking machine as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a sorting machine disposed before the plaster inlet.
15. A plaster cutting pocket and dispensing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2, 5 to 7, 9, 10, 12 to 14, wherein the anti-clogging air cylinder lifts the pair of blades upward when plaster is jammed in the pair of blades.
16. A plaster cutting and dispensing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the anti-clogging air cylinder lifts the pair of blades upward when plaster is stuck in the pair of blades.
17. A plaster cutting and dispensing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the anti-clogging air cylinder lifts the pair of blades upward when plaster is stuck in the pair of blades.
18. A plaster cutting and dispensing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the anti-clogging air cylinder lifts the pair of blades upward when plaster is stuck in the pair of blades.
19. A plaster cutting and dispensing machine as defined in claim 11, wherein said anti-clogging air cylinder lifts said pair of blades upward when plaster is stuck in said pair of blades.
20. A plaster cutting pocket and retrieval machine as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2, 5 to 7, 9, 10, 12 to 14, 16 to 19 wherein said orbital cylinder lifts the upper track of said lower needle mechanism upwardly during operation of the machine.
21. A plaster cutting and bag taking machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rail cylinder lifts the rail of the lower needle mechanism upward when the empty machine is in operation.
22. A plaster cutting and bag taking machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rail cylinder lifts the rail of the lower needle mechanism upward when the empty machine is in operation.
23. A plaster cutting and bag taking machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the rail cylinder lifts the rail of the lower needle mechanism upward when the empty machine is in operation.
24. A plaster cutting and bag retrieving machine as claimed in claim 11, wherein said rail cylinder lifts the rail of said lower needle mechanism upward when the empty machine is in operation.
25. A plaster cutting and bag retrieving machine as claimed in claim 15, wherein said rail cylinder lifts the rail of said lower needle mechanism upward when the empty machine is in operation.
26. A method for cutting a plaster product into bags and sheets, characterized in that the method uses a plaster bag-cutting and sheet-taking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 25.
