Wherein, the fixing plate 272 is fixed on the top end of the first pipe 210 and forms a gap G with the first pipe 210, the driving plate 271 is disposed in the gap G between the fixing plate 272 and the first pipe 210, and the second elastic member 273 is abutted between the driving plate 271 and the fixing plate 272; the indicator 274 is pivotally connected to the connecting member 280 at one side of the driving plate 271 via a rotating shaft 2741 and corresponds to the indicator window 110, and the third elastic member 275 is disposed on the rotating shaft 2741. When the second engaging member 240 slidably protrudes out of the upper end of the first tube 210, the driving plate 271 is pushed to move, and the driving plate 271 pushes the indicator 274 to rotate to display the corresponding state. The gap G provides a moving stroke of the second engaging member 240, and the fixing piece 272 limits a moving range of the second engaging member 240. Further, when the second engaging member 240 is disengaged from the driving piece 271, the second elastic member 273 provides a force for returning the driving piece 271.
Specifically, the indication member 274 is further provided with at least one indication area 2742 and an interference sheet 2743, wherein the interference sheet 2743 is set above the driving sheet 271, and the indication area 2742 can be provided with different colors to represent different states of the supporting leg device 200. Thus, the indicator 274 may be pushed to rotate by the abutting tab 2743 when the driving tab 271 moves upward to display the corresponding indicator region 2742.
Preferably, the third elastic member 275 is a torsion spring which automatically resets the indicator 274 when the abutting piece 2743 loses the force of the driving piece 271.
The adjustment principle and process of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1-12.
When the car safety seat 1 is used, the connecting mechanism 300 disposed at the rear end of the car safety seat is connected to the car seat, the supporting leg device 200 disposed at the front end of the base 100 extends toward the car floor, and the supporting leg device 200 is adjusted to a proper height so that the bottom foot 250 thereof completely abuts against the car floor.
Specifically, when the operating element 261 is pressed, the operating element 261 pivots to enable the first abutting portion 2611 on the operating element 261 to push the second abutting portion 2621 of the driving rod 262, so as to drive the driving rod 262 to move downward (as shown in fig. 3-4), and the driving rod 262 drives the first engaging element 230 to rotate and disengage from the engaging hole 241. The second tube 220 can be pushed to slide in the first tube 210 to adjust the height of the supporting foot device 200. In the sliding process of the driving rod 262, the first elastic member 264 is compressed, and when the supporting leg device 200 is adjusted to a suitable height, the pressing on the operating element 261 is cancelled, at this time, the first elastic member 264 recovers to deform to drive the driving rod 262 to move upward, and the driving rod 262 pushes the first engaging member 230 to rotate and to be engaged in another engaging hole 241 again, so as to position the second pipe 220 and the first pipe 210. As shown in fig. 5 to 6, due to the elastic force of the first elastic member 264, the driving rod 262 always tends to move upward, so as to ensure that the first engaging member 230 is stably engaged with the engaging hole 241.
When the supporting leg device 200 abuts against the floor of the vehicle, specifically, the bottom foot 250 fixed at the bottom end of the second tube 220 abuts against the floor of the vehicle, the second tube 220 is pushed upward, and at this time, because the first engaging member 230 disposed at the top of the second tube 220 is engaged with the engaging hole 241 of the second engaging member 240, the first engaging member 230 drives the second engaging member 240 to slide upward, and the second engaging member 240 protrudes out of the upper end of the first tube 210 and pushes the driving plate 271, as shown in fig. 12. The driving plate 271 moves upward to push the contact plate 2743 to rotate the indicator 274, such as to make the green indicator area 2742b of the indicator 274 opposite to the indicator window 110, so as to indicate the full grounding status of the supporting leg device 200. In the above process, the second elastic member 273 is compressed, thereby causing the driving piece 271 to stably push the indicator 274 to maintain the display of the green indicator region 2742 b.
When the supporting leg device 200 is separated from the floor, the second tube 220 and the second engaging member 240 slide downward due to the gravity, the driving piece 271 resets to cancel the acting force on the indicating member 274, and the indicating member 274 rotates to reset under the acting force of the third elastic member 275, so that the initial red indicating area 2742a is displayed corresponding to the indicating window 110 again. At the same time, the compressed second elastic member 273 assists the driving plate 271 to be reset.
In summary, in the supporting leg device 200 of the present invention, the first tube 210 is connected to the base 100 of the car seat 1, the second tube 220 is slidably connected to the first tube 210 and has the first engaging member 230, the first tube 210 is provided with the second engaging member 240, the second engaging member 240 has a plurality of engaging holes 241 arranged longitudinally, at least a portion of the engaging holes 241 is not exposed outside the first tube 210, the first engaging member 230 is operatively engaged with one of the engaging holes 241, so as to adjust the position of the second tube 220 relative to the first tube 210. Because the second engaging member 240 is disposed in the first tube 210 and the engaging holes 241 of the second engaging member 240 are hidden in the first tube 210, there are no exposed holes on the first tube 210 and the second tube 220, so that the supporting leg device 200 has a neat appearance and a simple structure. Furthermore, the sliding of the second engaging member 240 drives the indicating member 274 to operate, so as to indicate the grounding state of the leg supporting device 200, thereby ensuring the installation of the leg supporting device 200 in place, and being more convenient and safer to use and operate.
Correspondingly, the vehicle safety seat 1 having the supporting leg device 200 also has the same effect.
The structure of the other parts of the car safety seat 1 according to the present invention is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
