When the controller controls the bidirectional pushing mechanism 2a to work, the bidirectional pushing mechanism 2a pushes the two connecting vertical plates 2b, so that the two connecting vertical plates 2b respectively slide outwards, the connecting vertical plates 2b move downwards along the axis of the fifth guide post 2c in an inclined manner, so that the elastic pressing arms 1 firstly contact with the plate 12, and along with the continuous pushing of the connecting vertical plates 2b, the elastic pressing arms 1 continuously push the plate 12, because the elastic pressing arms 1 on both sides are simultaneously pushed, and the elastic pressing arms 1 on both sides simultaneously push the plate 12, the two elastic pressing arms 1 push the middle area of the plate 12 flat, and the middle area is the area between the two elastic pressing arms 1, and in the process that the plate 12 is pushed, one end of the plate 12 firstly collides with the limiting post 7a, so that the one end cannot be pushed, and the elastic pressing arms 1 slide on the surface of the plate 12, the other end of the elastic pressing arm 1 is not contacted with the other limit post 7a, the plate 12 is leveled along with the continuous movement of the two elastic pressing arms 1, the other end of the plate is contacted with the other limit post 7a, the pressure of the elastic pressing arm 1 becomes larger and larger in the pushing process, after the plate 12 is completely leveled, the elastic pressing arm 1 reaches the maximum value of the pressure, so that the plate 12 is completely pressed, and through the mode, if the pressure of the plate 12 reaches the maximum value, the friction force between the elastic pressing arm 1 and the plate 12 is overlarge, the pushing range is smaller, through the mechanical analysis, the pulling force applied to the unit area by the two elastic pressing arms 1 is larger, but not larger, therefore, along with the enlargement of the range, the pulling force applied to the unit area is in a range, namely, energy can be saved in the process of movement, and the plate 12 can be guaranteed to be pressed by a large pressure finally, so that the plate 12 can be flattened and the plate 12 can be pressed.
The bidirectional pushing mechanism 2a comprises a pushing oil cylinder 2a1, two fixing rods 2a2, an articulated rod 2a3 and a push rod 2a4, wherein the pushing oil cylinder 2a1 is fixedly mounted on the mounting frame 8 through a supporting frame, the push rod 2a4 is fixedly mounted at the output end of the pushing oil cylinder 2a1, the two fixing rods 2a2 are respectively and fixedly mounted on two connecting risers 2b, one end of each articulated rod 2a3 is articulated with the fixing rod 2a2, and the other end of each articulated rod 2a3 is articulated with one end of the push rod 2a 4. When the pushing cylinder 2a1 pushes the push rod 2a4 downwards, the push rod 2a4 pushes the two hinge rods 2a3 at the same time, so that the two hinge rods 2a3 push the two fixing rods 2a2 respectively, the two fixing rods 2a2 push the two connecting risers 2b, and the connecting risers 2b can drive the elastic pressing arm 1 to move.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, a plate 12 with two sides being not bent is placed on a supporting plate 9, and two ends of the plate 12 are close to the limiting columns 7a on the two supporting and limiting mechanisms 7, but because the plate 12 is made of thin metal materials, the surface of the plate 12 has wrinkles, and two ends of the plate 12 cannot be completely attached to the limiting columns 7a on the two supporting and limiting mechanisms 7;
therefore, when the plate 12 is placed, the worker activates the controller, the controller will control the pushing cylinder 2a1 to work, the pushing cylinder 2a1 pushes the push rod 2a4 downwards, the push rod 2a4 will push the two hinge rods 2a3 at the same time, the two hinge rods 2a3 will push the two fixing rods 2a2 respectively, the two fixing rods 2a2 push the two connecting risers 2b, the two connecting risers 2b will slide outwards respectively, the connecting risers 2b will move downwards in an inclined manner along the axis of the fifth guide post 2c, the bottom of the pressing plate 1c will contact with the plate 12 first as the third guide plate 1a moves downwards in an inclined manner along the axis of the fifth guide post 2c, and as the pushing continues, the pressing plate 1c will push the plate 12, and as the pressing plate 1c continues to move, the third guide plate 1a will cause the four fourth interference springs 1d to be compressed, the pressure of the pressing plate 1c on the plate 12 is continuously increased, so that the thrust on the plate 12 is increased, the pressure is also increased, along with the continuous pushing of the connecting vertical plate 2b, the elastic pressing arm 1 continuously pushes the plate 12, because the elastic pressing arms 1 on both sides are simultaneously pushed, and the elastic pressing arms 1 on both sides simultaneously push the plate 12, the two elastic pressing arms 1 push the middle area of the plate 12 to be flat, and the middle area is the area between the two elastic pressing arms 1, in the process of pushing the plate 12, one end of the plate 12 is firstly abutted against the limit post 7a, so that the one end cannot be pushed, the elastic pressing arm 1 slides on the surface of the plate 12, the other end is not yet contacted with the limit post 7a on the other side, along with the continuous movement of the two elastic pressing arms 1, so as to level the plate 12, so that the other end is contacted with the limit post 7a on the other side, the pressure of the elastic pressing arm 1 becomes greater and greater in the pushing process, and after the plate 12 is completely leveled, the elastic pressing arm 1 reaches the maximum value of the pressure, so that the plate 12 is completely pressed;
then the controller controls the bending oil cylinder 3a to work, the controller controls the bending oil cylinder 3a to push the lifting pipe 3b upwards, the lifting pipe 3b pushes the two cross plates 3c upwards, and the two pushing strips 3h move upwards, and the two elastic pressing arms 1 press the plate 12, so that when the pushing strips 3h push upwards, the pushing strips 3h bend two sides of the plate 12 simultaneously;
during the bending process, when the pushing and lifting pipe 3b moves upwards, the pushing and lifting pipe 3b will pull the pulling rope 4a, so that the pulling rope 4a pulls the connecting plate 5b, so that the connecting plate 5b pulls the two third guide posts 5c, so that the second abutting spring 5e is compressed, and in the process of compressing the second abutting spring 5e, the connecting plate 5b will drive the extending push plate 5h to move, the extending push plate 5h will push the triangular block 6a, so that the triangular block 6a pushes the connecting bent plate 6b, so that the connecting bent plate 6b pushes the two abutting arms upwards, so that the two abutting arms do not abut against the two circular abutting plates 7h any more, and when the two abutting arms are not blocked, the second abutting spring 5e will quickly push the first guide plate 5a to move, so that the first guide plate 5a quickly pulls the connecting bottom plate 7c to move, so that the connecting bottom plate 7c pulls the two second guide posts 7d, the two first abutting springs 7f are compressed, the supporting side plate 7b drives the three limiting columns 7a to move away from the supporting plate 9, the three limiting columns 7a are far away from the supporting plate 9, the limiting columns 7a are far away from the plate 12, the outer edges of the limiting columns 7a are not in contact with the plate 12 any more, the plate 12 is prevented from abutting against the limiting columns 7a when being turned over, the supporting side plate 7b is far away from the supporting plate 9, a gap is formed between the supporting side plate 7b and the supporting plate 9, and the pushing strip 3h penetrates through the gap, so that the plate 12 is turned over;
after the bending is finished, the controller controls the bending oil cylinder 3a and the pushing oil cylinder 2a1 to reset, then the worker takes the plate 12 down to finish the processing of the plate 12, and then the worker repeats the above processes to continuously process the plate 12.
