When the device is used, when the second slider 102 slides left and right to contact with the second arc-shaped rod 146, the second slider 102 pushes the second arc-shaped rod 146 to slide inwards on the cylinder 141, the fifth spring 147 deforms, the second arc-shaped rod 146 slides inwards to drive the piston 148 to slide inwards in the cylinder 141, the piston 148 slides inwards and pushes water in the cylinder 141 into the cylinder 1411 through the connecting pipe 149, the baffle 144 rotates inwards while the piston 148 slides inwards, air enters the cylinder 141 through the straight pipe 142, when the second slider 102 slides left and right to be separated from the second arc-shaped rod 146, the baffle 145 limits the baffle 144, air in the cylinder 141 cannot flow out, when the second slider 102 slides left and right to contact with the second arc-shaped rod 146 again, the second slider 102 pushes the second arc-shaped rod 146 to slide inwards again, and then pushes a part of water into the cylinder 1411, the staff judges the recovered degree of patient through observing the water level in the drum 1411, after using, the staff rotates the disc 1421, the through-hole 143 rotates thereupon, when the through-hole 143 rotates to cooperate with the straight tube 142, the air in the cylinder 141 discharges through the straight tube 142 thereupon, at this moment, under the effect that the fifth spring 147 resets, the second arc pole 146 drives the piston 148 outwards to slide thereupon, and then inhale the water in the drum 1411 into the cylinder 141 through the connecting pipe 149, so, the resistance that receives when can further increase the patient left and right sides swing arm, simultaneously, can observe the recovery degree of patient's hand strength.

When the device is used, after the cylinder 1411 is filled with water, the piston 148 slides inwards again to push the water in the cylinder 1411 into the guide sleeve 151, the second sliding rod 152 slides forwards under the extrusion of the water, the sixth spring 153 deforms, the second sliding rod 152 slides forwards to push the contact plate 154 to rotate, the contact plate 154 rotates to drive the handle 133 to rotate, and further the arm swing resistance of a patient is increased, after the water in the cylinder 1411 flows out, the second sliding rod 152 slides backwards to reset under the reset action of the sixth spring 153, and therefore the arm swing resistance can be automatically increased after the patient adapts to the first-stage hand resistance.

A hand exercise apparatus for rehabilitation according to claim 3, further comprising a swing mechanism (12), the swing mechanism (12) comprising: the swing rod (121) is arranged on the second sliding block (102); the second strip-shaped plate (122) is arranged in the swing rod (121) in a sliding manner; two mounting frames (124), wherein the two mounting frames (124) are respectively mounted on the mounting plate (2); at least two first arc-shaped rods (125) are arranged in the mounting frame (124); at least two sliding sleeves (126) are arranged, and are arranged on the first arc-shaped rod (125) in a sliding manner; two third springs (127) are arranged and are respectively arranged between the sliding sleeve (126) and the first arc-shaped rod (125); the number of the arc-shaped plates (128) is at least two, the arc-shaped plates (128) are arranged on the sliding sleeve (126), and the arc-shaped plates (128) are matched with the second strip-shaped plate (122).

The hand exercise apparatus for rehabilitation department of claim 6, further comprising a pushing mechanism (15), wherein the pushing mechanism (15) comprises: a guide sleeve (151) mounted on the cylinder (1411); the second sliding rod (152) is slidably arranged in the guide sleeve (151); a sixth spring (153) mounted between the second slide bar (152) and the guide sleeve (151); and the contact plate (154) is arranged on the handle (133), and the contact plate (154) is matched with the second sliding rod (152).
8. The hand exercise apparatus for rehabilitation department of claim 7, wherein the cylinder (1411) is made of transparent acrylic plate for easy observation by the worker.
