Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tea, and particularly relates to a processing technology of ganoderma lucidum fermented tea.
Background
With the social development, the life style of people is changed, the life quality is continuously improved, meanwhile, factors such as overnutrition, lack of exercise and the like comprehensively influence the metabolism of human bodies, the incidence rates of diabetes, gout and hyperlipidemia are increased year by year in the global range, blood diseases cannot be cured, the course of treatment is long, the treatment is difficult, and the traditional Chinese medicine becomes one of important diseases threatening the health of human beings.
The tea is a natural beverage, has multiple health care functions, and is one of three traditional beverages in the world. Modern scientific research shows that tea contains more than 450 organic compounds and more than 15 inorganic minerals. Our ancestors have long recognized that drinking tea can strengthen the body and eliminate diseases, and the compendium of materia medica records: "tea" is a medicine for all diseases. The old people with long life in tea-producing areas often drink tea to achieve the purpose of reducing blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar; but only the tea leaves have small effects on reducing blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar.
Ganoderma is also called Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma sinense, and is whole plant of Ganoderma lucidum or Ganoderma sinense of Polyporaceae. It is called as the superior product by Benjing. Ganoderma lucidum is called as 'immortal grass' and 'Ruilao' since ancient times, and the traditional Chinese medicine is a precious Chinese herbal medicine for nourishing, strengthening the body and strengthening the body resistance for a long time. Ganoderma polysaccharides, Ganoderma polypeptide, adenosine, triterpene, etc. in Ganoderma have effects of repairing and promoting division and growth of variant cells in human body.
The ganoderma lucidum is combined with the tea leaves to prepare the ganoderma lucidum fermented tea, has the effects of the tea leaves and the ganoderma lucidum, can be used for adjuvant therapy of the diseases after being drunk for a long time, and has the health-care effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a processing technology of ganoderma lucidum fermented tea, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a processing technology of ganoderma lucidum fermented tea comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, putting beautiful millettia root leaves, tea leaves, mulberry leaves and dendrobium officinale into purified water for soaking for 20-30min, fully and uniformly stirring in the soaking process, fishing out and draining off water, then carrying out sterilization treatment at the temperature of 200-220 ℃, wherein the tea leaves can be one of green tea, rock tea, black tea, white tea and oolong tea according to the difference of tastes of consumers;
2) collecting Ganoderma, performing aseptic separation on an aseptic operation table, inoculating the strain into potato glucose agar culture medium for activated culture, and culturing at 32 deg.C for 3 days to obtain Ganoderma strain;
3) packaging the crushed moringa oleifera scraps, sterilizing at the temperature of 200-220 ℃, inoculating ganoderma lucidum strains as a fermentation base material, and culturing at the temperature of 28 ℃ for 28 days to obtain moringa oleifera ganoderma lucidum strains;
4) inoculating moringa oleifera and ganoderma lucidum into the sterilized beautiful millettia root leaves, tea leaves, mulberry leaves and dendrobium officinale of the step 1) which are used as fermentation base materials, and fermenting for 30 days at the temperature of 30-35 ℃ to obtain the ganoderma lucidum fermented tea.
Preferably, the ganoderma lucidum in the step 2) is purple ganoderma lucidum or red ganoderma lucidum.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the ganoderma lucidum strains to the spicy sawdust in the step 3) is 1: 100.
Preferably, the beautiful millettia root leaves, the tea leaves, the mulberry leaves, the dendrobium officinale and the moringa oleifera ganoderma lucidum in the step 4) comprise the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of beautiful millettia root leaves, 2.5 parts of tea leaves, 0.5 part of mulberry leaves, 0.5 part of dendrobium officinale and 0.5 part of moringa oleifera and ganoderma lucidum.
The invention adopts the scheme to obtain the following beneficial effects: by the method, the lucid ganoderma and the tea are organically combined to prepare the lucid ganoderma fermented tea, the lucid ganoderma fermented tea has the advantages of the tea and the lucid ganoderma, and can play a role in adjuvant therapy of hematopathy after being drunk for a long time, and can play a role in health care and improving immune function after being drunk by normal people for a long time.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments, and all the portions of the present invention not described in detail are the prior art.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
A processing technology of ganoderma lucidum fermented tea comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, putting beautiful millettia root leaves, tea leaves, mulberry leaves and dendrobium officinale into purified water for soaking for 20-30min, fully and uniformly stirring in the soaking process, fishing out and draining water, then carrying out sterilization treatment at 220 ℃ under 200 plus materials, wherein the tea leaves are green tea;
2) collecting Ganoderma, performing aseptic separation on an aseptic operation table, inoculating the strain into potato glucose agar culture medium for activated culture, and culturing at 32 deg.C for 3 days to obtain Ganoderma strain;
3) packaging the crushed moringa oleifera chips, sterilizing at the temperature of 200-220 ℃, taking the crushed moringa oleifera chips as a fermentation base material, inoculating a ganoderma sinense strain, culturing at the temperature of 28 ℃ for 28 days with the mass ratio of the ganoderma sinense strain to the moringa oleifera chips being 1:100, and obtaining moringa oleifera-ganoderma lucidum strain;
4) taking the beautiful millettia root leaves, the tea leaves, the mulberry leaves and the dendrobium officinale which are sterilized in the step 1) as fermentation base materials, and inoculating the purple moringa oleifera fungus, wherein the beautiful millettia root leaves, the tea leaves, the mulberry leaves, the dendrobium officinale and the purple moringa oleifera fungus comprise the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of beautiful millettia root leaves, 2.5 parts of tea leaves, 0.5 part of mulberry leaves, 0.5 part of dendrobium officinale and 0.5 part of moringa oleifera and ganoderma lucidum, and fermenting for 30 days at the temperature of 30 ℃ to obtain ganoderma lucidum fermented green tea.
