Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for sharing measuring instruments through network communication, wherein identification codes are respectively arranged on each measuring instrument, when a terminal computer needs detection data detected by a certain measuring instrument, a scanning device is used for scanning the identification codes on the measuring instruments, a server inquires the measuring instrument corresponding to the identification codes and an access computer thereof, and generates occupation information about the occupation relation between the measuring instrument and the terminal computer and informs the access computer to store the occupation information. The forwarding system of the access computer intercepts the detection data of the measuring instrument and sends the detection data to the terminal computer which has an occupation relation with the detection data. The invention can meet the use requirements of a plurality of terminal computers only by arranging a few measuring instruments, avoids the damage of measuring instrument interfaces and terminal computer interfaces caused by frequent plugging and unplugging, prolongs the service life of equipment, simultaneously does not need to fully allocate the measuring instruments on each station, reduces the investment cost of the equipment and realizes the sharing of the measuring instruments.

If the digital acquisition metering device which directly uploads the detection data to the computer is used, the working efficiency of quality detection personnel can be obviously improved, the working intensity is reduced, and the quality of the quality data is improved.
In the application system of the browser/server architecture, the browser on the terminal computer does not allow the application program to directly access the hardware device of the terminal computer for security, and the server of the application system of the browser/server architecture cannot actively transmit information to the browser on the terminal computer. A browser/server architecture based quality detection system can only use digital acquisition metrology instruments that can simulate keyboard entry. However, no matter which technology is used, in the quality detection system based on the digital acquisition metering device, one metering device can only be connected to one terminal computer for the accessed computer, if the system is used on other computers, the metering device can only be dialed down from one terminal computer and then accessed to the other terminal computer, the operation is troublesome, and the reliability of the connection between the metering device and the terminal computer is influenced after a long time. However, in some cases, a plurality of measuring instruments are needed to be used in one detection station, but each measuring instrument is not used for a long time, so that one measuring instrument is often used in multiple stations. According to the use frequency, some measuring instruments are equipped at each station, and some measuring instruments are equipped with one measuring instrument at two or three or even four stations. If all the measuring instruments to be used are completely equipped at each station, the data of the measuring instruments accessible by a terminal computer is limited, and on the other hand, the cost is high.

The method for sharing the metering device through network communication is completed based on the equipment, so that the method has the advantages of simple steps and convenience in implementation, and the sharing of the metering equipment is completed under the condition of ensuring the production efficiency.
