Abstract

本发明公开了一种冰箱风道结构及冰箱,包括:连通冰箱冷藏室的冷藏风道,所述冷藏风道内设有连通冰箱换热循环管道的换热器,所述换热器与所述冰箱的冷凝器并联。本发明将冷凝盘管装配在冷藏风道内形成的换热腔体,并在冰箱风道内设置温度传感器,当冷藏间室需要制冷时,冷藏风门打开,此时通过蒸发器换热后的冷空气进入到换热腔体内部,当冷空气温度低于预设温度时,冷凝盘管工作,冷空气与其进行热交换,温度提升后再分流至冷藏风道各出风口吹入到冷藏室,避免冷藏室出风温度过低导致非冷冻食品冻结。

技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱技术领域,特别是涉及一种冰箱风道结构及冰箱。
背景技术
目前市场上风冷冰箱越来越受到消费者的青睐,风冷冰箱的产销量占比也越来越大,主要原因:其一,风冷冰箱使用起来更为便利,不需要人工进行除霜;其二,随着冰箱容积越来越大,风冷冰箱温度均匀性更有优势。
但随之而来,风冷冰箱的缺点也越发突显,特别是单系统风冷冰箱,其原理上就是通过风扇将通过蒸发器换热后的冷气通过风道吹入到各间室中去,事实上,通过蒸发器换热后的冷气温度一般在-20℃~-30℃,通过风道吹到冷藏室的时候,往往也在-10℃左右甚至更低,冷风直接吹到食品上,容易造成冷藏食品被冻结的现象,从而成为消费者的痛点。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述现有技术中冷藏食品容易被冻结的技术问题,提出一种冰箱风道结构及冰箱。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提出了一种冰箱风道结构,包括:连通冰箱冷藏室的冷藏风道,所述冷藏风道内设有连通冰箱换热循环管道的换热器,所述换热器与所述冰箱的冷凝器并联。
本发明还包括:设置在所述换热器的连接管道上的控制阀,检测所述冷藏风道内经过所述换热器后的空气温度的温度传感器,根据所述空气温度控制控制阀开断所述换热器的控制器。当所述空气温度低于预设温度时,所述控制器打开所述控制阀连通所述换热器的连接管道。当所述空气温度高于预设温度时,所述控制器关闭所述控制阀断开所述换热器的连接管道。
进一步的,所述控制阀同时连通所述冷凝器的入口管道与所述换热器的连接管道,可开断所述冷凝器的入口管道和所述换热器的连接管道。
优选地,所述控制阀为开关阀或者流量调节阀。
优选地,所述换热器为冷凝盘管。
进一步的,冷藏风道包括从下向上延伸的主风道,连接在主风道末端的多条支流风道,所述换热器设置在所述主风道内,所述支流风道上设有多个冷藏出风口连通所述冷藏室。主风道从下向上延伸至冰箱的顶部区域,所述支流风道横向延伸一段距离后再向下延伸。
本发明还提出一种冰箱,包括上述的冰箱风道结构。
与现有技术比较,本发明在冷藏风道内部设计一段专门的换热腔体,将冷凝盘管装配在换热腔体内,并在换热腔体内设置温度传感器,当冷藏间室需要制冷时,冷藏风门打开,此时通过蒸发器换热后的冷空气进入到换热腔体内部,当冷空气温度低于预设温度时,冷凝盘管工作,冷空气与其进行热交换,温度提升后再分流至冷藏风道各出风口吹入到冷藏室,避免冷藏室出风温度过低导致非冷冻食品冻结。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明的原理及结构进行详细说明。
如图1所示,单系统风冷冰箱是将冷藏室内原本温度较高的空气,通过风循环经冷藏室的回风风道回到冷冻室蒸发器换热,经过换热后的冷空气再通过冷藏风道吹入到冷藏室中。蒸发器对外部输出冷量,经蒸发器换热后的冷气温度一般在-20℃~-30℃,通过风道吹到冷藏室的时候,往往也在-10℃左右甚至更低,冷风直接吹到非冷冻食品上,容易造成食品冻结的现象。
而在冰箱的制冷系统中,压缩机输出的高温高压气态制冷剂,首先要进入到冷凝器中,通过冷凝器盘管与外部环境热交换冷凝成液态制冷剂,在这个过程中,制冷剂通过冷凝器对外部散发出热量。
如图2、6所示,本发明提出了一种冰箱风道结构,包括:冷藏风道2和换热器1,冷藏风道2连通冰箱的冷藏室,即冷藏风道2的末端设有冷藏出风口用于连通冷藏室。换热器1设置在冷藏风道2内,具体为冷凝盘管,换热器与冰箱的换热循环管道连通,并与冰箱的冷凝器并联,使从压缩机出来的高温高压冷媒能够流经换热器,部分冷空气经过换热器进行热交换,提高温度后再通过冷藏风道吹入冷藏室。从而解决了冷藏室出风温度过低导致非冷冻食品冻结的问题。
如图2至6所示,本发明还包括:控制阀6、温度传感器3和控制器,控制阀6设置在换热器1的连接管道上,具体为一个可开断两条支路的三通阀,即控制阀6的A端口连接冷凝器52的入口管道,B端口连接换热器1的连接管道(也可以设置在冷凝器的出口管道与换热器的连接管道的出口处),也可以为直接设置在换热器连接管道上的开关阀。温度传感器设置在冷藏风道上位于换热器与冷藏风道末端之间的位置上,可检测经过换热器升温后的空气温度,控制器根据空气温度控制控制阀的开断来控制空气温度。
在具体的实施例中,当空气温度低于预设温度时,控制器打开控制阀,使高温冷媒流经换热器1给冷藏风道2内的空气升温。当空气温度高于预设温度时,控制器关闭所述控制阀断开换热器1的连接管道,使高温冷媒不会流经换热器,防止温度过高影响冷藏效果。
控制阀1为开关阀或者流量调节阀,为流量调节阀时可以使温度调节更加精确,使温度波动降低。
在具体的实施例中,如图2至5所示,冷藏风道2包括从下向上延伸的主风道21,连接在主风道21末端的多条支流风道22,换热器1设置在主风道21内,使主风道21作为换热腔体,支流风道22上设有多个冷藏出风口23连通冷藏室,且主风道21从下向上延伸至冰箱的顶部区域,支流风道22横向延伸一段距离后再向下延伸。可确保换热器的安装空间,同时使风道空气温度均匀,温度波动小。
本发明还提出了一种冰箱,如图6所示,具体包括通过换热循环管道依次循环连通的压缩机51、冷凝器52、过滤器、毛细管和蒸发器53,以及包括上述风道结构。

Claims (10)

1.一种冰箱风道结构,包括:连通冰箱冷藏室的冷藏风道,其特征在于,所述冷藏风道内设有连通冰箱换热循环管道的换热器,所述换热器与所述冰箱的冷凝器并联。
2.如权利要求1所述的冰箱风道结构,其特征在于,还包括:设置在所述换热器的连接管道上的控制阀,检测所述冷藏风道内经过所述换热器后的空气温度的温度传感器,根据所述空气温度控制控制阀开断所述换热器的控制器。
3.如权利要求2所述的冰箱风道结构,其特征在于,当所述空气温度低于预设温度时,所述控制器打开所述控制阀连通所述换热器的连接管道。
4.如权利要求2所述的冰箱风道结构,其特征在于,当所述空气温度高于预设温度时,所述控制器关闭所述控制阀断开所述换热器的连接管道。
5.如权利要求2所述的冰箱风道结构,其特征在于,所述控制阀同时连通所述冷凝器的入口管道与所述换热器的连接管道,可开断所述冷凝器的入口管道和所述换热器的连接管道。
6.如权利要求2所述的冰箱风道结构,其特征在于,所述控制阀为开关阀或者流量调节阀。
7.如权利要求1所述的冰箱风道结构,其特征在于,所述换热器为冷凝盘管。
8.如权利要求1所述的冰箱风道结构,其特征在于,所述冷藏风道包括从下向上延伸的主风道,连接在主风道末端的多条支流风道,所述换热器设置在所述主风道内,所述支流风道上设有多个冷藏出风口连通所述冷藏室。
9.如权利要求8所述的冰箱风道结构,其特征在于,所述主风道从下向上延伸至冰箱的顶部区域,所述支流风道横向延伸一段距离后再向下延伸。
10.一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的冰箱风道结构。
