Claims (1)

1. The preparation method of the disposable garment flame-retardant fabric comprises the steps of (1) preparing a flame-retardant non-woven fabric (13), and is characterized in that: the flame-retardant non-woven fabric (13) is adhered with a layer of flame-retardant polyethylene film (40), the gram weight range of the flame-retardant non-woven fabric (13) is 18 GSM to 26GSM, the breadth is 150cm to 180cm, the gram weight range of the flame-retardant polyethylene film (40) is 22 GSM to 30 GSM, the breadth is 150cm to 180cm, and the flame-retardant polyethylene film (40) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15% -20% of brominated flame retardant, 20% -25% of PE particle LLDPE, 30% -35% of PE particle LDPE, 5% -10% of PE particle HDPE and 25% -30% of PE particle MLLDPE;
the preparation method of the flame-retardant fabric comprises the following steps: s1: checking, accepting and warehousing, checking whether raw materials forming the flame-retardant polyethylene film (40) are wet or not, and performing a combustion test, wherein the raw materials can be warehoused for use according with requirements; s2: spraying the mixed and stirred raw materials onto a flame-retardant non-woven fabric (13) through a spraying box (15) to form a flame-retardant polyethylene film (40), and flattening the flame-retardant polyethylene film (40) through a roller (23); a storage cavity (19) for storing raw materials is formed in the spraying box (15), a spraying gun (20) obliquely aligned with the flame-retardant non-woven fabric (13) is connected to the storage cavity (19), a waste cavity (22) is further formed in the spraying box (15), the grinding wheel (23) is located above the waste cavity (22), an extrusion plate (41) is further arranged in the spraying box (15), and the extrusion plate contacts the flame-retardant polyethylene film (40) before the grinding wheel (23); s3: drying and forming, wherein a dryer (16) carries out drying treatment on the flame-retardant polyethylene film (40) on the entering flame-retardant non-woven fabric (13) so as to form the flame-retardant polyethylene film; s4: slitting and winding, namely uniformly wide-width dividing the flame-retardant non-woven fabric (13) containing the flame-retardant polyethylene film (40) by a cutting box (17), wherein an outlet (27) is arranged on the cutting box (17), and a collecting box (18) is arranged right below the outlet (27); the cutting box (17) is internally provided with a conveying belt group which is vertically symmetrical, the conveying belt group comprises two conveying wheels (24) which are at the same level, the two conveying wheels (24) are connected through a conveying belt (25), a mortgage block (28) and a mortgage cutting block (29) are arranged on the conveying belt (25), a cutting opening (30) with an opening far away from the conveying belt (25) is arranged in the middle of the mortgage cutting block (29), a first air cylinder (35) is arranged in the cutting box (17), and a cutting knife (34) smaller than the cutting opening (30) is connected to the first air cylinder (35); a second air cylinder (36) is arranged in the cutting box (17), and the second air cylinder (36) is connected with a blocking rod (33) capable of blocking the mortgage cutting block (29); a second jacking cavity (31) is formed in the conveyor belt (25), the mortgage cutting block (29) can slide along the inner wall of the second jacking cavity (31), and a second jacking spring (32) for jacking the mortgage cutting block (29) is arranged in the second jacking cavity (31); the mortgage cutting block (29) is internally provided with a first jacking cavity (38) with a downward opening, a sliding jacking block (37) is arranged in the first jacking cavity (38), and a first jacking spring (39) is arranged between the inner wall of the first jacking cavity (38) and the jacking block (37); s5: and packaging and delivering, namely packaging the flame-retardant non-woven fabric (13) with the flame-retardant polyethylene film (40) which is produced in batches, so that the packaging and delivering are convenient.
