The working principle is as follows:
the conveying wheel 24 rotates by external driving force, the external driving force can be driven by a motor, the conveying wheel 24 rotates to drive the conveying belt 25 to run, the non-woven fabric 13 enters the spraying box 15, the spraying gun 20 sprays the flame-retardant raw materials on the non-woven fabric 13, the extrusion plate 41 reciprocates up and down by the external driving force to extrude the flame-retardant raw materials sprayed on the non-woven fabric 13, then the rolling wheel 23 rotates by the external driving force to roll the film layer 40 on the non-woven fabric 13, then the film layer 40 on the non-woven fabric 13 is dried by the dryer 16 to be shaped, then the flame-retardant fabric consisting of the non-woven fabric 13 and the film 40 enters the cutting box 17, when the extrusion cutting block 29 drives the flame-retardant fabric to the front of the blocking rod 33, the second cylinder 36 starts to drive the blocking rod 33 to move so as to block the extrusion cutting block 29, and the extrusion cutting block 29 is blocked to move along the second extrusion cavity 31, the second top pressure spring 32 is compressed and contracted, the conveyor belt 25 still runs, the subsequent mortaring block 28 of the mortaring cutting block 29 continues to advance, the fabric between the mortaring block 28 and the mortaring cutting block 29 is bent, then the first cylinder 35 is started to drive the cutting knife 34 to move along the cutting opening 30 in the mortaring cutting block 29, thereby cutting the flame-retardant fabric, after the cutting is finished, the first cylinder 35 drives the cutting knife 34 to return to the original position, the second cylinder 36 drives the blocking rod 33 to contract to the original position, the mortaring cutting block 29 is not blocked, the second top pressure spring 32 top pressure mortaring cutting block 29 returns to the original position, the cut flame-retardant fabric continues to move until the position of the outlet 27, because the mortaring block 28 and the mortaring cutting block 29 do not top pressure on the flame-retardant fabric any more, thereby the flame-retardant fabric can be output to the collection box 18 along the outlet 27.
The gram weight range of the produced flame-retardant non-woven fabric 13 and the flame-retardant polyethylene film 40 is 47gsm to 51gsm, the longitudinal index of stretching is 60N/5cm, the transverse index of stretching is 40N/5cm, the longitudinal peeling strength is 1.5N/5cm, the transverse peeling strength is 1.5N/5cm, the hydrostatic pressure is 1400mbar, and the combustion performance is b1 grade.
