At the moment of collision of the automobile, the stopping pawl 10 moves to be in contact with the ratchet of the ratchet ring gear 3 to block the ratchet ring gear 3, so that the ratchet ring gear 3 is stopped.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second state of the pawl-type pretension stopping retractor according to the present invention in a process of implementing a pretensioning function; fig. 10 is a schematic cross-sectional view of fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the pawl type pretension termination retractor of the present invention has a second state that realizes a pretensioning function, when an automobile collides, the pretensioning function of the pawl type pretension termination retractor is activated, the pawl 10 moves to contact with the ratchet of the ratchet ring gear 3 to block the ratchet ring gear 3, and the ratchet ring gear 3 is stopped. At this time, the pretensioner 4 can rotate in the forward direction in response to actuation of the pretensioner, and the forward rotation of the pretensioner 4 rotates the movable shaft 1 and the fixed shaft 2 in the forward direction. Since the ratchet ring gear 3 is stopped, the fixed shaft 2 rotates in the forward direction relative to the ratchet ring gear 3, and the pin 6 is accommodated in the accommodating groove I8 a and rotates in the forward direction along with the fixed shaft 2. At this time, the moving shaft 1 can rotate forward along with the pre-tightening wheel 4, so that the seat belt webbing can be tightened, and the passenger is tightened by the seat belt webbing and fixed on the seat, namely, the pre-tightening function of the retractor is realized.
Figure 11 is a schematic view of a ratchet-type pretension termination retractor according to the present invention in a third state in which the pretensioning function is terminated;
fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view of fig. 11.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the pawl type pretension stopping retractor according to the present invention has a third state in which the pretensioning function is stopped, when the stud 6 rotates clockwise to contact with the second notch 9 on the ratchet ring 3, under the action of centrifugal force, the stud 6 enters the second notch 9 of the ratchet ring 3 and is finally blocked by the receiving groove iii 9a at the front end of the second notch 9, and then the annular truncated cone 2c of the fixed shaft 2 is blocked by the stud 6, that is, the fixed shaft 2 cannot rotate forward, so that the pretensioning wheel 4 is stopped (the pretensioning wheel 4 is connected with the fixed shaft 2 in a key manner), thereby stopping the pretensioning function.
It will be appreciated that when the pre-tightening function of the retractor is terminated, the stud 6 will reliably stop the fixed shaft 2, and thus the pre-tightening wheel 4, by abutting circumferentially between the truncated cone 2c of the fixed shaft 2 and the ratchet ring 3. Compared with the prior art which relies on interference for stopping, the invention has reliable stopping and can not generate the phenomenon of stopping failure.
Preferably, the receiving groove ii 8b is configured to be just capable of receiving a semicircular part of the pin 6, and the receiving groove iii 9a is also configured to be just capable of receiving a semicircular part of the pin. As shown in fig. 11, when the pre-tightening function is terminated, the inner semi-circular portion of the pin 6 is just received in the receiving groove ii 8b of the fixed shaft 2, and the outer circular portion of the pin 6 is just received in the receiving groove iii 9a of the gear ring 3, so that the pin 6 firmly abuts between the circular truncated cone 2c of the fixed shaft and the ratchet-toothed ring 3.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 shows a schematic diagram of the engagement of the pretensioning tube 11 and the pretensioning wheel 4.

The pre-tensioned pipe 11 is provided with a plurality of drive balls 12 and at least one sealing ball (not shown) between its outlet 11b and the first pipe end 11 a.
When a collision accident occurs, fluid generated by detonation of the gas generator 12 rapidly expands in the pre-tightening pipe, the plurality of driving balls 12 and the at least one sealing ball move towards the outlet 11b of the pre-tightening pipe in response to the actuation of the gas generator 12, the plurality of driving balls fly out of the pre-tightening pipe 11 and then are meshed with the pre-tightening wheel 4 to impact the pre-tightening wheel, in response to the impact of the driving balls, the pre-tightening wheel 4 rotates in the forward direction to drive the fixed shaft 2 to rotate in the forward direction, the fixed shaft 2 rotates to drive the movable shaft 1 to rotate, and the movable shaft 1 rotates to wind and tighten the belt webbing, so that the pre-tightening function is realized.
It is easy to understand that, because the locking of the pre-tightening wheel 4 is reliable through the pin 6, when the pre-tightening function is terminated, the sealing ball in the pre-tightening pipe cannot fly out of the pre-tightening pipe due to the locking failure, namely, the sealing ball is always limited in the pre-tightening pipe 11 and is used for sealing high-temperature combustible gas in the pre-tightening pipe, so that open fire is prevented from escaping out of the pre-tightening pipe 11.
Further, a guide ball 13 is arranged at the head end position of the pre-tightening pipe 11, in response to the actuation of the gas generator 12, the guide ball 13 can fly out of the outlet of the pre-tightening pipe 11 and can be quickly and accurately engaged with the pre-tightening wheel 4, and the guide ball 13 is arranged at the front end of the driving ball 12 and used for guiding the driving ball 12 in the pre-tightening pipe.
Fig. 13 shows a schematic view of the engagement of the pawl 10 with the ratchet ring 3.
As shown in fig. 13, a stopping pawl 10 of the retractor is rotatably provided in the retractor for catching the ratchet ring 3 at the moment when the retractor pretensioning function is activated.
As shown in fig. 14, a positioning pin 14 is inserted on the guide ball 13, and the positioning pin 14 is engaged with the stopping pawl 10 for normally preventing the stopping pawl 10 from contacting with the ratchet teeth of the ratchet ring gear 3.
The pawl 10 includes a rotary disk 10a rotatably provided in the retractor, a catching arm 10b attached to a circumferential direction of the rotary disk 10a for catching the ratchet ring, and a positioning arm 10c attached to the circumferential direction of the rotary disk 10a for abutting against a positioning pin 14 for normally keeping the rotary disk stationary. The pawl further comprises a driving arm 10d connected to the circumferential direction of the rotary disk 10a, a driving spring 15 is connected to the rear end face of the driving arm 10d, and the driving spring 15 always tends to drive the clamping arm 10b to be clamped with the ratchet ring gear 3.
The pretensioning process of the pawl-type pretensioning termination retractor provided by the invention is wholly explained below.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 shows a schematic view of a pawl-type pretension-terminated retractor according to the present invention in a normal state (pretension tube shown).
Under the normal state, the pretensioning function of the retractor is not activated, the positioning pin 14 on the guide ball 13 limits the pawl 10, so that the pawl 10 is not contacted with the ratchet of the ratchet ring gear 3, the movable shaft 1 can freely rotate forwards and backwards, the seat belt webbing can be tightened or released, and a certain degree of freedom is provided for passengers.
Referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 shows a schematic diagram of a pawl-type pretension-terminated retractor according to the present invention during pretensioning.
When the automobile is collided, the furled pretensioning function is activated, the guide ball 13 flies out of the outlet of the pretensioning pipe in response to the activation of the gas generator, the positioning pin 14 on the guide ball is separated from the pawl 10, and the pawl 10 rotates to be matched with the ratchet of the ratchet ring gear 3 under the action of the elastic force of the driving spring 15 so as to stop the ratchet ring gear. The pin 6 is then moved in the manner described above to effect locking of the pretensioning wheel and thereby termination of the pretensioning function.
In conclusion, the pawl type pretension termination retractor with the novel structure is designed, the pretension function is terminated reliably, the phenomenon of stop failure of the pretension wheel cannot occur, so that the sealing ball can be always limited in the pretension pipe, high-temperature combustible gas generated by the gas generator is completely sealed in the pretension pipe, and open fire is prevented from escaping.
