the hexagonal prism is made into a honeycomb shape, can well replace the existing lacquer painting plate made of solid wood, has high stability, and is light and durable.
6) Uniformly mixing raw lacquer and diatomite according to the mass ratio of 1:1 to prepare paste, leveling four sides of the sketchy prepared in the step 5) for preparing the raw lacquer and the diatomite (namely, exposing four sides of the side surface of the hexagonal prism to the sketchy), then placing the sketchy for 3 days under the conditions of 29 ℃ of temperature and 86% of humidity, and completely drying. The prepared raw lacquer and diatomite are coated on the bottom and the surface of the drawing board in the thickness of 1.5mm continuously, the drawing board is leveled, and then the drawing board is placed at the temperature of 29 ℃ and the humidity of 86% for 2 days to be completely dried. The raw lacquer is blended into paste, the hardness is good, and the tolerance of the lacquer board is effectively ensured. The front surface and the bottom surface of the drawing board are respectively treated by prepared diatomite and raw lacquer for better reinforcement. Then a flat hardwood block with the height of 10cm multiplied by 5cm is used as a backer, 400-mesh wood sand paper is used for wrapping the drawing board, and the rough leveling trace on the surface of the drawing board is polished to be flat.
6) After the surface is flat, black paint polish is coated on each surface of the drawing board, and then the drawing board is placed in an environment with the temperature of 26 ℃ and the humidity of 85% for 1 day until the drawing board is fully dried. Repeatedly brushing the black polishing paint for 4 times, and brushing the black polishing paint again after drying for 1 day each time; 20g of black polishing paint is used in total; then using a hardwood block with the height of 3cm as a backer, wrapping the hardwood block with 800-mesh wood abrasive paper, circularly polishing the lacquer painting board, clearly polishing each surface and corners, circularly polishing with 1000-mesh water abrasive paper, and finely polishing with 2000-mesh abrasive paper until the surface of the lacquer painting board is smooth and fine without obvious traces.
According to the invention, no matter the inside of the drawing board adopts a honeycomb structure, or the inside of the honeycomb structure is filled with the wood chips and the raw lacquer, including the used diatomite and the used raw lacquer, the lightness of the drawing board is ensured, and the firmness of the drawing board is ensured. Meanwhile, the drawing board can have the effects of corrosion resistance and moisture resistance, and the service life of the drawing board is prolonged. In addition, wood shavings, sawdust and raw lacquer are added in the honeycomb tire model for filling, so that the thickness of the drawing board is increased, the drawing board is firmer, and the drawing board is lighter than a pure solid wood or a wood board made of other materials, is not easy to deform and has better stability than a foam board.
Claims (10)
1. A manufacturing method of a fiber paper honeycomb base paint drawing board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) brushing raw lacquer on the front and back surfaces of the fiber paper, and vertically hanging the fiber paper until the fiber paper is dried;
2) shaping the fiber paper treated in the step 1) by using a board with a smooth surface;
3) brushing polishing paint on the shaped fiber paper, and drying the fiber paper to be used as a bottom of the drawing board and a surface of the drawing board respectively;
4) manufacturing a fiber paper honeycomb tire model;
5) placing the fiber paper honeycomb matrix model prepared in the step 4) on the drawing board bottom prepared in the step 3), blending wood shaving sawdust and raw lacquer, injecting the mixture into the fiber paper honeycomb matrix model, placing the fiber paper honeycomb matrix model in a shady room for drying, and drying the fiber paper honeycomb matrix model thoroughly; covering the drawing board surface prepared in the step 3) on the fiber paper honeycomb base model;
6) blending diatomite and raw lacquer, filling and leveling the side surface of the drawing board prepared in the step 5), and polishing and leveling;
7) painting the surface of the drawing board, and finely grinding and flattening to obtain the drawing board.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the fiber paper in step 1) is cotton fiber paper.
3. A method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the front and back sides of the fibrous paper in step 1) are painted with lacquer at least 4 times each.
4. The manufacturing method of claim 1, wherein the drying in step 1) is performed by vertically hanging and drying for 1 day at a temperature of 26-29 ℃ and a humidity of 85-88%.
5. The manufacturing method of claim 1, wherein the specific method for manufacturing the fiber paper honeycomb tire model in the step 4) comprises the following steps: brushing raw lacquer on the front side and the back side of the fiber paper according to the same method as the step 1), vertically hanging the fiber paper until the fiber paper is dried for 1 day, making the fiber paper into a honeycomb shape, placing the honeycomb shape in an environment with the temperature of 26-29 ℃ and the humidity of 85-88%, and completely drying and fixing the honeycomb shape.
6. The manufacturing method of claim 1, wherein the wood shavings and the raw lacquer in the step 5) are uniformly stirred and fully fused according to the mass ratio of 1: 2.

The manufacturing method according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the step 5) is specifically: brushing a layer of lacquer as an adhesive on the drawing board bottom prepared in the step 3), placing the fiber paper honeycomb matrix model prepared in the step 4) on the drawing board bottom, filling the mixed wood shaving sawdust and raw lacquer into a hollow structure of the fiber paper honeycomb matrix model, lightly pressing and smoothing the surface by using a scraper, drying at the temperature of 26-29 ℃ under the condition of 85-88% of humidity, pressing by using a scraper after 7-8 days without indentation, and indicating complete drying.
8. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein in the step 6), the diatomite is blended with the raw lacquer, and the mass ratio of the raw lacquer to the diatomite is 1-2: 1.
9. The manufacturing method according to claim 1 or 8, step 6) filling the side of the palette treated in step 5) with prepared diatomite and raw lacquer, and then placing the palette for 3 days at a temperature of 26-29 ℃ and a humidity of 85-88% to be completely dried.
10. A fiber paper honeycomb base paint drawing board manufactured by the manufacturing method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
