On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 7-8, the nailing device further comprises nailing components, wherein the two first electric guide rails 101 are provided with the nailing components, and the nailing components comprise a sixth electric sliding block 501, a second supporting plate 502, a sixth electric guide rail 503, a seventh electric sliding block 504 and a nailing gun 505; a sixth electric sliding block 501 is connected to each of the two first electric guide rails 101 in a sliding manner; a second supporting plate 502 is fixedly connected to the upper sides of the two sixth electric sliding blocks 501; a sixth electric guide rail 503 is fixedly connected to the upper sides of the two second supporting plates 502; a seventh electric sliding block 504 is connected to each of the two sixth electric guide rails 503 in a sliding manner; a nailing gun 505 is fixedly connected to the upper sides of the two seventh electric sliding blocks 504.
When the curb plate needs to be nailed and fixed, go up and down through controlling electronic lift carousel 2, make the position that needs the nailing correspond with nailing machine 505 height, then slide on sixth electronic guide rail 503 through controlling seventh electronic slider 504, and then control the distance of nailing machine 505 and curb plate, so that start nailing machine 505 and accomplish nailing fixed work, slide on first electronic guide rail 101 through controlling sixth electronic slider 501, and then control second backup pad 502 and the part removal that is connected, thereby control nailing machine 505 back-and-forth movement, so that nailing machine 505 carries out the nailing to many positions and fixes, and then need not artifical handheld nailing machine 505 to operate, avoid the incident to take place.

Claims (10)
1. A bottom plate layered assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box comprises an underframe (1), an electric lifting turntable (2) and a first mounting rack (3); an electric lifting turntable (2) is arranged on the front side of the underframe (1); the middle part of the upper side of the underframe (1) is connected with a first mounting frame (3); the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a level detection component, a leveling component, a stabilizing component and a clamping component; a horizontal detection component for detecting the horizontal state of the bottom plate is arranged on the upper side of the bottom frame (1); a leveling component for leveling the bottom plate is arranged at the lower side of the level detection component; a stabilizing component for stabilizing the bottom plate is arranged on the leveling component; the clamping component used for clamping the side plate is installed on the upper side of the first mounting frame (3).

The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the horizontal detection assembly comprises a first electric guide rail (101), a first electric sliding block (102), a first fixing plate (103), a first supporting plate (104), a second electric guide rail (105), a second electric sliding block (106), a fixing frame (107), a first L-shaped plate (108), a first air cylinder (109), a fixing block (110), a transmission rod (111), a level gauge (112), a first mounting plate (113) and a camera (114); a first electric guide rail (101) is fixedly connected to the left part and the right part of the upper side of the underframe (1) respectively; the two first electric guide rails (101) are respectively connected with a first electric slide block (102) in a sliding way; a first fixing plate (103) is fixedly connected to the upper sides of the two first electric sliding blocks (102); a first supporting plate (104) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the upper side of the first fixing plate (103); a second electric guide rail (105) is fixedly connected to the front side of the first supporting plate (104); a second electric slide block (106) is connected on the second electric guide rail (105) in a sliding way; a fixed frame (107) is fixedly connected to the front side of the second electric sliding block (106); a leveling component is arranged on the lower side of the fixed frame (107); the front side of the leveling component is connected with a first L-shaped plate (108); a first cylinder (109) is fixedly connected to the front part of the upper side of the first L-shaped plate (108); the telescopic end of the first cylinder (109) is fixedly connected with a fixed block (110); the right side of the fixed block (110) is rotatably connected with a level gauge (112) through a transmission rod (111) and a torsion spring; a first mounting plate (113) is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper side of the level (112); a camera (114) is arranged on the right side of the first mounting plate (113).
3. The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box as claimed in claim 2, wherein: two pressing plates for adhering the surface of the bottom plate are arranged on the lower side of the level (112).

The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the leveling component comprises a third electric guide rail (201), a third electric slide block (202), an E-shaped plate (203), a first electric rotating shaft (204) and a lifting plate (205); a third electric guide rail (201) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the fixed frame (107); the left side and the right side of the third electric guide rail (201) are connected with each other; a third electric slide block (202) is connected in the third electric guide rail (201) in a sliding way; an E-shaped plate (203) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the third electric slide block (202); a first electric rotating shaft (204) is respectively arranged at the left part and the right part of the front side of the third electric guide rail (201); the back sides of the rotating parts of the two first electric rotating shafts (204) are respectively fixedly connected with a lifting plate (205).
5. The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the front side of the lifting plate (205) is provided with a plurality of grooves for preventing skidding.

The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the stabilizing assembly comprises a second fixing plate (301), a fourth electric guide rail (302), a fourth electric sliding block (303), a second mounting plate (304), a second electric rotating shaft (305), a second L-shaped plate (306) and a clamping plate (307); a second fixing plate (301) is fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the third electric guide rail (201) respectively; a fourth electric guide rail (302) is fixedly connected to each of the two second fixing plates (301); a fourth electric slide block (303) is connected to each of the two fourth electric guide rails (302) in a sliding manner; the upper sides of the two fourth electric sliding blocks (303) are respectively fixedly connected with a second mounting plate (304); a second electric rotating shaft (305) is respectively arranged on the two second mounting plates (304); the rotating parts of the two second electric rotating shafts (305) are respectively fixedly connected with a second L-shaped plate (306), and the two second L-shaped plates (306) are bilaterally symmetrical; the front sides of the two second L-shaped plates (306) are respectively fixedly connected with a clamping plate (307).
7. The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the clamping plate (307) is provided as a hollow elastic plate having a cushioning effect.

The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the clamping assembly comprises a second air cylinder (401), a connecting frame (402), a fifth electric guide rail (403), a fifth electric slider (404), a third fixing plate (405), a second mounting frame (406), a third electric rotating shaft (407), an electric clamp (408), a fourth fixing plate (409), a third air cylinder (410) and a third L-shaped plate (411); a second cylinder (401) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first mounting frame (3); the telescopic end of the second cylinder (401) is fixedly connected with a connecting frame (402); a fifth electric guide rail (403) is fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the connecting frame (402); a fifth electric slide block (404) is fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of each of the two fifth electric guide rails (403); the lower sides of every two fifth electric sliding blocks (404) are fixedly connected with a third fixing plate (405) through a connecting block; a second mounting rack (406) and a fourth fixing plate (409) are fixedly connected to the front part and the rear part of the lower side of each of the two third fixing plates (405); a third electric rotating shaft (407) is mounted in each of the four second mounting frames (406); the rotating parts of the four third electric rotating shafts (407) are respectively fixedly connected with an electric clamp (408); a third cylinder (410) is fixedly connected to the lower sides of the four fourth fixing plates (409) respectively; the telescopic ends of the four third cylinders (410) are respectively fixedly connected with a third L-shaped plate (411).
9. The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box of claim 8, wherein: the four third L-shaped plates (411) are symmetrical with each other two by two so as to fold the side plates of the wooden box.

The bottom board layer assembly device of a stacking fumigation-free wooden box of claim 9, wherein: the nailing machine is characterized by further comprising nailing components, wherein the two first electric guide rails (101) are provided with the nailing components, and each nailing component comprises a sixth electric sliding block (501), a second supporting plate (502), a sixth electric guide rail (503), a seventh electric sliding block (504) and a nailing gun (505); a sixth electric sliding block (501) is connected to each of the two first electric guide rails (101) in a sliding manner; a second supporting plate (502) is fixedly connected to the upper sides of the two sixth electric sliding blocks (501) respectively; the upper sides of the two second supporting plates (502) are respectively fixedly connected with a sixth electric guide rail (503); a seventh electric slide block (504) is connected to each of the two sixth electric guide rails (503) in a sliding manner; one nailing gun (505) is fixedly connected to the upper sides of the two seventh electric sliding blocks (504).
