Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an anti-toppling device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is used for a rotary polishing frame 200, and includes a base 101 capable of being disposed on the rotary polishing frame 200, and a clamping assembly 102 disposed on the base 101 for clamping a mold 300 on the rotary polishing frame 200, wherein the clamping assembly 102 is capable of moving toward a direction approaching or separating from the mold 300 to be clamped or separated from the mold 300. When the mold 300 performs the rotary polishing operation on the rotary polishing frame 200, the position of the clamping assembly 102 needs to be adjusted first, so that the clamping assembly 102 moves towards the direction approaching to the mold 300 to be clamped with the mold 300; when the polishing operation is completed, the position of the clamping assembly 102 is adjusted so that the clamping assembly 102 moves away from the mold 300 to be separated from the mold 300. As one preferred embodiment, an adjustment assembly 1025 is disclosed comprising a rotating rod 1025-a and a shim 1025-b connected to the rotating rod 1025-a, wherein rotating rod 1025-a clockwise causes shim 1025-b to move in a horizontal direction toward a direction approaching mold 300 to abut against an end face of mold 300; rotating the lever 1025-a counterclockwise, the lever 1025-a moves the shim 1025-b in a horizontal direction away from the die 300 to separate from the end face of the die 300. The adjusting device can adjust different intervals according to the dies 300 with different specifications, so that the adjusting device can adapt to the dies 300 with different specifications.
For ease of operation, the anti-toppling device 100 of the present application further comprises a handle 1025-c disposed on the rotating rod 1025-a for adjusting the rotating rod 1025-a. An operator may grasp handle 1025-c to rotate lever 1025-a clockwise or counterclockwise, thereby effecting movement of lever 1025-a in a horizontal direction.
It should be noted that, the "horizontal direction" refers to a direction parallel to the fixing plate 1021 on the base 101 after the clamping assembly 102 is mounted on the rotary polishing frame 200.
As another preferred embodiment, the adjusting component 1025 disclosed in the present embodiment may be a bolt-nut assembly, specifically, a bolt is passed through the first side plate 1022 or the second side plate 1023, and a nut is sleeved on the bolt and is close to the inner side surface of the first side plate 1022 or the second side plate 1023, wherein the end surface of the bolt is used for abutting against the end surface of the mold 300.

The annular supporting cushion block is sleeved on the roller 201 of the rotary polishing frame 200 and is in clearance fit with the roller 201, so that the annular supporting cushion block 1025-b can smoothly slide on the roller 201 to adapt to different specifications and different installation positions of the die 300.
It should be noted that the anti-toppling device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a cylindrical mold disposed on a rotary polishing frame, may be applied to an elliptical cylindrical mold, and may be applied to a mold of other shapes, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
