Abstract
The invention discloses an expandable automobile electrical box which comprises a box body, wherein a bus harness plug-in is arranged on one side of the box body, at least three module fixing structures are arranged in the box body at equal intervals, each module fixing structure is composed of two fixing columns, at least three safety modules are arranged in the box body, the safety modules are sequentially connected end to end, the safety module at the head end is connected with the bus harness plug-in, and the safety modules are fixed in the box body through one module fixing structure respectively. The invention can set the quantity of the relays and the insurance according to the requirement, can be used by various vehicle types and has higher universality.

The automobile electrical box is a place for placing relays and fuses of electrical devices, and particularly for high-power electrical devices, the relays and the fuses are necessary electrical elements.

In the expandable automobile electrical appliance box, preferably, the safety module includes a base harness box, a relay socket and a safety socket, two ends of the base harness box are respectively provided with a fixing lug, the two fixing lugs are fixed with two fixing columns of the module fixing structure through bolts, a printed circuit board is arranged in the base harness box, the relay socket and the safety socket are both fixedly arranged at the top of the base harness box, and the relay socket and the safety socket are both electrically connected with the printed circuit board.

The invention adopts a modular design, can increase and decrease the number of the safety modules according to the requirement of the whole vehicle, and avoids waste. The relay and the fuse can be arranged in a modularized mode according to functions, and design and later maintenance are facilitated. In addition, the invention can be suitable for various vehicle types, the mold opening design is not required to be repeated, and the vehicle development cost is reduced.

By adopting the structural design, the number of the safety modules 4 can be increased or decreased according to the number of the electric components for the vehicle, so that the mold opening for each vehicle type is not required, and the development cost of a new vehicle is greatly reduced. And the number of the safety modules 4 can be set according to the requirement, so that the waste can be effectively reduced.

The safety modules 4 are connected end to form a wire harness channel, the wire harness of each printed circuit board is finally electrically connected with the terminal in the bus harness plug-in 2 through the channel, and the bus harness plug-in 2 is connected with the wire harness of the whole vehicle, so that the invention works normally.
Since the electrical box is an electrical product, waterproof work should be done, preferably, the plug 13 and the slot 9 of the adjacent safety module 4 are waterproof, a sealing ring can be arranged, and a sealant can also be used, and it should be noted that a sealing baffle is arranged in the slot 9 of the safety module 4 farthest from the bus harness plug-in 2.
