The sum of the height of the fourth fixing portion 262 and the portion of the carrier 280 fixedly connected to the fourth fixing portion 262 is smaller than or equal to the height of the third fixing portion 261, such as equal to the height. Therefore, the third fixing portion 261 can be ensured to be arranged at the periphery of the carrier 280, and the third bending portion 223 and the fourth bending portion 224 can be ensured to be positioned at the periphery of the carrier 280 and the whole position of the side width direction of the carrier 280, so that the display area can be greatly increased, and the screen occupation ratio can be greatly improved.
The carrier 280 is provided with a placement groove 282 for placing the collar 245, and when a part of the carrier 280 is placed on the placement surface 243, the collar 245 can be inserted into the placement groove 282 to realize the functions of positioning and limiting.
The carrier 280 may further be provided with a placement groove 285 for placing the collar 265, and when a portion of the carrier 280 is placed on the placement surface 263, the collar 265 may be inserted into the placement groove 285 to perform the functions of positioning and limiting.
The carrier 280 is also provided with a receiving groove 283, and the receiving groove 283 can receive a component of the display device 280 such as a battery.
The carrier 280 may have several portions, such as a body portion 289, a first cover portion 288, and a second cover portion 287. Wherein the first cover 288 is disposed at one end of the main body 289, and the second cover 287 is disposed at the other end of the main body 289. I.e. the first cover part 288 and the second cover part 287 are arranged at opposite ends of the body part 289.
When the carrier 280 is assembled with the flexible screen assembly 220, the body portion 289 may be located between the first and third bent portions 221 and 223, between the second and fourth bent portions 222 and 224, and between the first and third fixed portions 241 and 261. And a portion of the body portion 289 is attached to the second fixing portion 242, a portion of the body portion 289 is attached to the fourth fixing portion 262, and another portion of the body portion 289 corresponds to the main body portion 225, which may carry components of the display device 200 such as a circuit board, a battery, and the like. The first cover 288 covers one end of the first connector 240 and one end of the second connector 260, and the first cover 288 mates with one end of the flexible screen assembly 220 to limit the same. The second cover 287 covers the other end of the first link 240 and the other end of the second link 260, and the first cover 288 is engaged with the other end of the flexible screen assembly 220 to limit the same.
The carrier 280 may be provided with one or more functional holes 286, wherein the functional holes 286 may be used for transmitting sound signals, light signals, and may be used for inserting plugs such as USB plugs, etc.
Referring to fig. 8 to 12, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a fourth structure of a display device according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 9 is a partially disassembled schematic diagram of the display device shown in fig. 8, fig. 10 is another view of the display device shown in fig. 8, fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the display device shown in fig. 10 along the P-P direction, and fig. 12 is a disassembled schematic diagram of a flexible screen assembly in the display device shown in fig. 8. The display device 200 may further include a rear cover 210, the rear cover 210 being fixedly coupled to the carrier 280. Such as flexible screen assembly 220, is fixedly attached to one side of carrier 280 and two sides thereof, and back cover 210 is fixedly attached to the other side of carrier 280. That is, the body portion 225 of the flexible screen assembly 220 may be opposite the rear cover 210, or the body portion 225 and the rear cover 210 may be on opposite sides of the carrier 280.
The back cover 210 of the present embodiment may be fixedly connected to the body portion 289 of the carrier 280, such as by clamping, screwing, etc. Wherein, the outer surface of the rear cover 210 may be flush with the outer surface of the second bending part 222. The outer surface of the rear cover 210 may also be flush with the outer surface of the fourth bend 224. Therefore, the display device 200 can form a complete and flat integral structure, so as to improve the user experience.
The display device 200 may further include a battery 250, and the battery 250 may be placed in the receiving groove 283 and may be closed by the rear cover 210.
The display device 200 may further include a functional component 230, such as a camera, a fingerprint module, etc., for example, the functional device 230. If the functional component 230 is a camera, it may be mounted to the carrier 280 through the rear cover 210.
Wherein the flexible screen assembly 220 may include a cover plate 220A and a flexible display screen 220B, the cover plate 220A and the flexible display screen 220B being substantially identical in shape. The cover 220A may be a transparent glass cover.
The first bending portion 221 of the embodiment of the present application may include a first sub-bending portion 221A formed on the cover 220A and a second sub-bending portion 221B formed on the flexible display 220B. The second bending part 222 may include a third sub-bending part 222A formed on the cover plate 220A and a fourth sub-bending part 222B formed on the flexible display screen 220B. The third bending part 223 includes a fifth sub-bending part 223A formed on the cover plate 220A and a sixth sub-bending part 223B formed on the flexible display screen 220B. The fourth bending portion 224 includes a seventh sub-bending portion 224A formed on the cover 220A and an eighth sub-bending portion 224B formed on the flexible display 220B. The main body portion 225 includes a first sub-main body portion 225A formed on the cover plate 220A and a second sub-main body portion 225B formed on the flexible display screen 220B. The first mounting space 226 includes a first sub-mounting space 226A formed on the cover plate 220A and a second sub-mounting space 226B formed on the flexible display screen 220B. The second installation space 227 includes a third sub-installation space 227A formed on the cover plate 220A and a fourth sub-installation space 227B formed on the flexible screen cover plate 220B.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a block diagram of a display device according to an embodiment of the application, and the display device 200 may further include a processor 270 and a memory 290. Memory 290 is electrically connected to processor 270, such as by signal lines, and memory 290 may store instructions, data, systems, and the like. Processor 270 may execute data stored in memory 290 to perform some functions. The processor 270 is also electrically connected to the flexible screen assembly 220, such as the flexible display screen 220B, the battery 250, and the functional assembly 230, such as with signal lines. The processor 270 may control the flexible screen assembly 220 to display a screen that may be displayed not only on one side of the carrier 280, but also on one or both side positions of the carrier 280.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the flexible screen assembly of the display device shown in any of fig. 1, 3 and 5 can refer to fig. 11 and 12.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, two connected bending portions are disposed on one side of the flexible screen assembly 220, and then the flexible screen assembly is fixed to one side of the carrier through a connecting frame, such as the first connecting frame, so that the display area can be increased to a certain extent, and the stability of the fixed connection between the flexible screen assembly and the carrier can be improved.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a flowchart illustrating an assembling method of a display device according to an embodiment of the application. Referring to fig. 1 to 14, the assembling method of the display device includes:
1001, providing a flexible screen assembly, a first connection frame and a second connection frame; the flexible screen assembly comprises a main body part, a first bending part, a second bending part, a third bending part and a fourth bending part, wherein the first bending part is connected to one side of the main body part, the first bending part and the second bending part are mutually bent, a first installation space is reserved between the second bending part and the main body part, the third bending part and the other side of the main body part are mutually bent, the third bending part and the fourth bending part are mutually bent, and a second installation space is reserved between the fourth bending part and the main body part; the first connecting frame comprises a first fixing part and a second fixing part which are fixedly connected with each other; the second connecting frame comprises a third fixing part and a fourth fixing part which are fixedly connected with each other;
1002, assembling the first connecting frame to the first installation space, so that the first fixing portion is located in the first installation space, the first fixing portion is fixedly connected with at least the first bending portion and the second bending portion, the second fixing portion is arranged outside the first installation space, and the second fixing portion is fixedly connected with the main body portion;
1003, assembling the second connecting frame to the second installation space, so that the second fixing portion is located in the second installation space, the third fixing portion is fixedly connected with at least the third bending portion and the fourth bending portion, the fourth fixing portion is disposed outside the second installation space, and the fourth fixing portion is fixedly connected with the main body portion;
1004, fixedly connecting the carrier with the second fixing portion and the fourth fixing portion, so that the main body portion is located on one surface of the carrier, the first bending portion is located on one side of the carrier, and the third bending portion is located on the other side of the carrier.
The display device provided by the embodiment of the present application has been described in detail, and specific examples are applied to illustrate the principles and embodiments of the present application, and the description of the above embodiments is only for helping to understand the method and core idea of the present application; meanwhile, as those skilled in the art will have variations in the specific embodiments and application scope in light of the ideas of the present application, the present description should not be construed as limiting the present application.

Claims (12)

1. A display device, comprising:
the flexible screen assembly comprises a main body part, a first bending part and a second bending part, wherein the first bending part and the main body part are mutually bent, the first bending part and the second bending part are mutually bent, and a first installation space is reserved between the second bending part and the main body part; and
the first connecting frame comprises a first fixing part and a second fixing part which are fixedly connected with each other, the first fixing part is arranged in the first installation space and is fixedly connected with at least the first bending part and the second bending part, the second fixing part is arranged outside the first installation space and is fixedly connected with the main body part;
the display device further comprises a carrier, wherein the part of the main body part which is not fixedly connected with the first connecting frame is arranged on the carrier, the carrier is used for bearing the flexible screen assembly, and the carrier is fixedly connected with the second fixing part;
wherein the first bending part is positioned at one side of the carrier.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the second fixing portion is provided with a plurality of first screw holes, the carrier is provided with a plurality of second screw holes, and the second fixing portion and the carrier are fixedly connected through a plurality of screws.
3. The display device according to claim 2, wherein the second fixing portion is provided with a collar disposed around the first screw hole, and the carrier is provided with a placement groove for placing the collar.
4. The display device according to claim 1, wherein a height of the second fixing portion is smaller than a height of the first fixing portion, and a sum of a portion of the carrier fixedly connected to the second fixing portion and the height of the second fixing portion is smaller than or equal to the height of the first fixing portion.
5. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the first bending portion and the second bending portion are arc-shaped structures, and a surface of the first fixing portion, which is connected with the first bending portion and the second bending portion, is an arc-shaped surface.
6. The display device of claim 1, wherein the flexible screen assembly comprises a flexible display screen and a glass cover plate covering an entire display surface of the flexible screen assembly.
7. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first bending portion is connected to one side of the main body portion, the flexible screen assembly further includes a third bending portion and a fourth bending portion, the third bending portion and the other side of the main body portion are bent with each other, the third bending portion and the fourth bending portion are bent with each other, and a second installation space is provided between the fourth bending portion and the main body portion;
the display device further comprises a second connecting frame, wherein the second connecting frame comprises a third fixing part and a fourth fixing part which are fixedly connected with each other, the third fixing part is arranged in the installation space and is fixedly connected with at least the first bending part and the second bending part, the fourth fixing part is arranged outside the second installation space and is fixedly connected with the main body part;
the carrier is also fixedly connected with the fourth fixing part;
wherein the third bending part is positioned at the other side of the carrier.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein the shape of the second link is the same as the shape of the first link.
9. The display device of claim 7, further comprising a rear cover fixedly coupled to the carrier, and wherein an outer surface of the rear cover is flush with an outer surface of the second and fourth bends.
10. The display device according to claim 7, wherein the fourth bending portion and the main body portion are disposed opposite to each other, the third bending portion and the fourth bending portion are arc-shaped structures, and a surface of the third fixing portion, which is connected to the third bending portion and the fourth bending portion, is an arc-shaped surface.
11. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the second bending portion and the main body portion are disposed opposite to each other.
12. A method of assembling a display device, wherein the display device is the display device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, the method comprising:
providing a flexible screen assembly, a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame; the flexible screen assembly comprises a main body part, a first bending part, a second bending part, a third bending part and a fourth bending part, wherein the first bending part is connected to one side of the main body part, the first bending part and the second bending part are mutually bent, a first installation space is reserved between the second bending part and the main body part, the third bending part and the other side of the main body part are mutually bent, the third bending part and the fourth bending part are mutually bent, and a second installation space is reserved between the fourth bending part and the main body part; the first connecting frame comprises a first fixing part and a second fixing part which are fixedly connected with each other; the second connecting frame comprises a third fixing part and a fourth fixing part which are fixedly connected with each other;
the first connecting frame is assembled to the first installation space, so that the first fixing part is positioned in the first installation space, the first fixing part is fixedly connected with at least the first bending part and the second bending part, the second fixing part is arranged outside the first installation space, and the second fixing part is fixedly connected with the main body part;
the second connecting frame is assembled to the second installation space, so that the second fixing part is positioned in the second installation space, the third fixing part is fixedly connected with at least the third bending part and the fourth bending part, the fourth fixing part is arranged outside the second installation space, and the fourth fixing part is fixedly connected with the main body part;
the carrier is fixedly connected with the second fixing part and the fourth fixing part, so that the main body part is positioned on one surface of the carrier, the first bending part is positioned on one side of the carrier, and the third bending part is positioned on the other side of the carrier.
