According to the manufacturing method of the display device, at least part of the edge of the cover plate layer 12 can be connected with the clamping structure 22, the middle frame assembly 20 is prevented from shielding the display area of the display panel 11, the connecting area of the cover plate layer 12 and the middle frame assembly 20 is effectively increased, the display module 10 and the middle frame assembly 20 are connected more stably, the display panel 11 and the middle frame are prevented from shifting when the display device 100 is subjected to external force, and the stability of the display device 100 is improved.
In some embodiments, the clamping structure 22 comprises a first clamping member 220 fixed with the base plate 21 and a second clamping member 230 detachably connected with the base plate 21, in which case the step S140 of clamping at least part of the edge of the cover plate layer 12 by the clamping structure 22 comprises;

Optionally, the first clamping member 220 and the bottom plate 21 are integrally formed, the first position-limiting surface 212 is disposed on the first clamping member 220, the first buffer layer 31 may be disposed on the first position-limiting surface 212 of the bottom plate 21 before the bottom plate 21 is connected with the display panel 11, and similarly, the second buffer layer 32 may be disposed on the second clamping member 230 before the cover plate layer 12 is connected with the second clamping member 230, so as to complete the preparation of the display device 100.

Claims (10)

1. A display device (100), comprising:
the display module (10) comprises a display panel (11) and a cover plate layer (12), wherein the display panel (11) comprises a display surface (111) and a non-display surface (112), the cover plate layer (12) is positioned on the display surface (111) side of the display panel (11), and the orthographic projection of the cover plate layer (12) on the display panel (11) covers and protrudes out of the outline of the display panel (11);
middle frame subassembly (20), including with bottom plate (21) that non-display face (112) of display panel (11) are connected and set up and be in bottom plate (21) is close to clamping structure (22) of display panel (11) one side, clamping structure (22) center on cover plate layer (12) at least some edge sets up, wherein, clamping structure (22) include in the relative first connecting face (221) and the second connecting face (231) that set up of thickness direction of cover plate layer (12), at least some edge clamp of cover plate layer (12) are established first connecting face (221) with between the second connecting face (231).

The display device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the middle frame assembly (20) is provided with a concave portion (210) for accommodating the display panel (11), the concave portion (210) comprises a bearing surface (211) connected with the non-display surface (112) and a first limiting surface (212) vertically arranged on the bearing surface (211) and arranged around the edge of the display panel (11), and a first buffer layer (31) is arranged between the first limiting surface (212) and the display panel (11).
3. The display device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the number of the middle frame assemblies (20) is two, and the two middle frame assemblies (20) are respectively connected with different parts of the display panel (11); the display device (100) further comprises:
the rotating shaft assembly (40) is used for rotatably connecting the two middle frame assemblies (20) so as to drive the display module (10) to bend.

The display device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the clamping structure (22) comprises a first clamping member (220) fixed to the base plate (21) and a second clamping member (230) detachably connected to the base plate (21), the first connection surface (221) is provided on the first clamping member (220), and the second connection surface (231) is provided on the second clamping member (230);
preferably, the first clamping piece (220) is arranged in a protruding manner relative to the bottom plate (21) in a direction close to the display module (10);
preferably, the number of the clamping structures (22) is more than two, and the more than two clamping structures (22) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bottom plate (21);
preferably, the clamping structure (22) further comprises a connector 240, the connector 240 connecting the first clamping member (220) with the second clamping member (230).
5. The display device (100) of claim 1, further comprising:
the connecting layer (33) is arranged between the first connecting surface (221) and the cover plate layers (12) and between the second connecting surface (231) and the cover plate layers (12), and the connecting layer (33) is made of sliding glue.

The display device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the clamping structure (22) further comprises a second stopper surface (232) arranged between the first connection surface (221) and the second connection surface (231) and surrounding at least part of the edge of the cover plate layer (12), wherein a second buffer layer (32) is arranged between the second stopper surface (232) and the cover plate layer (12).

The display device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the display device (100) further comprises a flexible wiring board (113), the flexible wiring board (113) is connected to the display surface (111) side of the display panel (11), and the flexible wiring board (113) is bent to the non-display surface (112) side of the display panel (11),
the bottom plate (21) is also provided with a groove which is communicated with the concave part (210) and is used for accommodating the flexible circuit board (113).

A center frame assembly (20) for securing a display module (10), wherein the display module (10) includes a display panel (11) and a cover sheet layer (12), the display panel (11) includes a display surface (111) and a non-display surface (112), the cover sheet layer (12) is located on the display surface (111) side of the display panel (11), the center frame assembly (20) comprising:
a chassis (21) connected to the non-display surface (112) of the display panel (11);
the clamping structure (22) is arranged on one side, close to the display panel (11), of the bottom plate (21), the clamping structure (22) is arranged around at least part of the edge of the cover plate layer (12), wherein the clamping structure (22) comprises a first connecting surface (221) and a second connecting surface (231) which are oppositely arranged in the thickness direction of the cover plate layer (12), and at least part of the edge of the cover plate layer (12) is clamped between the first connecting surface (221) and the second connecting surface (231).
9. A method of manufacturing a display device (100), comprising:
providing a middle frame assembly (20), wherein the middle frame assembly (20) comprises a bottom plate (21) and a clamping structure (22) arranged on the bottom plate (21);
providing a display module (10), wherein the display module (10) comprises a display panel (11) and a cover plate layer (12);
connecting the display panel (11) of the display module (10) with the bottom plate (21) of the middle frame assembly (20);
-clamping at least part of the edge of the cover sheet layer (12) by means of the clamping structure (22).
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the clamping structure (22) comprises a first clamping member (220) fixed to the base plate (21) and a second clamping member (230) detachably connected to the base plate (21), and wherein clamping at least a portion of an edge of the cover plate layer (12) by the clamping structure (22) comprises;
arranging sliding glue between the cover plate layer (12) and the first clamping piece (220);
connecting the second clamping piece (230) with the cover plate layer (12) after the sliding glue is cured;
connecting the first clamp (220) with the second clamp (230).
