Detailed Description
For the purposes of clarity, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure, the following further details the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The disclosed embodiments provide a cargo access apparatus, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising a main control machine 1 and at least one lock assembly 2. The main control machine 1 is connected with at least one lockset component 2.
In some examples, the main control machine 1 is configured to receive a storage request, where the storage request carries order information of the target goods; selecting a target lock assembly for locking target goods from the lock assemblies 2; recording the corresponding relation between the target lockset component and order information of the target goods; receiving a taking-out request, wherein the taking-out request carries order information of the target goods; determining a target lock assembly corresponding to order information of the target goods; the target lock assembly is controlled to unlock.
The embodiment of the disclosure does not limit the type of goods stored in the goods storing and taking device, and in some examples, the goods stored in the goods storing and taking device can be takeaway, express, dining and the like. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cargo 3 has a package, and the lock assembly 2 may lock a handle of the package of the cargo 3.
The usage flow of the goods access device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure may be as follows:
when a merchant outputs goods, a storage request carrying order information of the target goods is sent to the main control machine 1, then the main control machine 1 can select a target lock assembly for locking the target goods, then the target lock assembly locks the target goods, the main control machine 1 records the corresponding relation between the target lock assembly and the order information of the target goods, and the storage of the goods is completed.
When the delivery personnel gets the goods, a request for getting the order information of the target goods is sent to the main control machine 1, the main control machine 1 determines a target lock component corresponding to the order information of the target goods, controls the target lock component to unlock, and then the delivery personnel can obtain the target goods.
Because the target lock assembly for locking the target goods can be opened when the delivery personnel pick up the goods, the delivery personnel can conveniently determine the target goods without spending a great deal of time to search. Moreover, since only the lock assembly 2 for locking the target goods is opened, a situation that the delivery person takes the wrong goods does not occur.
Also, since the lock assembly 2 is used to lock the goods, the goods access apparatus provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure is lower in cost than a meal taking cabinet or the like in the related art.
The specific operation of the target lock assembly to lock the target cargo is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In some examples, the target lock assembly is controlled by the master 1 to lock.
After the main control machine 1 selects the target lock assembly, a merchant can attach target cargoes to the target lock assembly, and then the main control machine 1 detects that the target lock assembly has cargoes attached, so that the target lock assembly can be controlled to be locked. Then, the main control machine 1 can record the corresponding relation between the target lock assembly and the order information of the target goods.
The target cargo being attached to the target lock assembly may mean that the target cargo is connected or contacted with the target lock assembly, and the target lock assembly is not locked, or may mean that the target lock assembly is in a locked state and not locked.
For example, a merchant connects a target cargo to a target lock assembly and snaps onto the target lock assembly, at which time the target lock assembly may still be manually opened although it is snapped onto, and thus the target lock assembly remains unlocked. Then, when the main control machine 1 detects that the target lock assembly is in a buckling state, the target lock assembly can be controlled to be locked, and at the moment, the target lock assembly cannot be opened manually.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a merchant connects a handle of a target cargo with a target lock assembly, and buckles the target lock assembly, and the handle is limited by the target lock assembly. At this point, the target lock assembly can still be opened manually. After that, the main control machine 1 detects that the target lockset component is in a buckling state, and can control the target lockset component to lock.
In other examples, the target lock assembly is locked by a merchant.
After the master control machine 1 selects the target lock assembly, the merchant can attach the target cargo to the target lock assembly and lock the target lock assembly. Then, the main control unit 1 detects that the target lock assembly is in the lock-off state. Then, the main control machine 1 records the corresponding relation between the target lock component and the order information of the target goods.
The method for detecting the state of the target lock assembly by the main control machine 1 is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure, in some examples, the lock assembly 2 will send corresponding information to the main control machine 1 each time the lock assembly is unlocked or locked, and when the main control machine 1 receives the locked message sent by the target lock assembly, it is determined that the target lock assembly is in the locked state. In other examples, the master 1 periodically sends a status detection message to the lock assembly 2, and when the master 1 receives a message that the target lock assembly is in the locked state and feeds back the message that the target lock assembly is in the locked state, it is determined that the target lock assembly is in the locked state.
In some examples, after the target lock assembly for locking the target cargo is locked, the master control machine 1 is further configured to upload the locking time of the target lock assembly, and order information of the target cargo, to the background server. The locking time can be used as the shipment time of the target goods, and is stored in a background server in correspondence with order information of the target goods.
In some examples, after controlling the unlocking of the target lock assembly, the master control machine 1 is configured to upload the unlocking time of the target lock assembly, as well as order information of the target goods, to the background server. The unlocking time can be taken as the picking time of the target goods, and is stored in a background server in correspondence with order information of the target goods.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the main control computer 1 automatically uploads the shipment time of the target goods and the pickup time of the target goods to the background server, so that the phenomenon that a merchant clicks the shipment when the merchant does not take the goods and the phenomenon that a delivery person clicks the pickup when the merchant does not take the goods can be reduced.
The main control unit 1 is described in more detail as follows:
in some examples, as shown in fig. 3, the master control machine 1 includes a controller 11, an input part 12, and a wireless communication part 13. The controller 11 is electrically connected to the input unit 12 and the wireless communication unit 13, respectively.
The implementation manner in which the controller 11 receives the deposit request and the fetch request is not limited by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some examples, the controller 11 is configured to receive a deposit request through the input section 12 and a fetch request through the wireless communication section 13.
In this case, the merchant inputs a deposit request by operating the input section 12 on the main control unit 1 at the time of shipment. When the delivery personnel pick up goods, the terminal is triggered to send a pick-up request to the main control machine 1 through the operation terminal.
In some examples, the controller 11 is configured to receive the fetch request through the input component 12 and the deposit request through the wireless communication component 13.
In this case, when the merchant outputs the goods, the terminal is triggered to send a storage request to the main control unit 1 by operating the terminal. When the delivery person takes the goods, the taking request is input by operating the input unit 12 on the main control unit 1.
In some examples, the controller 11 is configured to receive a deposit request through the input component 12, and to fetch the request.
In this case, the merchant inputs a deposit request by operating the input section 12 on the main control unit 1 at the time of shipment. When the delivery person takes the goods, the taking request is input by operating the input unit 12 on the main control unit 1.
In some examples, the controller 11 is configured to receive the deposit request through the wireless communication section 13, and to fetch the request.
In this case, when the merchant outputs the goods, the terminal is triggered to send a storage request to the main control unit 1 by operating the terminal. When the delivery personnel pick up goods, the terminal is triggered to send a pick-up request to the main control machine 1 through the operation terminal.
It should be noted that the above cases may be combined with each other in any manner.
The input part 12 may also be referred to as an information input part, an operation part, etc., and a merchant or a distribution person can input corresponding information by operating the input part 12.
The disclosed embodiments are not limited in the type of input member 12, and in some examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the input member 12 includes one or more of an information code scanning member 121, a button 122, and a touch screen 123.
Wherein the information code scanning section 121 is used for acquiring related information by scanning an information code (such as a two-dimensional code or a bar code). In some examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the information scanning section 121 is a two-dimensional code scanning section.
The button 122 may be a physical button or a virtual button. In some examples, buttons 122 include a bind button and a confirm button. In some examples, button 122 may also include a numeric button through which a merchant or distribution person may enter order information for the good.
The embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to the form of the host 1, and in some examples, as shown in fig. 1, the host 1 includes two parts connected by a data line, one of which may be the input part 12, such as the information code scanning part 121, and the other of which may be a part other than the separate input part 12.
In other examples, as shown in fig. 2, the host 1 may also be a whole, where the host 1 includes a controller 11, an input unit 12, and a wireless communication unit 13 that are integrated together.
The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the type of the wireless communication section 13, and the wireless communication section 13 refers to a section capable of transmitting and receiving wireless signals.
In some examples, the wireless communication component 13 includes only a short-range wireless communication component, where the short-range wireless communication component may be considered as a component that does not need to communicate with a relay base station, and the short-range wireless communication component may communicate directly with a terminal of a merchant or a distribution person without passing through the relay base station. For example, the short-range wireless communication component may be a bluetooth component.
Thus, when the operation terminal sends a fetching request to the main control machine 1, the fetching request of the target goods can be sent to the goods access equipment only when the dispatcher arrives within a range close to the goods access equipment, so that the situation that the dispatcher gets meal falsely can be avoided.
In other examples, the wireless communication component 13 includes a short-range wireless communication component and a long-range wireless communication component. The long-distance wireless communication means may be a means that needs to communicate with a relay base station, through which the long-distance wireless communication means needs to communicate with terminals of merchants and/or distribution personnel.
In other examples, the wireless communication section 13 may also include only a long-range wireless communication section.
In addition to the master control machine 1 shown in fig. 3, in other examples, as shown in fig. 4, the master control machine 1 includes a controller 11 and a wireless communication unit 13. The controller 11 is electrically connected to the wireless communication unit 13.
The controller 11 may be configured to receive the deposit request and the fetch request through the wireless communication section 13. That is, when the merchant outputs goods, a storage request is sent to the main control machine 1 through the terminal of the merchant; when the delivery person takes the goods, a take-out request is sent to the main control machine 1 through the terminal of the delivery person.
The lock assembly 2 is illustrated in more detail below:
in some examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lock assembly 2 includes a connection cord 21 and a lock 22. Both ends of the connecting wire 21 are respectively connected with the main control computer 1 and the lockset 22.
The connecting wire 21 is used for connecting the main control computer 1 and the lock 22, so that the phenomenon that the lock 22 and the goods are taken away together by mistake when the delivery personnel take the goods can be avoided.
Moreover, the connecting wire 21 has a certain length, so that the distance between the locks 22 can be increased, and the positions of the locks 22 can be adjusted at will in a certain range, thereby improving the quantity of the goods which can be stored simultaneously by the goods storing and taking device.
The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the connection manner of the connection line 21 with the main control unit 1 and the lock 22.
In some examples, two ends of the connecting wire 21 are detachably connected to the main control unit 1 and the lock 22 respectively. For example, two ends of the connecting wire 21 are respectively plugged with the main control machine 1 and the lock 22, and slots are formed in corresponding positions of the main control machine 1 and the lock 22.
Through the design of the detachable connection, merchants can adjust the quantity of the lock assemblies 2 included in the goods access equipment according to actual needs. When the commodity output of the merchant is large, the lock assemblies 2 can be arranged in a large quantity, so that the capacity of the commodity storage and taking equipment for storing the commodity is used to the maximum extent, and the quantity of the commodity storage and taking equipment can be saved; when the merchant has a smaller shipment, the number of lock assemblies 2 can be smaller, thereby making the cargo access apparatus more compact.
And the design of detachable connection also makes goods access equipment can split type transportation when the transportation, has reduced the transportation degree of difficulty.
Furthermore, when a certain lock assembly 2 is damaged, the corresponding lock assembly 2 can be replaced conveniently.
The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the type of the connection line 21.
In some examples, the connection line 21 is a connection rope, and is only used to connect the lock 22 with the main control unit 1. Accordingly, in this case, the main control unit 1 should have a wireless communication unit 13 therein to control the lockset 22.
In other examples, the connection line 21 is a charging line, and the main control unit 1 can charge the lock 22 through the connection line 21. Further, the connection line 21 may be a data line, so that the main control machine 1 can also transmit data through the connection line 21, for example, the main control machine 1 can send corresponding control instructions to the lock 22 through the connection line 21.
The disclosed embodiments do not limit the type of lock 22, and in some examples, lock 22 is a bluetooth lock.
The disclosed embodiments are not limited to implementations in which lock 22 is closed, and in some examples, lock 22 requires manual closing by a user. In other examples, the lock 22 can be automatically closed under the control of the host computer 1. The form of the lock 22 is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and in some examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lock 22 is in a padlock form, and in other examples, the lock 22 may be in a clip form, or the like.
Further, in order to enable the merchant to determine the target lock assembly specifically after the target lock assembly is selected or determined, the cargo access apparatus may further include a prompting component 23, where the prompting component 23 is configured to prompt the merchant which lock assembly 2 is the target lock assembly.
The embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to the position, type, etc. of the prompting member 23.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the reminder feature 23 belongs to the lock assembly 2, and the reminder feature 23 is fixed to the lock 22. The main control machine 1 may be configured to control the prompting component 23 of the target lock assembly to prompt after the target lock assembly is selected; and/or, after determining the target lock assembly corresponding to the order information of the target goods, the prompting part 23 of the target lock assembly is controlled to prompt.
The timing of the presentation by the presentation component 23 is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some examples, prompt feature 23 prompts prior to unlocking the determined target lock assembly corresponding to the order information for the target cargo.
In other examples, the prompting feature 23 prompts after the determined target lock assembly corresponding to the order information of the target cargo is unlocked.
In other examples, the prompting feature 23 prompts for a target duration after the target lock assembly is determined.
For example, the prompting component 23 includes a prompting light (such as an LED light), and the prompting component 23 may prompt by flashing the prompting light, or the prompting component 23 is in a normally-off state in a normal state, and the prompting component 23 is in a normally-on state when prompting.
For another example, if the presenting part 23 includes a buzzer, the presenting part 23 can present by sound.
