Detailed Description
For the purpose of better explaining the present invention and to facilitate understanding, the present invention will be described in detail by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
According to the electric anastomat and the battery electric quantity detection method, device and storage medium thereof, when the battery pack is installed in the battery bin, the battery pack is communicated with the adapter to obtain the electric quantity information of the battery pack; judging whether the electric quantity of the battery pack is greater than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value or not according to the electric quantity information of the battery pack; if the electric quantity of the battery pack is larger than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, controlling the adapter to recognize the working head, and allowing the adapter to work when recognizing that the adapter is provided with the working head; when the adapter controls the working head to complete the current operation process, the electric quantity information of the battery pack is obtained again, and the electric quantity of the battery pack is judged according to the electric quantity information of the battery pack. Therefore, before the adapter controls the working head to carry out the corresponding operation flow, the electric quantity of the battery pack is detected, so as to ensure that the electric quantity of the battery pack can meet the requirement of the smooth completion of the current operation flow, namely before the electric anastomat works, the electric quantity of the battery pack is detected, so as to ensure that the electric quantity of the battery pack can be enough for the electric anastomat to smoothly complete the operation, thereby effectively solving the problem that the operation cannot be smoothly completed due to the insufficient battery electric quantity of the electric anastomat, achieving the purpose that each operation flow can be smoothly completed in the operation process, and further ensuring that the whole operation can be smoothly completed.
In order to better understand the above technical solutions, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a battery charge detection method of an electric stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention. The electric anastomat comprises an electric handle and an adapter, a battery bin used for installing a battery pack is arranged in the electric handle, the adapter has a communication function, and when the battery pack is installed in the battery bin, the adapter can be in communication connection with the battery pack to achieve data interaction between the battery pack and the adapter.
Referring to fig. 1, the battery power detection method of the electric stapler includes the following steps:
and S101, when the battery pack is installed in the battery compartment, communicating with the battery pack through the adapter to acquire the electric quantity information of the battery pack.
Specifically, the battery pack may include a battery cell, a battery management system, and the like, where the battery cell may be a single battery, or may be formed by connecting multiple single batteries in series, in parallel, or in series and parallel, and each single battery may be a lithium battery, and the like; the battery management system is mainly used for managing the battery pack, for example, detecting the electric quantity of a battery core and the like, and the battery management system is provided with a first communication unit, and meanwhile, an adapter in the electric anastomat is provided with a second communication unit matched with the first communication unit. When the battery pack is installed on the battery bin, the battery core supplies power to the electric anastomat through the power supply interface on the battery bin, and meanwhile, the first communication unit is in communication connection with the second communication unit through the communication interface on the battery bin, so that the battery management system sends the electric quantity information and the like of the battery core to the adapter in the electric anastomat.
Optionally, in one embodiment, the adapter communicates with the battery pack SMBUS when the battery pack is mounted to the battery compartment. That is, in the above example, the first communication unit in the battery management system and the second communication unit in the electric stapler may be SMBUS communication units.
SMBUS is an abbreviation for System Management Bus, translated into a System Management Bus, and a binary serial Bus, which is composed of two lines, namely a DATA line and a CLK line, and both sending and receiving of DATA information between devices are realized through the two lines without using separate control lines, so that the pin count of the devices can be saved, the cost of the devices can be effectively reduced, and the device has strong functional characteristics. In addition, the communication mode works in a master/slave mode, wherein the master device provides a clock, provides a start bit when it initiates a transmission, provides a stop bit when it terminates a transmission, and the slave device has a unique 7 or 10 bit slave device address.
It should be noted that other communication modes, such as an IIC communication mode, a USB communication mode, etc., may be adopted between the adapter and the battery pack, and preferably, an SMBUS communication mode is adopted.
And step S102, judging whether the electric quantity of the battery pack is greater than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value according to the electric quantity information of the battery pack.
Specifically, the preset electric quantity threshold value may be determined according to the total electric quantity required to complete an operation, but the corresponding battery pack may be required to have a higher electric quantity, thereby causing a waste of electric quantity, and when the battery pack is a disposable product, not only the electric quantity waste may be caused, but also the environmental pollution may be increased. Considering that a surgery usually has a plurality of operation flows, such as a staple cutting flow, a suture flow, and the like, and there is a certain intermittent time between each operation flow, in which the battery pack can be replaced, the power threshold value can be determined according to the power required by each operation flow during the surgery, and the power threshold value can be a fixed value or a variable value.
For example, when the electric quantity threshold is a fixed value, the electric quantity required by each operation flow can be counted based on big data, the maximum value of all the electric quantities is obtained, a certain margin is added on the basis of the maximum value to obtain the electric quantity threshold corresponding to each operation flow, and the electric quantity thresholds are stored in the adapter, and at this time, the electric quantity thresholds corresponding to each operation flow are the same; or, counting the maximum electric quantity required by each operation flow based on the big data, then adding a certain margin on the basis of each maximum electric quantity to obtain an electric quantity threshold corresponding to each operation flow, and correspondingly storing the electric quantity threshold into the adapter, wherein each operation flow corresponds to a respective electric quantity threshold at this time.
When the power threshold is a variable value, the power threshold may be set by the user for each operation procedure before the operation based on an empirical value or a big data statistical result, but this increases the probability of error and increases power consumption; alternatively, each procedure is set based on big data statistics by networking before surgery, but this increases the cost of the electric stapler and also increases the power consumption. Therefore, in practical applications, the power threshold is preferably fixed, especially when the electric stapler is used as a disposable product, which reduces the cost of use, and when the electric stapler can be used several times and the battery pack can be charged, the power threshold is preferably variable.
Of course, the setting of the threshold of the electric quantity may also be implemented in other manners, and is not limited herein as long as the setting can ensure that the operation is completed successfully.
And step S103, if the electric quantity of the battery pack is larger than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, controlling the adapter to recognize the working head, and allowing the adapter to work when recognizing that the working head is installed on the adapter.
Specifically, as can be seen from the foregoing description, a plurality of operation procedures, such as a staple cutting procedure, a suture procedure, etc., may be included in a single operation, and each operation procedure corresponds to a different function, such as a cutting function, a suture function, etc., and if a plurality of electric staplers having different functions are directly used for performing an operation, the operation cost is increased, so that it is preferable that a plurality of working heads are fittingly provided by using one electric stapler, and the plurality of working heads are detachably provided on the electric stapler.
When the electric quantity of the battery pack is larger than or equal to the preset electric quantity threshold value, the electric quantity of the battery cell of the current battery pack is sufficient and can meet the current operation process, and at the moment, the next step is allowed to be executed, for example, the adapter is controlled to perform working head identification so as to determine whether the working head is installed on the electric anastomat, if so, the adapter is allowed to work, namely, the adapter is allowed to control the working head to execute the current operation process, for example, a cutting-to-nail process is executed until the current operation process is completed.
Therefore, before the adapter controls the working head to carry out the corresponding operation flow, the electric quantity of the battery pack is detected to ensure that the electric quantity of the battery pack can meet the requirement of the smooth completion of the current operation flow, so that the whole operation can be smoothly completed, and the problem that the operation cannot be smoothly completed due to the insufficient electric quantity of the battery of the electric anastomat is effectively solved.
Optionally, in an embodiment, when the power of the battery pack is less than a preset power threshold, the adapter is controlled to send out an alarm message, and the adapter is prohibited from operating. Therefore, the user is reminded through the alarm information, so that the user can replace the battery pack in time, and meanwhile, the work of the adapter is forbidden, so that the user can be ensured to replace the battery pack, and the current operation process cannot be smoothly completed due to the insufficient electric quantity of the battery pack, and further unexpected accidents are caused.
And step S104, when the working head is controlled by the adapter to complete the current operation process, acquiring the electric quantity information of the battery pack again, and judging the electric quantity of the battery pack according to the electric quantity information of the battery pack.
Specifically, when the current operation flow is completed through the adapter control working head, for example, when the nail cutting flow is completed, the electric core electric quantity of the battery pack is obtained again and judged to determine whether the remaining electric core electric quantity meets the next operation flow, for example, the sewing flow and the like, so that each operation flow can be successfully completed, the whole operation can be successfully completed, and the problem that the operation cannot be successfully completed due to insufficient battery electric quantity of the electric stapler is effectively solved.
Optionally, in an embodiment, during the process that the adapter controls the working head to work, if it is recognized that the adapter removes the working head, it is determined that the working head completes the current operation flow. Specifically, as can be seen from the foregoing description, different operation flows correspond to different working heads, and therefore whether to enter the next operation flow can be determined according to whether the working head is replaced, so that not only can a time be provided for detecting the electric quantity of the battery pack, but also the manner is simple and convenient. Of course, other ways may also be used to determine whether each operation procedure in the operation procedure is finished, and the details are not limited herein.
In addition, also can be when the adapter does not control the work of working head, detect electric core electric quantity, in order to guarantee the reliability of each small ring festival electric quantity, but because the communication between battery package and the adapter can increase the electric quantity consumption, can consume more electric quantity on the contrary, thereby do not utilize going on smoothly of operation, consequently preferred before every operation flow finishes, for example before the working head is changed, detect electric core electric quantity, so not only can in time change the battery package that the electric quantity is not enough, and can not increase the consumption of too much extra electric quantity, thereby be favorable to going on smoothly of operation.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a battery power detection method of an electric stapler according to another embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2, the battery power detection method of the electric stapler includes the following steps:
in step S201, the battery pack is mounted to the battery compartment.
Step S202, acquiring the electric quantity and the voltage of the battery pack.
Step S203, determine whether the electric quantity or voltage is lower than the set protection value and the working head is not connected or in the self-check of the working head. If yes, go to step S208; otherwise, step S204 is executed.
And step S204, working head recognition is carried out.
Step S205, recognizing the working head and completing an operation process.
In step S206, the power and voltage of the battery pack are acquired again.
Step S207, determining whether the electric quantity or the voltage is lower than a set protection value. If yes, go to step S208; otherwise, step S209 is performed.
And step S208, the handle orange lamp flashes to alarm, the electric anastomat is prohibited from electrically rotating, and when the electric quantity or the voltage is lower than a set protection value, a user is provided with a warning message to replace the battery through the warning message.
Step S209, continue the next operation procedure until the whole operation is completed.
It should be noted that, in this example, the battery pack is detected to determine whether the battery pack can satisfy the surgical requirement, while in other embodiments, the battery pack may be detected to determine whether the battery pack can satisfy the surgical requirement only.
In summary, according to the method for detecting the battery power of the electric stapler in the embodiment of the present invention, before the adaptor controls the working head to perform the corresponding operation process, the power of the battery pack is detected to ensure that the power of the battery pack can meet the requirement of successfully completing the current operation process, that is, before the electric stapler works, the power of the battery pack is detected to ensure that the power of the battery pack is enough for the electric stapler to successfully complete the operation, so that the problem that the operation cannot be successfully completed due to insufficient battery power of the electric stapler is effectively solved.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a battery power detection program of an electric stapler is stored, and when the battery power detection program is executed by a processor, the battery power detection method of the electric stapler is implemented.
The computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention detects the electric quantity of the battery pack before the adapter controls the working head to perform the corresponding operation flow, so as to ensure that the electric quantity of the battery pack can meet the requirement that the current operation flow is successfully completed, namely, before the electric anastomat works, the electric quantity of the battery pack is detected, so as to ensure that the electric quantity of the battery pack is enough for the electric anastomat to successfully complete the operation, and thus, the problem that the operation cannot be successfully completed due to the insufficient electric quantity of the battery of the electric anastomat is effectively solved.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electric stapler, including an electric handle and an adapter, where a battery compartment for installing a battery pack is disposed in the electric handle, the adapter includes a memory, a processor, and a battery power detection program of the electric stapler, which is stored in the memory and can be run on the processor, and when the processor executes the battery power detection program, the battery power detection method of the electric stapler is implemented.
According to the electric anastomat provided by the embodiment of the invention, before the adapter controls the working head to perform the corresponding operation process, the electric quantity of the battery pack is detected to ensure that the electric quantity of the battery pack can meet the requirement that the current operation process is successfully completed, namely before the electric anastomat works, the electric quantity of the battery pack is detected to ensure that the electric quantity of the battery pack is enough for the electric anastomat to successfully complete the operation, so that the problem that the operation cannot be successfully completed due to the insufficient electric quantity of the battery of the electric anastomat is effectively solved.

The acquisition module 10 is used for communicating with a battery pack through an adapter to acquire electric quantity information of the battery pack when the battery pack is mounted in a battery compartment; the judging module 20 is configured to judge whether the electric quantity of the battery pack is greater than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold according to the electric quantity information of the battery pack; the control module 30 is used for controlling the adapter to perform working head identification when the electric quantity of the battery pack is greater than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, allowing the adapter to work when the adapter is identified to be provided with a working head, controlling the obtaining module 10 to obtain the electric quantity information of the battery pack again when the working head is controlled by the adapter to complete the current operation flow, and judging the electric quantity of the battery pack by the judging module 20 according to the electric quantity information of the battery pack.
