Abstract
The invention provides a drawer and a refrigerator, wherein the drawer comprises: a drawer body including a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates formed by extending upward from edges of the bottom plate to define a storage space therein; the separation frame is movably arranged in the storage space and divides the storage space into two storage areas; at least one division plate is movably arranged on the division frame and further divides each storage area into a plurality of sub storage areas. The drawer can more flexibly separate the storage space. The user can adjust the positions of the partition frame and the partition plate according to the actual use requirement so as to realize reasonable distribution of the storage space.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of refrigerator design, in particular to a drawer and a refrigerator with the drawer.
Background
A drawer for storing articles is generally provided in the refrigerator. In order to fully utilize the storage space in the drawer, in the prior art, a sliding partition member capable of dividing the drawer into a plurality of areas is generally added in the drawer of the refrigerator. However, the partitions of the drawer are usually a plurality of partitions with the same sliding direction and equal size. The storage space is regularly divided by the same dividing piece, so that the dividing mode is single, and articles with different volumes cannot be divided in a targeted mode. When objects of small volume or irregular shape are placed, the storage area in the drawer is often not used effectively.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a drawer and a refrigerator capable of solving the above problems.
A further object of the invention is to provide a more flexible separation of the storage space inside the drawer.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a separator assembly that is easy to slide and to maneuver.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide an anti-sway assembly that prevents sway of the partition assembly.
In particular, the present invention provides a drawer comprising: a drawer body including a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates formed by extending upward from edges of the bottom plate to define a storage space therein; the separation frame is movably arranged in the storage space and divides the storage space into two storage areas; at least one division plate is movably arranged on the division frame and further divides each storage area into a plurality of sub storage areas.
Further, the upper surface and the lower surface inside the separation frame are provided with first sliding grooves, and the first sliding grooves are used for being matched with the separation plates, so that the separation plates can be movably connected in the separation frame.
Further, the division board includes first division board, and upper surface and lower surface's middle part all are provided with the cylindricality spare, and the cylindricality spare sets up inside first spout, connects first division board and separation frame for realize that first division board is along the horizontal slip of separation frame, and realize that first division board rotates with the axis of rotation as the axle center.
Further, the partition plate comprises a second partition plate which is arranged inside the partition frame and can slide along different included angles relative to the plane where the partition frame is positioned.
Further, the partition frame comprises a plurality of partitions, and each partition comprises at least one partition plate.
Further, at least one of the upper end face and the lower end face of the second partition plate is provided with a second chute extending along the length direction of the plate body of the second partition plate, and the second partition plate further comprises: the composite guide piece is provided with a column part and a root part with an enlarged radial size, the root part is slidably arranged in the second chute, the column part extends into the first chute of the partition frame and is used for being matched with the second chute, and the second partition plate slides along different included angles relative to the plane where the partition frame is located.

Further, the slide bar is arranged on the outer side wall of the side plate.
Further, the drawer also comprises an anti-swing component which is arranged on the side plate and is connected with the two transverse ends of the sliding block and used for preventing the partition frame from swinging along the direction vertical to the side plate.
Further, the anti-sway assembly comprises: at least two synchronizing wheels which are arranged on one surface of the side wall and are axisymmetric along the vertical direction; the tensioning steel wire is connected to the sliding block, the tensioning steel wire bypasses the synchronous wheel, and can drive the synchronous wheel to rotate when the sliding block slides, so that the position of the sliding block is not limited when the sliding block slides, and the tensioning steel wire is always kept in a tensioning state.
The invention also provides a refrigerator comprising the drawer of any one of the above.
The drawer comprises the partition frame and the partition plate, and the partition frame and the partition plate can separate the storage space, so that the separation mode is more flexible. The user can adjust the positions of the partition frame and the partition plate according to the actual use requirement so as to realize reasonable distribution of the storage space.
Further, the drawer comprises an anti-swing assembly, the anti-swing assembly is arranged on the side wall of the side plate of the drawer and connected with the sliding block, and the pulley is connected with the partition frame. The anti-swing component always keeps a tensioning state, so that the partition frame can be prevented from swinging along the transverse direction of the partition frame, and the stability is enhanced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, and reference is made to fig. 1 to 7, which illustrate a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a drawer according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the drawer according to the present invention includes a drawer body 100. The drawer body 100 includes a bottom plate 10 and a plurality of side plates 20 formed by extending upward from edges of the bottom plate 10 to define a storage space therein. The partition frame 30 is movably arranged in the storage space and divides the storage space into two storage areas. At least one dividing plate 40 is movably disposed on the dividing frame 30 to further divide each storage area into a plurality of sub-storage areas. In some embodiments, the dividing frame 30 may be multiple, and the storage space is more flexibly divided by providing different numbers of dividing frames 30.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the sliding assembly includes a slider 313 and a slide bar 314 for sliding the partition frame 30 in the storage space. A slide bar 314 provided on one side plate 20 in parallel with the bottom plate 10; a slider 313 fixed to both lateral ends of the partition frame 30 to slidably connect the partition frame 30 to the slide bars 314 such that a moving direction of the partition frame 30 within the drawer body 100 is guided parallel to the slide bars 314. The slide bar 314 is arranged on the outer side wall of the side plate 20, so that the storage space is utilized more fully, objects in the drawer can be prevented from colliding with the slide block 313, the normal operation of the slide block 313 is influenced, and the service life of the device is shortened.
The anti-swing assembly 50 is disposed on the side plate 20, and is connected to the two lateral ends of the slider 313, for preventing the partition frame 30 from swinging along the direction perpendicular to the side plate 20. The anti-sway assembly 50 comprises a tension wire 315 and a synchronizing wheel 316. The number of the synchronizing wheels 316 is two, and the two synchronizing wheels 316 are arranged on one surface of the side wall and are axisymmetric along the vertical direction. In some embodiments, a plurality of synchronizing wheels 316 may be provided to better limit the tension wire 315 and enhance the tension effect.
The tensioning steel wire 315 is connected to the slider 313, the tensioning steel wire 315 bypasses the synchronous wheel 316, and when the slider 313 slides, the tensioning steel wire 315 can drive the synchronous wheel 316 to rotate, so that the position of the slider 313 is not limited when the slider 313 slides, and the tensioning steel wire 315 is always kept in a tensioning state. The tension steel wire 315 is firmer and not easy to deform. Compared with a mechanism using a double-slide bar structure to limit the swinging of the partition frame 30, the tensioning steel wire 315 is more suitable for various use environments of drawers, and the phenomenon that the double-slide bar structure cannot slide due to the deformation of the slide block 313 of one slide bar is avoided.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a separation frame 30 of a drawer according to an embodiment of the present invention. The partition frame 30 may be divided into a first partition frame 310 and a second partition frame 320, and different partition plates 40 are disposed in the first partition frame 310 and the second partition frame 320 to distinguish different objects, so as to perform targeted area division on different objects. In some embodiments, the partition frame 30 may have only one frame body without partitioning, so that the partition plate 40 therein is more flexible to move. In other embodiments, the partition frame 30 may be divided into a plurality of sections, and each section contains at least one partition plate 40, which is suitable for the case of small size but many kinds of stored articles.
The upper and lower surfaces inside the partition frame 30 are provided with first sliding grooves 311 for being matched with the partition plate 40, so that the partition plate 40 is movably connected in the partition frame 30. The partition frame 30 has protruding connecting portions 312 at both lateral ends thereof for connecting the slider 313 so that the partition frame 30 can slide in the drawer body 10.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a first partition plate of a drawer according to one embodiment of the present invention. The middle parts of the upper surface and the lower surface of the first partition plate 410 are respectively provided with a column part 411, and the column parts 411 are arranged inside the first sliding groove 311 and are used for connecting the first partition plate 410 with the partition frame 30, so that the first partition plate 410 can slide transversely along the partition frame 30 and rotate by taking the column parts as shafts. In some embodiments, the thickness of the first partition frame 310 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the first partition frame 410, and the first partition frame 410 is smaller than the first partition frame 310 as a whole, and when the first partition frame 410 rotates to be parallel to the first partition frame 310, the first partition frame 410 can be completely embedded into the first partition frame 310, and the storage with minimum space cost is achieved without using the first partition frame 410. In other embodiments, when the first partition plate 410 rotates to an angle of 90 degrees with the first partition frame 310, two ends of the first partition plate 410 may abut against the side plates 20. Forming a seal, better confining the items within the storage area. In other embodiments, the columnar members 411 may be disposed at other positions on the upper and lower end surfaces of the first partition plate 410 to asymmetrically partition the storage area.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the second partition 420 is disposed inside the partition frame 30 and can slide along different angles with respect to the plane of the partition frame 30. At least one of the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the second partition plate 420 is provided with a second sliding groove 425 extending along the length direction of the plate body of the second partition plate 420; a composite guide 421 having a cylindrical portion 423 and a root portion 422 of enlarged radial dimension, the root portion 422 being slidably disposed in the second slide groove 425, the cylindrical portion 423 extending into the first slide groove 311 of the partition frame 30. The compound guide 421 is used to enable the second divider 420 to slide along different angles relative to the plane in which the divider 30 lies. In some embodiments, the thickness of the second partition frame 320 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the second partition frame 420, the second partition frame 420 is smaller than the second partition frame 320, and when the second partition frame 420 rotates to be parallel to the second partition frame 320, the second partition frame 420 can be completely embedded into the second partition frame 320, and the second partition frame 420 can be accommodated when the second partition frame 420 is not needed.
The cylindrical portion 423 of the composite guide 421 is provided with a limiting protrusion 424 for limiting the rotation angle of the second partition 420. In some embodiments, the limiting protrusion 424 may be disposed asymmetrically or with only one limiting portion, and the second partition 420 may be limited in different angles by different limiting manners. The stopper protrusion 424 is provided with an outer surface provided in an arch shape, and allows the second partition 420 to be rotated more than 90 degrees when the user rotates the second partition 420 with a large force, and allows the second partition 420 to be maintained to be rotated within a range of a rotation angle less than 90 degrees when the user rotates with a small force.
The drawer comprises the partition frame 30 and the partition plate 40, and the partition frame 30 and the partition plate 40 can partition the storage space, so that the partition mode is more flexible. The user can adjust the positions of the partition frame 30 and the partition plate 40 according to the actual use requirement so as to realize reasonable distribution of the storage space. The drawer of the present invention further includes an anti-swing assembly 50, wherein the anti-swing assembly 50 is disposed on the outer sidewall of the drawer side plate 20 and is connected to the slider 313. The swing preventing assembly 50 is kept in a tensioned state all the time, and can prevent the partition frame 30 from swinging in the transverse direction thereof, and enhance the stability of the partition frame 30.

By now it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been shown and described herein in detail, many other variations or modifications of the invention consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly ascertained or inferred from the present disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be understood and deemed to cover all such other variations or modifications.
Claims (11)
1. A drawer, comprising:
a drawer body including a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates formed by extending upward from edges of the bottom plate to define a storage space therein;
the separation frame is movably arranged in the storage space and divides the storage space into two storage areas;
at least one partition board movably arranged on the partition frame for further dividing each storage area into a plurality of sub storage areas;
the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner side of the separation frame are provided with first sliding grooves, and the first sliding grooves are used for being matched with the separation plate to realize that the separation plate is movably connected in the separation frame.
2. The drawer of claim 1, wherein the divider panel comprises:
the middle parts of the upper surface and the lower surface of the first partition plate are respectively provided with a column part, the column parts are arranged in the first sliding groove and are connected with the first partition plate and the partition frame, and the column parts are used for realizing the transverse sliding of the first partition plate along the partition frame and the rotation of the first partition plate by taking the column parts as the axle center;
3. the drawer of claim 1, wherein the divider panel comprises:
the second partition plate is arranged inside the partition frame and can slide along different included angles relative to the plane where the partition frame is positioned.
4. The drawer of claim 1, wherein,
the partition frame comprises a plurality of partitions, and each partition comprises at least one partition plate.
5. The drawer of claim 3, wherein,
at least one of the upper end face and the lower end face of the second partition plate is provided with a second chute extending along the length direction of the plate body of the second partition plate, and the second partition plate further comprises:
the composite guide piece is provided with a column part and a root part with an enlarged radial dimension, the root part is slidably arranged in the second sliding groove, and the column part extends into the first sliding groove of the partition frame and is used for being matched with the second sliding groove to realize that the second partition plate slides along different included angles relative to the plane where the partition frame is located.
6. The drawer as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cylindrical portion of the complex guide is provided with a limit protrusion for limiting a rotation angle of the second partition.
7. The drawer of claim 1, further comprising:
a slide bar disposed on one of the side plates parallel to the bottom plate;
and a slider fixed at both lateral ends of the partition frame to slidably connect the partition frame to the slide bar such that a moving direction of the partition frame within the drawer body is guided parallel to the slide bar.
8. The drawer as set forth in claim 7, said slide bar being disposed on said side panel exterior side wall.
9. The drawer of claim 8, further comprising:
and the anti-swing component is arranged on the side plate, is connected with the two transverse ends of the sliding block and is used for preventing the separation frame from swinging along the direction perpendicular to the side plate.
10. The drawer of claim 9, wherein the anti-swing assembly comprises:
at least two synchronizing wheels which are arranged on one surface of the side wall and are axisymmetric along the vertical direction;
the tensioning steel wire is connected to the sliding block, the tensioning steel wire bypasses the synchronous wheel, and can drive the synchronous wheel to rotate when the sliding block slides, so that the tensioning steel wire is used for not limiting the sliding block position and always keeping a tensioning state when the sliding block slides.
11. A refrigerator comprising a cabinet in which the drawer according to any one of claims 1 to 10 is disposed.
