The packing box with variable volume described in this embodiment includes a box body 10 formed by sequentially connecting and enclosing unit boards 100 with even number more than 10 or unit widths more than 10 in total. The 1 unit width is the width of a single board. The upper end of the unit plate 100 is connected with a unit top plate 200, and the lower end of the unit plate 100 is connected with a unit bottom plate 300; the unit panel 100, the unit top panel 200, and the unit bottom panel 300 constitute a unit panel assembly. The cell plates 100 are connected with adjacent cell plates 100 in a rotating fit or in a flexible connection. Fig. 1 to 3 show a case 10 of which the volume is variable by 20 unit plates 100, in which the wide side plate of the case 10 is constituted by 4 unit plates 100, the long side plate of the case is constituted by 6 unit plates 100, and the volume of the case is 4*6 =24 unit volumes. In this embodiment, 1 unit volume means a volume space defined by 4 unit plates 100. The 20 unit plates can be changed to have a total of 5 standard volume spaces of 1*9 =9, 2*8 =16, 3*7 =21, 4*6 =24, 5*5 =25. Of course, the number of cell plates may be more selected. In the example of 20 unit plates, at least 5 unit plates can be connected on the long side plate in a fixed connection mode, or 5 unit plates are replaced by 5 unit width plates. Further, the box body can be formed by assembling 2 unit plates with 5 unit widths and 10 unit plates with 1 unit width, and the sum of the widths of all the unit plates is 24 unit widths. 2 unit plates with 5 unit widths are respectively arranged on the two long side plates, and one side edge of each unit plate with 5 unit widths is sequentially connected with 5 unit plates with 1 unit width. The unit plates with larger width are reserved in the box body, so that the box body bottom plate and the box body top plate are more convenient to construct.
The relation between the unit plate with the maximum width of the box body and the total width of the unit plate is as follows: n is less than or equal to the total width N/4 of the cell plate. For example, in a case made up of 24 unit-width unit boards, the width of the unit board having the largest width is 6 unit widths; in a box body formed by 22 unit plates with unit widths, the width of the unit plate with the maximum width is 5 unit widths; in a case formed of 30 unit plates having a unit width, the width of the unit plate having the largest width is 7 units.
In this embodiment, the description will be given in the case where the widths of all the unit boards 100 are the same.
The unit top 200 is wholly or partially embedded in the unit panel 100. The unit top 200 is wholly or partially embedded in the unit panel 100. The unit top 200 is provided with a coupling hole rotatably fitted with the push rod coupling member 141. A bottom plate groove 130 is arranged between the second plate body 102 and the third plate body 103, a bottom plate connecting piece 131 is arranged at the bottom end of the top plate groove 140, the bottom plate connecting piece 131 is a rod piece, and a connecting hole which is in running fit with the bottom plate connecting piece 131 is arranged on the unit bottom plate 300.
The two long sides of the unit plates 100 are provided with a plurality of convex plates 110 and concave plates 120 which are matched with the convex plates 110 in a staggered shape, the convex plates 110 are provided with connecting holes 111, and the convex plates 110 of two adjacent unit plates 100 are connected in series through connecting shafts 112. The convex plate 110 and the concave plate 120 may be integrally provided or may be separately provided.
