It should be understood that the detailed description is presented by way of example only and is not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a terminal structure of a hardware running environment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The execution body of the embodiment of the invention can be an air conditioner. The air conditioner may be a wall-mounted air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a communication bus 1002, a memory 1003. Wherein the communication bus 1002 is used to enable connected communication between the components. The memory 1003 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a stable memory (non-volatile memory), such as a disk memory. The memory 1003 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the aforementioned processor 1001.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configuration of the air conditioner shown in fig. 1 is not limiting and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may be combined with certain components, or may be arranged in different components.
As shown in fig. 1, a memory 1003 as a kind of computer storage medium may include an operating system and a heating control program of an air conditioner.
Based on the above structure of the air conditioner, a first embodiment of the present invention is provided, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a heating control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, where the heating control method of the air conditioner includes the following steps:
step S100, after the air conditioner starts a foot warming mode, acquiring the coil temperature of an indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner;
and step 200, adjusting the operation parameters of the air conditioner according to the coil temperature to adjust the ground temperature in the air supply area of the air conditioner, wherein the coil temperature is positively correlated with the ground temperature.
Under the heating mode, be equipped with warm sufficient function on the air conditioner, through the lower floor temperature in the promotion room, realize warm sufficient mode. The user can input foot warming instructions to the air conditioner through any mode of remote control, voice, selection of the display panel of the air conditioner and the like. The foot warming mode can be to control the air conditioner to start the foot warming function and improve the lower layer temperature in the room.
The coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger can be the temperature of the tube wall of the indoor heat exchanger, and the temperature sensor is arranged on the tube wall of the indoor heat exchanger to detect the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger. The coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is related to the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner, the exhaust temperature of the compressor, the indoor environment temperature, the outdoor environment temperature and the rotating speed of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan, and air enters the air conditioner through the air inlet to exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger, so that the temperature of the air is reduced, and cold air is sent out from the air outlet.
The operation parameters of the air conditioner may include at least one of an air deflector angle, an indoor fan rotation speed, an operation frequency of the compressor, an outdoor fan rotation speed, and electric auxiliary heat.
It can be understood that when the temperature of the coil is low, the angle of the air deflector can be controlled to deflect downwards, so that hot air blown out of the air outlet downwards reaches the ground along the air deflector, and the temperature of the indoor ground is raised; the compressor can be controlled to run at high frequency, so that the heating capacity of the compressor is improved; the rotating speed of the indoor fan is controlled to run at a relatively low rotating speed, so that the heating capacity of the compressor is matched with the heat exchange rate, and the heat exchange between the indoor heat exchanger and the air is reduced; controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a relatively low rotational speed; and controlling the electric auxiliary heating operation to improve the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and further improve the temperature of the coil pipe. When the temperature of the coil pipe is higher, the compressor can be continuously maintained to operate at high frequency; the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be increased to increase the air supply quantity, so that the indoor environment temperature is rapidly increased; the rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be increased; and continuing electric auxiliary heating to quickly raise the indoor environment temperature.
The ground temperature in the air-sending area of the air conditioner is adjusted by adjusting the operation parameters of the air conditioner, wherein the coil temperature is positively related to the ground temperature. Through increasing the heating capacity of the air conditioner and controlling the air supply area of the air conditioner, the air sent out by the air outlet of the air conditioner is blown towards the ground, the ground temperature and the indoor lower layer temperature can be improved, and the foot warming function is realized.
As an alternative embodiment, after step S200, the method further includes:
and controlling the electric auxiliary heat of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner to operate according to the preset power.
The preset power is determined by the attribute of the electric auxiliary heat and can be the rated power of the electric auxiliary heat. After the foot warming mode of the air conditioner is started, electric auxiliary heat is started, the electric auxiliary heat is controlled to operate according to preset power, electric energy is converted into heat energy, heating capacity of the air conditioner is improved, heat efficiency of air flow and an indoor heat exchanger is improved, and further air supply temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioner is improved, and therefore ground temperature is improved rapidly.
In this embodiment, by obtaining the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, the operation parameters of the air conditioner are adjusted according to the coil temperature, so as to improve the heating capacity of the air conditioner and adjust the air supply area of the air conditioner to change along with the change of the coil temperature, so as to blow hot air to the ground or the wall surface, improve the indoor bottom layer temperature and the ground temperature, and realize the beneficial effect of the foot warming function of the air conditioner.
Based on the first embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of a heating control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and step S200 includes:
step S210, acquiring the angle of the air deflector corresponding to the temperature of the coil;
and step S220, controlling the air deflector according to the angle of the air deflector.
In this embodiment, the angle of the air deflector may be zero angle perpendicular to the horizontal plane, that is, the air outlet supplies air vertically downwards, and the angle of the air deflector may also be zero angle set by the system, such as a horizontal angle, which is not limited herein.
The included angle direction between the air deflector and the zero angle after clockwise rotation is negative relative to the zero angle, for example, the angle of the air deflector obtained by clockwise rotation of 30 degrees from the zero angle is minus 30 degrees; the included angle direction with the zero angle, which is obtained by the anticlockwise rotation direction, is a positive direction, and the angle of the air deflector, which is obtained by anticlockwise rotation of the zero angle by 20 degrees, is 20 degrees.
When the temperature of the coil is lower than the preset temperature, the angle of the air guide plate corresponding to the temperature of the coil can be a negative angle, the angle of the air guide plate is controlled to deflect towards the negative angle so as to control the air flow of the air outlet, the air flows downwards along the air guide plate and flows towards the ground along the wall, so that when the temperature of the coil is lower, cold air blown out of the air outlet cannot be blown onto a user, and meanwhile, the action area of the air blown out of the air outlet along the wall and flowing towards the ground is larger, and the indoor hot air circulation can be improved well.
Alternatively, the preset temperature is obtained by a designer through repeated experiments, and is changed according to the type, power, type of compressor and the like of the air conditioner, for example, 52 ℃.
When the temperature of the coil pipe is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the angle of the air deflector corresponding to the temperature of the coil pipe can be zero angle, the air deflector can be controlled to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the air flow of the air outlet is controlled to flow perpendicular to the horizontal plane, a large air supply area is provided, and hot air is blown to the ground perpendicularly, so that the indoor environment temperature is improved rapidly.
The air deflector can be an arc air deflector, when the air deflector supplies air downwards at a negative angle or a zero angle, because the angle of downward inclination of the air deflector is relatively large, air flow can flow along the arc outer surface of the air deflector when passing through the air deflector, and then the foot warming function is realized.
For conventional upset push down aviation baffle model, conventional double aviation baffle model and arc aviation baffle model in this embodiment, in the department of 0.1 meter from ground, when opening warm sufficient function, the change in temperature with time volume, as shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0002569290470000061
it can be seen from the above table that the arc-shaped air deflector model in this embodiment has better foot warming effect for conventional air deflector models, and can rapidly raise indoor bottom layer temperature and rapidly temperature indoor bottom layer temperature.
Further, the temperature variation of different air deflector models in the same room at different heights along with the starting time of the foot warming mode is explored, and the following table shows:
turnover pressing air deflector model
Figure BDA0002569290470000071
Conventional double-air deflector machine type
Figure BDA0002569290470000072

Figure BDA0002569290470000081
Arc-shaped air deflector machine type
Figure BDA0002569290470000082
As can be seen from the table, the arc-shaped air deflector has a wider curved surface and a good guiding function, and the bottom layer temperature of a room is gradually higher than the upper layer temperature of the room along with the running of the foot warming function, so that the foot warming head cooling function is realized.
It can be understood that, because the hot air has lower density, upwards drift easily, the in-process that hot air upwards drifts can carry out heat exchange with indoor cold air, improves indoor cold air's temperature, and hot air drift from bottom to top, and temperature is risen from bottom to top, realizes warm sufficient function, simultaneously, has the thermal cycle of improving indoor better.
In this embodiment, through obtaining the aviation baffle angle that coil pipe temperature corresponds, according to aviation baffle angle control aviation baffle, be in negative angle or zero angle's position through control aviation baffle, the hot-blast edge wall flow direction ground of control air outlet or direct blow to ground, and hot-blast heat transfer by supreme down again, and then, indoor bottom temperature is high, realizes the warm sufficient function of air conditioner, simultaneously, hot-blast from bottom to top heat transfer, can effectively improve indoor thermal cycle's beneficial effect.
Based on the above-mentioned first embodiment, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of a heating control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and step S200 further includes:
step S230, when the temperature of the coil is smaller than a preset temperature, acquiring a temperature interval in which the temperature of the coil is located;
step S240, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to the rotating speed corresponding to the temperature interval in which the temperature of the coil pipe is located;
and step S250, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to a first preset rotating speed when the temperature of the coil pipe is greater than or equal to the preset temperature.
In this embodiment, the preset temperature may be the same as or different from the preset temperature in the second embodiment. The preset temperature is obtained by a designer through repeated experiments, and is related to the type, power, compressor type and the like of the air conditioner, such as 52 ℃.
The air conditioner can divide the temperature range smaller than the preset temperature into a plurality of temperature intervals, different temperature intervals correspond to different rotating speeds of the indoor fans, and the lower the temperature corresponding to the temperature interval is, the lower the rotating speed of the corresponding indoor fan is. In other words, when the coil temperature is less than the preset temperature, the change trend of the coil temperature is the same as the change trend of the indoor fan.
When the temperature of the coil is lower than the preset temperature, the rotating speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the temperature interval of the coil is obtained according to the temperature interval of the coil, and the indoor fan is controlled to operate according to the rotating speed of the corresponding indoor fan.
Alternatively, the indoor fan may not be started when the coil temperature is relatively low, such as 25 ℃. The rotational speed of the indoor fan can be increased as the temperature of the coil increases.
When the temperature of the coil is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the indoor fan is controlled to operate according to a first preset rotating speed, wherein the first preset rotating speed is greater than the maximum indoor fan rotating speed corresponding to the temperature of the coil and lower than the preset temperature. Alternatively, the first preset rotational speed may be a maximum rotational speed of the indoor fan.
When the temperature of the coil pipe is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the coil pipe runs at a higher rotating speed of the indoor fan, the air quantity of the air outlet is improved, more air is promoted to exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger, and the temperature of the indoor environment is quickly increased.
In the embodiment, the indoor fan is controlled to operate at different rotating speeds according to the temperature of the coil, and the indoor fan operates at a lower rotating speed when the temperature of the coil is low; when the temperature of the coil pipe is higher, the coil pipe runs at a higher rotating speed; through the rotational speed of control indoor fan, the control gets into indoor heat exchanger's amount of wind, when coil pipe temperature is lower, reduces the amount of wind to improve indoor heat exchanger's temperature fast, when coil pipe temperature is higher, increase the amount of wind, with the heat of quick dispersion indoor heat exchanger, improve indoor ambient temperature, realize the effect of quick warm sufficient.
Based on any of the above embodiments, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a fourth embodiment of a heating control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and before step S100, the method further includes:
step S300, after the air conditioner starts a foot warming mode, controlling a compressor of the air conditioner to run according to a first preset frequency;
step S400, after the operation is performed for a preset time period according to the first preset frequency, the operation frequency of the compressor is increased to a second operation frequency;
and executing the step of acquiring the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner.
After the air conditioner is started in the foot warming mode, the compressor is controlled to operate according to the first preset frequency, and the operating frequency of the compressor is increased to the first preset frequency in a short time. Wherein the first preset frequency is set by a designer based on characteristics of the compressor, such as 65Hz.
And in the starting stage of the compressor, the compressor needs to be stable for a period of time, and after the compressor operates for a preset period of time according to the first preset frequency, the operating frequency of the compressor is increased to a second operating frequency, wherein the preset period of time can be set by a designer according to the characteristics of the compressor. After the compressor is operated for a preset period of time according to the first preset frequency, the compressor can be operated well.
The second operating frequency may be a foot warming operating frequency of the compressor, which is greater than the first operating frequency, and may be a heating maximum operating frequency of the compressor or a maximum safe operating frequency of the compressor, which is set by a designer.
The compressor is controlled to run according to the second running frequency so as to quickly reduce the indoor ground temperature and achieve the foot warming effect.
As an alternative embodiment, after step S400, the method further includes:
acquiring the duration of operation of the compressor at the second preset frequency;
and when the duration time is longer than the preset duration time, adjusting the operation frequency of the compressor according to the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature.
The air conditioner may set a timer that is started when the compressor is operated at a second preset frequency to detect a duration of operation of the compressor at the second preset frequency. The duration is the accumulated duration of the compressor running at the second preset frequency, and the duration is cleared after the foot warming mode is finished.
And if the duration time is longer than the preset duration time, controlling the air conditioner to adjust the operation frequency of the compressor according to the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature.
Optionally, the operation frequency of the compressor can be adjusted according to the difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, and when the difference is large, the operation frequency of the compressor is reduced; and when the difference is small, the operation frequency of the compressor is increased.
Optionally, when the duration is longer than the preset duration, the foot warming mode of the air conditioner can be exited. And controlling the air conditioner to perform heating operation according to a normal mode, for example, reducing the operation frequency of a compressor, reducing the rotating speed of an indoor fan, reducing the rotating speed of an outdoor fan, closing electric auxiliary heat, and controlling the air deflector to operate at a maximum angle.
The preset duration can be set by a designer, so that the foot warming function of the air conditioner can be realized, and the compressor cannot be damaged due to the fact that the continuous running frequency of the compressor is too high, for example, 20 minutes.
After the compressor runs at high frequency for a preset duration, the foot warming function of the air conditioner is exited, so that the foot warming function of the air conditioner can be better realized, and the beneficial effects of the compressor can be protected.
As an alternative embodiment, after the step of adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor according to the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature, the method further includes:
acquiring the operation frequency of the compressor at regular time;
when the operation frequency of the compressor is smaller than the second preset frequency, controlling an outdoor fan of the air conditioner to operate according to a second preset rotating speed;
and when the running frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to the second preset frequency, controlling the outdoor fan to run according to a third preset rotating speed, wherein the third preset rotating speed is greater than the second preset rotating speed.
The air conditioner may periodically acquire the operating frequency of the compressor, for example, detect the operating frequency of a certain compressor every 5 seconds.
When the operation frequency of the compressor is smaller than a second preset frequency, the operation frequency of the compressor is relatively low, and the outdoor fan is controlled to operate according to a second preset rotating speed, wherein the second preset rotating speed is obtained by a designer according to repeated test and test for a plurality of times and is related to the operation state, the operation mode, the type of the compressor and the like of the air conditioner.
When the operation frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to the second preset frequency, the operation frequency of the compressor is higher, and the outdoor fan is controlled to operate according to a third preset rotating speed, wherein the third preset rotating speed is greater than the second preset rotating speed and can be the highest rotating speed of the set operation of the outdoor fan.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining the operating frequency of a compressor, adjusting the rotating speed of an outdoor fan according to the operating frequency of the compressor, and operating the outdoor fan at a lower rotating speed when the operating frequency of the compressor is smaller; when the operation frequency of the compressor is high, the outdoor fan is operated at a high rotation speed; the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the operating frequency of the compressor, so that the operating frequency of the compressor is matched with the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the compressor is driven to operate normally, and heating balance of an air conditioner system is promoted.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner is turned on to warm up the foot mode, after the compressor is controlled to run for a preset period of time according to a relatively low running frequency, after the compressor is stabilized, the frequency of the compressor is increased to a high frequency, so as to increase the heating capacity of the compressor, increase the air supply temperature of the air supply port, further rapidly increase the ground temperature in the air supply area of the air conditioner, increase the indoor bottom temperature, and achieve a proper heating effect in warming.
