As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic terminal structure diagram of a hardware operating environment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The execution main body of the embodiment of the invention can be an air conditioner. The air conditioner may be a wall-mounted air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a communication bus 1002, and a memory 1003. The communication bus 1002 is used for realizing connection communication among the components. The memory 1003 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1003 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the air conditioner shown in fig. 1 is not intended to be limiting, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 1, the memory 1003, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include an operating system and a heating control program of an air conditioner.
Based on the structure of the air conditioner, a first embodiment of the present invention is provided, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of the first embodiment of the heating control method of the air conditioner of the present invention, where the heating control method of the air conditioner includes the following steps:
step S100, acquiring the temperature of a coil pipe of an indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner after the air conditioner starts a foot warming mode;
and S200, adjusting the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the temperature of the coil pipe so as to adjust the ground temperature in the air supply area of the air conditioner, wherein the temperature of the coil pipe is positively correlated with the ground temperature.
In the heating mode, the air conditioner is provided with a foot warming function, and the foot warming mode is realized by increasing the temperature of the lower layer in a room. The user can input the foot warming command to the air conditioner through any one of a remote controller, voice, selection of a display panel of the air conditioner and the like. The foot warming mode can be used for controlling the air conditioner to start a foot warming function and improving the temperature of the lower layer in a room.
The coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger can be the temperature of the pipe wall of the indoor heat exchanger, and the temperature of the coil of the indoor heat exchanger is detected by arranging a temperature sensor on the pipe wall of the indoor heat exchanger. The coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is related to the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner, the exhaust temperature of the compressor, the indoor environment temperature, the outdoor environment temperature and the rotating speed of the indoor and outdoor fans, air enters the air conditioner through the air inlet to exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger, the temperature of the air is reduced, and cold air is sent out from the air outlet.
The operating parameter of the air conditioner may include at least one of an air guide plate angle, an indoor fan rotation speed, an operating frequency of the compressor, an outdoor fan rotation speed, and electric auxiliary heat.
It can be understood that when the temperature of the coil is lower, the angle of the air deflector can be controlled to deflect downwards, so that hot air blown out of the air outlet can reach the ground downwards along the air deflector, and the temperature of the indoor ground is increased; the compressor can be controlled to operate at high frequency, and the heating capacity of the compressor is improved; controlling the rotating speed of the indoor fan to operate at a relatively low rotating speed so as to enable the heating capacity of the compressor to be matched with the heat exchange rate and reduce the heat exchange between the indoor heat exchanger and the air; controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a relatively low rotating speed; and controlling the electric auxiliary heating operation to improve the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger so as to improve the temperature of the coil. When the temperature of the coil is higher, the compressor can be continuously maintained to operate at high frequency; the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be increased to increase the air supply quantity and quickly increase the indoor environment temperature; the rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be increased; and continuously heating by electric auxiliary heat so as to quickly raise indoor environment temperature.
The ground temperature in the air supply area of the air conditioner is adjusted by adjusting the operating parameters of the air conditioner, wherein the temperature of the coil pipe is positively correlated with the ground temperature. The heating capacity of the air conditioner is increased, and the air supply area of the air conditioner is controlled, so that air sent out from the air outlet of the air conditioner is blown towards the ground, the ground temperature and the indoor lower layer temperature can be increased, and the foot warming function is realized.
As an optional implementation manner, after step S200, the method further includes:
and controlling the electric auxiliary heat of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner to operate according to preset power.
The preset power is determined by the property of the electric auxiliary heater and can be the rated power of the electric auxiliary heater. After the foot warming mode of the air conditioner is started, the electric auxiliary heater is controlled to operate according to preset power, electric energy is converted into heat energy, the heating capacity of the air conditioner is improved, the heat efficiency of air flow and an indoor heat exchanger is improved, the air supply temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioner is further improved, and the ground temperature is rapidly improved.
In this embodiment, through the coil pipe temperature who obtains indoor heat exchanger, according to the operating parameter of coil pipe temperature adjustment air conditioner, improve the heating capacity of air conditioner and the regional change along with the change of coil pipe temperature of the air supply of adjustment air conditioner to blow hot-blast to ground or wall, improve indoor bottom temperature and ground temperature, realize the beneficial effect of the warm sufficient function of air conditioner.
Based on the first embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a heating control method of an air conditioner according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and step S200 includes:
step S210, acquiring the angle of the air deflector corresponding to the temperature of the coil;
and S220, controlling the air deflector according to the angle of the air deflector.
In this embodiment, the angle of the air deflector may be a zero angle perpendicular to the horizontal plane, that is, the air outlet blows air vertically downward, and the angle of the air deflector may also be a zero angle set by the system, such as a horizontal angle, which is not limited herein.
Relative to the zero angle, the included angle direction between the air deflector and the zero angle after clockwise rotation is a negative direction, for example, the angle of the air deflector obtained by clockwise rotation of the zero angle by 30 degrees is-30 degrees; the direction of an included angle between the zero angle and the counterclockwise rotation direction is a positive direction, for example, the angle of the air deflector obtained by counterclockwise rotation of the zero angle by 20 degrees is 20 degrees.
When the coil pipe temperature is less than preset temperature, the aviation baffle angle that the coil pipe temperature corresponds can be negative angle, control aviation baffle angle is to negative angle deflection to the air current of control air outlet, flow down along the aviation baffle, along wall flow direction ground, so, when the coil pipe temperature is lower, can not blow the user on one's body with the cold wind that the air outlet blew off, simultaneously, the wind that the air outlet blew off is great along the effect area on wall flow direction ground, can improve indoor heated air circulation very much.
Alternatively, the preset temperature is obtained by a designer through repeated tests, and varies according to the type, power and type of compressor of the air conditioner, such as 52 ℃.
When the temperature of the coil pipe is larger than or equal to the preset temperature, the angle of the air deflector corresponding to the temperature of the coil pipe can be a zero angle, the air deflector can be controlled to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, air flow of the air outlet is controlled to flow perpendicular to the horizontal plane, a large air supply area is provided, and hot air is blown to the ground vertically so as to improve the indoor environment temperature quickly.
The air deflector can be an arc-shaped air deflector, when the air deflector supplies air downwards at a negative angle or a zero angle, the air flow flows along the arc-shaped outer surface of the air deflector when passing through the air deflector due to the fact that the angle of the air deflector which inclines downwards is large, and therefore the foot warming function is achieved.
Compared with a conventional overturning downward pressing air deflector type, a conventional double-air deflector type and an arc-shaped air deflector type in the embodiment, the change quantity of the temperature along with the time is shown in the following table when the foot warming function is started at a position 0.1 meter away from the ground:
Figure BDA0002569290470000061
as can be seen from the above table, the arc-shaped air deflector type in the embodiment has a better foot warming effect compared with the conventional air deflector type, and can rapidly increase the indoor bottom layer temperature and rapidly temperature the indoor bottom layer temperature.
Further, the temperature variation of different air deflector machine types in different heights of the same room along with the starting time of the foot warming mode is explored, and the following table shows that:
turnover pressing air deflector machine

Conventional double-air-guide-plate type

Figure BDA0002569290470000081
Arc-shaped air deflector machine
Figure BDA0002569290470000082
According to the table, the arc-shaped air deflector type has a wider curved surface and a good guiding function, and the temperature of the bottom layer of the room is gradually higher than that of the upper layer of the room along with the operation of the foot warming function, so that the functions of warming feet and cooling heads are realized.
It can be understood that because hot-blast has lower density, drift upwards easily, the in-process that hot-blast drift upwards can carry out the heat exchange with indoor cold wind, improves the temperature of indoor cold wind, and hot-blast from supreme drift down, the temperature is by supreme rising down, realizes warm sufficient function, simultaneously, has better improvement indoor thermal cycle.
In this embodiment, through obtaining the aviation baffle angle that the coil pipe temperature corresponds, according to aviation baffle angle control aviation baffle, through controlling the position that the aviation baffle is in negative angle or zero angle, the hot-blast ground that flows towards along the wall flow direction of control air outlet, or directly blows to ground, hot-blast heat transfer from bottom to top again, and then, indoor bottom temperature is high, realizes the warm sufficient function of air conditioner, and simultaneously, hot-blast heat transfer from bottom to top can effectively improve indoor thermal cycle's beneficial effect.
Based on the first embodiment, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of a heating control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and step S200 further includes:
step S230, when the temperature of the coil is lower than a preset temperature, acquiring a temperature interval where the temperature of the coil is located;
step S240, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to the rotating speed corresponding to the temperature interval where the temperature of the coil pipe is;
and S250, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to a first preset rotating speed when the temperature of the coil pipe is greater than or equal to the preset temperature.
In this embodiment, the preset temperature may be the same as or different from the preset temperature in the second embodiment. The preset temperature is obtained by a designer through repeated tests and is related to the type, power and compressor type of the air conditioner, such as 52 ℃.
The air conditioner can be divided into a plurality of temperature intervals in the temperature range smaller than the preset temperature, different temperature intervals correspond to different rotating speeds of the indoor fans, and the lower the temperature corresponding to the temperature intervals is, the lower the rotating speed of the corresponding indoor fan is. In other words, when the coil temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the variation trend of the coil temperature is the same as that of the indoor fan.
When the temperature of the coil pipe is lower than the preset temperature, the rotating speed of the indoor fan corresponding to the temperature interval where the temperature of the coil pipe is located is obtained according to the temperature interval where the temperature of the coil pipe is located, and the indoor fan is controlled to operate according to the rotating speed of the corresponding indoor fan.
Alternatively, the indoor fan may not be activated when the coil temperature is relatively low, such as 25 ℃. As the temperature of the coil increases, the speed of the indoor fan may be increased.
When the temperature of the coil pipe is larger than or equal to the preset temperature, the indoor fan is controlled to operate according to a first preset rotating speed, wherein the first preset rotating speed is larger than the rotating speed of the maximum indoor fan corresponding to the temperature of the coil pipe and lower than the preset temperature. Alternatively, the first preset rotation speed may be a maximum rotation speed of the indoor fan.
When the temperature of the coil pipe is higher than or equal to the preset temperature, the coil pipe operates at a higher rotating speed of the indoor fan, the air quantity of the air outlet is increased, more air is promoted to exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger, and the temperature of the indoor environment is quickly increased.
In the embodiment, the indoor fan is controlled to operate at different rotating speeds according to the temperature of the coil, and the indoor fan operates at a lower rotating speed when the temperature of the coil is low; when the temperature of the coil is higher, the coil is operated at a higher rotating speed; through the rotational speed of control indoor fan, the amount of wind that the control got into indoor heat exchanger when the coil pipe temperature is lower reduces the amount of wind to improve indoor heat exchanger's temperature fast, when the coil pipe temperature is higher, the increase amount of wind, with the heat of fast dispersion indoor heat exchanger, improve indoor ambient temperature, realize warm sufficient effect fast.
Based on any of the above embodiments, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a fourth embodiment of a heating control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, before step S100, the method further includes:
step S300, after the air conditioner starts a foot warming mode, controlling a compressor of the air conditioner to operate according to a first preset frequency;
step S400, after the compressor runs for a preset time according to the first preset frequency, the running frequency of the compressor is increased to a second running frequency;
and executing the step of acquiring the temperature of the coil of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner.
After the air conditioner starts a foot warming mode, the compressor is controlled to operate according to a first preset frequency, and the operating frequency of the compressor is increased to the first preset frequency in a short time. Wherein the first preset frequency is set by a designer according to the characteristics of the compressor, such as 65 Hz.
In the starting stage of the compressor, a period of time is required for stabilization, and after the compressor is operated for a preset time according to a first preset frequency, the operating frequency of the compressor is increased to a second operating frequency, wherein the preset time can be set by a designer according to the characteristics of the compressor. After the compressor runs for a preset time according to the first preset frequency, the compressor can run well.
The second operating frequency may be a warm-foot operating frequency of the compressor, which is greater than the first operating frequency, and may be set by a designer, a maximum heating operating frequency of the compressor, or a maximum safe operating frequency of the compressor.
And controlling the compressor to operate according to the second operating frequency so as to quickly reduce the indoor ground temperature and achieve the foot warming effect.
As an optional implementation manner, after step S400, the method further includes:
acquiring the duration of the compressor running at the second preset frequency;
and when the duration is longer than the preset duration, adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor according to the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature.
The air conditioner may be provided with a timer, and the timer is started when the compressor operates at the second preset frequency to detect a duration of the operation of the compressor at the second preset frequency. And clearing the duration time after the foot warming mode is finished.
And if the duration is longer than the preset duration, controlling the air conditioner to adjust the running frequency of the compressor according to the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature.
Optionally, the operating frequency of the compressor may be adjusted according to a difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature, and when the difference is large, the operating frequency of the compressor is reduced; when the difference is small, the operating frequency of the compressor is increased.
Optionally, the foot warming mode of the air conditioner may be exited when the duration is greater than a preset duration. And controlling the heating operation of the air conditioner according to a normal mode, such as reducing the operation frequency of a compressor, reducing the rotating speed of an indoor fan, reducing the rotating speed of an outdoor fan, turning off electric auxiliary heat and controlling an air deflector to operate at the maximum angle.
The preset duration can be set by a designer, so that the foot warming function of the air conditioner can be realized, and the compressor cannot be damaged due to overhigh continuous operation frequency of the compressor, such as 20 minutes.
After the compressor runs at high frequency for a preset duration, the foot warming function of the air conditioner is removed, so that the foot warming function of the air conditioner can be better realized, and the beneficial effect of the compressor can be protected.
As an alternative embodiment, after the step of adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor according to the outdoor ambient temperature and the indoor ambient temperature, the method further includes:
acquiring the running frequency of the compressor at fixed time;
when the running frequency of the compressor is lower than the second preset frequency, controlling an outdoor fan of the air conditioner to run according to a second preset rotating speed;
and when the operating frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to the second preset frequency, controlling the outdoor fan to operate according to a third preset rotating speed, wherein the third preset rotating speed is greater than the second preset rotating speed.
The air conditioner may periodically acquire the operating frequency of the compressor, for example, detect the operating frequency of a certain compressor every 5 seconds.
And when the running frequency of the compressor is lower than a second preset frequency, the running frequency of the compressor is relatively low, and the outdoor fan is controlled to run according to a second preset rotating speed, wherein the second preset rotating speed is obtained by a designer according to repeated test tests and is related to the running state, the running mode, the type of the compressor and the like of the air conditioner.
When the running frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to the second preset frequency, the running frequency of the compressor is high, and the outdoor fan is controlled to run according to a third preset rotating speed, wherein the third preset rotating speed is greater than the second preset rotating speed and can be the highest rotating speed of the set running of the outdoor fan.
The rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the operating frequency of the compressor by acquiring the operating frequency of the compressor, and when the operating frequency of the compressor is low, the outdoor fan is operated at a low rotating speed; when the running frequency of the compressor is higher, the outdoor fan is operated at a higher rotating speed; and adjusting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the operating frequency of the compressor, so that the operating frequency of the compressor is matched with the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, the compressor is promoted to normally operate, and the heating balance of the air conditioner system is promoted.
In this embodiment, after the warm sufficient mode is opened to the air conditioner, after control compressor was according to the predetermined time of operation of relatively lower operating frequency, after stabilizing the compressor, with the frequency rise to the high frequency of compressor to improve the heating volume of compressor, improve the air supply temperature of supply-air outlet, and then promote the ground temperature in the air conditioner air supply region fast, improve indoor bottom temperature, warm suitable heating effect in the realization down.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner, where the air conditioner includes a processor, a memory, and a heating control program of the air conditioner that is stored on the memory and is executable on the processor, and when the heating control program of the air conditioner is executed by the processor, the contents of the above-described embodiment of the heating control method of the air conditioner are implemented.
