Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有滑动支承的凸轮滚子的挺杆,所述挺杆设置用于内燃机的高压燃料泵并且具有壳体,在壳体的驱动侧的端部中布置有两个在直径上对置的孔,在孔里面具有销栓,凸轮滚子经由中间环在销栓上运动,其中,沿轴向在凸轮滚子下方,桥形件位于挺杆内,桥形件的朝向壳体的从动侧的端部的下侧具有用于随动件的贴靠部。
背景技术
由DE 10 2018 120 265A1的图2和第[0013]段中得知一种具有滑动支承的滚子组件的所述类型的挺杆,所述滚子组件具有在销栓和凸轮滚子之间的中间环。上述构件可彼此相对旋转运动,其中,分别在a)所述销栓和所述中间环之间的环形间隙上以及在b)所述中间环和所述凸轮滚子之间的环形间隙上在运行中存在液力滑动轴承。在两个环形缝隙处涉及的配对表面设有降低摩擦和磨损的硬质材料层(DLC层),所述硬质材料层在涂覆后还要经受刷涂过程。通过经由径向点铆接或敛缝扩大其端部实现销栓的轴向固定,其中,也已知卡环固定装置。
DE 10 2009 013 130A1公开了一种如上所述的然而具有滚针支承的凸轮滚子的挺杆。
发明内容
任务是设计一种挺杆,所述挺杆适合于泵传动装置中的非常高的负载和高的转速并且同时可以廉价地制造。
根据本发明,所述任务通过以下方式解决,即,在外表面上未涂覆的销栓以及在其孔上未涂覆的中间环彼此通过压配合接合,其中,销栓能够相对于壳体的孔自由旋转运动,并且滚子组件的轴向固定仅通过中间环以其外端面在壳体的内壁上的止推(Anlauf)来进行。
因此,液力滑动轴承仅在中间环和凸轮滚子之间的处于径向外部的环形间隙上移动,而在径向内部的环形间隙上,在销栓和中间环之间现在实现持久的压配合复合结构并且因此不再发生相对旋转。
纯粹在功能上,上述具有的优点是,通过仅在较大直径上形成的滑动轴承而存在较高的圆周速度,并且因此显著改善了弹性液力润滑。固体摩擦和混合摩擦的份额减小。这种支承能出色地承受驱动机构(凸轮轴、曲轴、平衡轴或辅助轴)的持续上升的泵压力和转速。
同时,在表面质量方面仅作为“标准滚动轴承复合结构”存在的压配合复合结构中,可以安装具有较小直径的销栓,从而例如壳体的两个销栓孔可以相对靠近壳体的上侧环形端部。同时,现在可以使用较薄构造的环形凸轮滚子,从而所述凸轮滚子由于其质量小而相对“容易旋转”,并且在运行中,例如在起动/加速运转时,由于已知的磨损标记而出现很少的滑移。可以省去从背景技术中已知的具有薄凸轮环的阶梯式的销栓,销栓仅能毫无问题地安装到壳体的U形袋状部中。
此外,通过取消在销栓的外表面与中间环的孔之间迄今为止主要的硬质材料覆层以及接着的对表面的涂刷,降低了制造成本。虽然组装过程在涂覆腔上是可自动化的,然而,主要是复杂的手动供送(穿引)和移除。
要与中间环压紧的销栓在此在侧面引导到壳体的孔中的一个孔上,其中,中间环与装配在其上的滚子一起被保持在壳体的内部空间中。然后,通过冲头或类似物将销栓与中间环压紧。
本发明还具有的优点是,可以放弃目前主要的通过在完全硬化的销栓上的敛缝/径向点铆接等进行的耗费力的固定,其这种固定伴随例如影响壳体或甚至其经磨削的滚道(外表面)或松开所述连接的风险。因此,滚子组件和销栓的轴向固定仅通过中间环经由其外端面在壳体的内表面上的止推实现。凸轮滚子的外端面相对于中间环的外端面稍微拉入。
为了提高滚子组件的耐载荷性和耐磨性,在本发明的特别优选的改进方案中提出,给“剩余的”滑动轴承的环形间隙配合部中的至少一个环形间隙配合部设置硬质材料层如DLC层。
同样地或与此无关地,在壳体的孔区域中延伸的销栓的环形区段也可以被涂覆硬质材料,从而在能旋转运动的销栓的区域中的摩擦和磨损被最小化。必要时,销栓也可以在孔中的衬套上移动。
同样地,单独地或与最后提到的设计措施一起,中间环的在壳体的内表面上止推的外端面可以构造有涂覆的硬质材料层或者内表面也可以构造有涂覆的硬质材料层。

图1从挺杆的基本已知的结构示出挺杆1,也称为滚子挺杆或泵挺杆。挺杆1具有空心柱体形的壳体2,在壳体的驱动侧的端部3中,两个沿直径对置的孔4处于缩进的展平部24中。在孔4中放置有相对于所述孔可旋转且可略微轴向运动的销栓5,销栓通过中间环6承载凸轮滚子7。沿轴向在凸轮滚子7的下方安装有薄壁的桥形件8(参见图2、图3),所述桥形件的朝向壳体2的从动侧的端部9的下侧10具有用于随动件(泵活塞)的贴靠部11。
在此优选完全硬化的销栓5通过其外表面12与中间环6的孔13持久地压紧。就此而言,在该径向内部的环形区域上不存在滑动轴承。上述接触区域的表面质量被降低到“标准滚动轴承”的程度。
仅使得薄壁的凸轮滚子7相对于现在固定的中间环6保持可旋转运动,其中,不必解释的是,液力滑动轴承仅在中间环6的外表面23与凸轮滚子7的内表面16之间形成。外表面23和内表面16设置有DLC层。
滚子组件通过中间环6以其外端面14在壳体2的内壁15上的止推而受到轴向固定。
